This hotel is in a great location. The reception staff were very friendly. The room was satisfactory/good value. However, we had to valet our car for $42. Given it was Thanksgiving, we tipped well and left quickly to get on with the holiday. A sensor in our nearly brand new rental car started going off so we stopped to check it. Turns out valet scraped the front bumper and of course didn't say anything. We're now going to be left footing the expensive rental car repair bill. Called the hotel to discuss it but a manager wasn't available. Thanks for the excellent holiday surprise Hilton! Esse hotel está em uma ótima localização. This Hilton is heavenly! We loved the ambiance and atmosphere. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Even the valets were courteous! Our room was clean and comfy, so no complaints there. The location was perfectly in walking distance to the downtown area. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in Savannah. Este Hilton é celestial! Nós amamos o ambiente e a atmosfera. The only complaint I have and it wasn't a big issue for me was the street noise as cars drive by. I had a balcony room so maybe the balcony access door allowed more sound in versus a standard room. Our weekend trip almost was cancelled because of weather. We weren’t sure if things were going to get bad but we’re super happy to be able to just make date changes to the hotel so we could still enjoy our weekend. The room was great.Clean and comfortable bed. Great view and amazing location to be able to walk the city. Breakfast and the staff were exceptional and very attentive to any needs. The manager helped make our stay very easy and comfortable because of having to change things around a little bit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a great place in Savannah. There is a great outdoor pool on the second floor. And the details down to the style of everything in this hotel is beautiful. Walking into the lobby everyday smells so luxurious and the aesthetic goes so nicely in this historic city. Nossa viagem de fim de semana quase foi cancelada por causa do clima. O quarto era ótimo. Cama limpa e confortável. Excelente vista e localização incrível para poder caminhar pela cidade. Café-da-manhã e os funcionários foram excepcionais e muito atentos a todas as necessidades. O gerente ajudou a tornar a nossa estadia muito fácil e confortável por ter que mudar um pouco as coisas e recomendo este hotel para quem deseja encontrar um ótimo lugar em Savannah. Há uma grande piscina ao ar livre no segundo andar. E os detalhes até o estilo de tudo neste hotel são lindos. This hotel, for better or worse, is smack dab in the middle of the Historic District of Savannah. We were a short walk away from most of what we wanted to do while visiting the area, which was for better. For worse, being in the middle of everything meant lots of noise, lots of traffic, and lots of loud music late into the night. If you are coming into the area, you will get that pretty much anywhere you go, which is to be expected, but worth considering.Through no fault of the hotel or its staff, we would probably chose a hotel a little more towards the outskirts of the area to try to find a place where we can still relax and unwind when we're doing having a good time.For the hotel itself, it was clean, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a $15 "all you can eat" kind of deal. The bed was comfortable and relaxing, plenty of places to plug in and charge all our devices, and a nice balcony to people watch.We did have complaint about the bathrooms; the shower leaked really bad, essentially flooding the floor every time we would use it, which was really frustrating.Additionally, they have soft water in the hotel, which if you are not used to it, means you need to use a LOT less soap when you shower or wash your hands because it is VERY difficult to wash off if you use too much, which is a very common problem to have if you are not used to soft water. This is a clean, modern hotel — I would stay here again. The pool and hot tub are great amenities, and this is a great location.The reason for the 4 star rating is that this location charges $42 a night for valet-only parking. We chose to park in the lot behind the hotel (that does not allow re-entry) for $27 a night. While other hotels are charging similar rates, $42 for parking is just taking advantage of your guests.

Our hair dryer wasn't working and almost immediately a staff person delivered a new one. The pool area is a bit on the smaller side but we still enjoyed laying out. Would definitely stay here again. En la estadía tuvimos cambio de habitación . La primera vista a la Plaza 5to piso, con balcón excelente. La segunda 3er piso vista al Quality sin balcón, sabanas manchadas y ya no blancas. El Hotel está excelente ubicación, caminas a muchos lugares interesantes. El personal atento. No incluye el desayuno, ni estacionamiento.

Estou hospedado nesta estrutura há cerca de 4 dias e eles terão que passar o mesmo número, ambiente sujo nas áreas comuns, além disso não limpam os quartos não fazem as camas trocam as toalhas apenas mediante solicitação! Tanto para a atenção à limpeza! Para saber que estava reservando um apartamento !! Já que aqui não há serviço de hotel! Totalmente insatisfeito!

Me quedé por un fin de semana y cuando hice la reserva no mencionaron que estaban en remodelación, pésimo y me cobraron servicio al cuarto que jamás pedí , cuando llame para preguntar por los cobros extras no fueron amables ni se disculparon . Lo único lindo que los cuartos estaban muy bien remodelados .
