We are Marriott owners this is a great place to stay we have been here for 2 evenings one more to go the beach is great just a 5 min walk from hotel. The hotel is very clean our room is just a studio has a king size bed nice bathroom and it’s ocean view they put us on the 18th floor great view, the bed is very comfortable and we have a full size couch with a pull out bed. Lots of places to eat in the area that are excellent. A must stay.

I love staying here because the atmosphere is the best! The staff is so friendly. It's a happy place. And you will leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Stress free and peaceful state of mind! The rooms are great. Always clean. Very quiet.

There is nothing wrong with this Hotel. However, nothing jumps out and grabs you either. The location and views are the best qualities by far. Also, the staff were very accommodating. We stayed here as a promotion from Marriot to get us to purchase their vacation club package. I personally would not pay the standard rate to stay here again.

It was unbelievable how many times we had to call the front desk from another room to see if our room was ready. Then they called and said it was ready, we went down and it wasn’t ready. I called back again 3 times and they couldn’t find us, even though they already took my credit card and had me sign. They don’t clean your room every day. You have to wait 10 minutes or longer for the elevator. They double charged one of our friends , not once but twice. And we made reservations 6 months in advance because it was part of a wedding. I went online a few days before to see how much the room was, and it said $312 per day for our same stay. We ended up paying over $1200. Then as we already checked out but we’re still allowed to use the facilities until we had to leave for the airport, we saw other guest with little bags, they said they gave them to them when checking in along with discount coupons. We never received those. Before we went to the airport we showered in the locker room and the water didn’t drain at all. My clothes got soaked. Which was the icing on the cake. The crystal ballroom , however, was absolutely gorgeous for the wedding. But I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. When we were checking out, they don’t even offer a receipt, I had to ask for one. There were 3 people in front of us and oddly enough the employees either couldn’t find their reservations or their reservations were canceled. So unorganized!!!!! We stayed from 10/13 - 10/16. I would never come again!!! Too much frustration!!!

Great ocean view. Nice size 1 BR apartment. Nice staff. Parking wasn't the hassle described by previous reviewers. The bedroom balcony on Building's north end had great view but on 10th floor still heard noisy ac motors. Large TVs. Large refrigerator and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Um lugar maravilhoso para passar férias

A estrutura não é ruim, os funcionários são atenciosos e todos com boa vontade mas o sistema é do tipo que exige falar bem a língua inglesa e o hotel não dispõe de pessoas aptas em línguas estrangeiras. Difícil até o espanhol.... Quando estrangeiros vão ao Brasil não exigimos que falem português. A grande maioria dos hotéis dispõe de funcionários que falam inglês e espanhol. Conheço muitos que ainda dispõe de funcionários que falam japonês, mandarim, alemão, holandês....... Outra observação é sobre a propaganda de resort de alto nível e etc....não é! É um hotel normal, comum, apenas conta com piscina, sauna e coisas do tipo que encontramos em hotéis no Brasil em qualquer lugar....não se trata de um resort classe A. Inclusive as pessoa que frequentam são pessoas comuns, sem “frescura” até demais!!! De qualquer forma não deixaria de ir ou recomendar, apenas acredito que a propaganda deveria ser mais realista!!!

The villas here sleep 6 rather comfortably. Everything you need to cook a meal is available in the kitchen. The staff is very responsive if something is needed or not working correctly. We prefer the ocean view, however; the skyline side is very pretty at night.

Easy parking, friendly & courteous at the front desk, sparkling clean accommodations with amazing views, and the club lounge is spectacular! Beach area is a quick walk and dozens of restaurants in walking distance. This choice was a win!!

Absolutamente lindo! O nosso quarto era de qualidade 5 estrelas, a vista para o mar era fenomenal e a equipe e o serviço foram excelentes. Eu recomendo que você visite pelo menos uma vez. Há muitos restaurantes e bares a uma curta distância para você escolher. Você não precisa de um carro porque tudo está ali.

Absolutely Beautiful! Our room was 5 star quality, the view of the ocean was phenomenal and the staff and service was superb. I highly recommend you visit at least once. There are plenty of restaurants and bars all in walking distance to choose from. You don't need a car because everything is right there.

All of the rooms have connecting doors through which you can hear your neighbors' TV and conversations. The ceilings are thin so if a child is running around above, you get to listen to that. A cheap motel would offer more quiet and private accommodation.

No geral 5 estrelas. Grande sala. As moradias são perfeitas para uma família pequena. Muitas opções de compras e alimentos no local e muito mais a poucos minutos a pé. 24h CVS lá embaixo. Só foi negativo os elevadores. Apenas 4 em 19 andares do hotel, 5 andares de estacionamento 3 dos quais contém lojas públicas e acesso à praia. Apenas 3 elevadores estavam em serviço durante a maior parte da nossa estadia. Pessoal foi ótimo. Certa noite, tínhamos uma bateria descarregada na fechadura da porta e uma estrada de segurança me acompanhou, pegamos algumas ferramentas do segundo andar e nos instalamos e instalamos uma nova bateria em minutos.

The intercoastal view is way more awesome than the ocean view because at night you see the whole city lit up.I couldsee the seminole hard rock guitar casinos light show from the balcony.But If you have ocean view, you cant see the ocean at night.This place has the best location you can get and big props for no stupid resort fees and only 15$ parking.I read complaints about parking charges but trust me, 15 a night in a location like this is unbelievable.

Overall 5 stars. Great room. The villas are perfect for a small family. Many shopping and food choices on site and many more within minutes walking. 24hr CVS downstairs. Only negative was the elevators. Only 4 for 19 floors of hotel, 5 floors of parking 3 of which contains public Shopping and beach access. Only 3 elevators were in service for most of our stay. Staff was great. We had a dead battery on our door lock one evening and security road up with me, grabbed some tools from the 2nd floor and had us in and a new battery installed in minutes.

Very well kept rooms with great views provided your ocean facing... my only complaint is they seem to nickle and dime you, for the price you pay you would expect to get free parking and some sort of continental breakfast. Otherwise it was great

We have stayed at this hotel several times in 2021. It is always a great experience. The location is wonderful and makes it easy to get anywhere on the beach. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky so call and get instructions if it is your first stay. Looking forward to going back!

Excelente hotel, a mi familia y a mi nos gustó mucho. Queda a un paso de la playa y tiene un pequeño centro comercial abajo con un CVS que atiende 24 horas.El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesitas, frigobar, microondas y hasta vajilla completa!La playa es si fue espectacular, arena blanca, agua templada y cristalina, muy limpia.No nos tocó vista a la playa pero la vista a la cuidad es impresionante, en especial de noche.El parqueo cuesta USD 14 por día y puedes e trae y salir cuates veces quieras con la llave del cuarto.Definitivamente queremos regresar y pasar unos días más.

Hermosas vistas. Para ir a la playa hay que cruzar la calle. No tienen servicio en la playa. Los apartamentos son excelentes como todos los Marriott Vacation. La ubicación es excelente. La pileta es muy pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel. Dentro de las Villas es el Marriott de siempre por fuera decepciona.

Esta practicamente en la playa , ya que hay que cruzar solamente una calle y está el mar. Hay que entrar por el ascensor del parking del hotel. No hay lobby a la vista. La habitacikn que me tocó estaba en el piso 18 al contra frente. Daba a los canales. Muy buena vista y sin ruido. La foto que muestra es tal cual. El check out es riguroso pero ofrecen los servicios del spa para ducharnos y asi aprovechar la playa. Piscina con bar . pero pequeño el lugar y ruidoso. Muy atento el personal en general. Volveria.
