“This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area.
I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available.
The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms.
Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.”

“Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that.
The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks.
The parking was also awkward.
At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them.
