Há anos me hospedo neste Marriott. O atendimento ao cliente é sempre único e todo mundo é legal, útil para qualquer necessidade e agradável. Eu teria dado 5 estrelas, mas a máquina de gelo não funcionou no nosso andar ou no 6º andar. Eu informei a recepção ao fazer o check-out, o que ela escreveu e disse que avisaria a manutenção para resolver o problema. Voltarei mais do que provavelmente em novembro.

Experiência excepcional. Nós estávamos aqui para uma conferência e achamos os quartos muito bons. Ter uma suíte faz uma grande diferença. A equipe de serviço foi gaveta superior e a comida notável. Ficamos em Marriotts em todo o mundo e não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre esse estabelecimento.

I have been staying at this Marriott for years. Customer service is always A one and everyone is nice, helpful to whatever needs and pleasant. I would have given 5 stars but the ice machine did not work on our floor or the 6th floor. I did inform the front desk when checking out which she wrote down and said she would let maintenance know to fix the problem. I will be back again more than likely in November.

Exceptional experience. We were here for a conference and found the rooms to be really nice. Having a suite makes a big difference. The service staff was top drawer and the food remarkable. We stay in Marriotts all over the world and cannot say enough good things about this property.

A estadia foi excelente. Também quero expressar meus comentários durante meu check-in no Marriott Dulles Suites. Isso é uma resposta à revisão logo abaixo da minha (se você classificar pela mais recente). Esta pessoa irada estava jogando o "Race Game" para obter coisas de graça. Acho que é disso que se trata a América. A maioria dos funcionários da recepção são diversos e a manjedoura que era ela mesma negra, eu a vi lidando com muita paciência com esse cara que estava alegando ter sua bagagem "roubada". Ele mencionou ao gerente na frente dos policiais que ele não quer coisas grátis, mas assim que os policiais saírem; sua ganância acelerou para o próximo nível pedindo mais brindes. Eu tenho dinheiro para viajar, não culpe as pessoas ou o hotel para ficar barato. Essas pessoas (funcionários) vêm do mesmo bairro e comunidade (é um trabalho). Não lhes dê tempo difícil!

Este hotel foi excepcional para o nosso bloco de quarto e jantar de ensaio para o nosso casamento. - Logística: Possui um serviço de transporte contínuo de/para o aeroporto a cada 30 minutos que transportou de forma confiável 40 convidados. Foi o Marriott mais distante do nordeste que pudemos encontrar que tinha um serviço de transporte contínuo em vez de um serviço de transporte de plantão. - Suítes: Muitos de nossos hóspedes nos contaram depois o quanto adoraram suas suítes. Eles eram grandes, mas também com preços razoáveis. - Apoio ao evento: O espaço e serviço para nosso jantar de ensaio foram ótimos, e a sala de conferências da suíte de hospitalidade acomodou a preparação para 9 membros da festa nupcial com 4 cabeleireiros e maquiadores. - Equipe: A equipe, especialmente Phillip, foi além para acomodar nossas preferências, preocupações e mudanças de última hora.

Stay was excellent. I also want to voice my feedback during my check in at Marriott Dulles Suites. This is in response to the review right under mine (if you sort by most recent). This Irate person was playing the "Race Game" to get stuff for free. Guess this is what America is all about. Most of the Front Desk Clerks are diverse and the Manger who was herself black, I saw her dealing very patiently with this guy who was claiming to have his luggage "stolen". He mentioned to the Manager in front of the cops that he does not want free stuff but as soon as the cops left; his greed accellerated to the next level asking for more freebies. I have money to travel, don't blame it on the people or the hotel to get cheap. These people (employees) come out from the same neighborhood and community (it's a job). Do not give them hard time!

This hotel was exceptional for our room block and rehearsal dinner for our wedding. - Logistics: It has a continuous shuttle to/from the airport every 30 minutes that reliably transported 40 guests. It was the furthest north-east Marriott we could find that had a continuous shuttle instead of an on-call shuttle. - Suites: Many of our guests told us after how much they loved their suites. They were large but also reasonably priced. - Event support: The space and service for our rehearsal dinner were great, and the hospitality suite conference room accommodated preparation for 9 bridal party members with 4 hair and makeup artists. - Staff: The staff, especially Phillip, went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences, concerns, and last minute changes.

Ótima localização perto do aeroporto com muitas opções deliciosas de comida nas proximidades. Todos eram amigáveis e atenciosos. É uma grande chatice que a piscina não seja mais usada. O centro de fitness era bom e a lavanderia para hóspedes era conveniente.

Great location near the airport with a lot of delicious food options nearby. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a huge bummer that the pool is no longer used. The fitness center was nice and the guest laundry was convenient.

A localização era ótima. Há tudo o que você precisa praticamente dentro do shopping, então você nem precisa andar em qualquer lugar. Muito estacionamento. Alegria na recepção foi um deleite absoluto. Ela foi tão simpática e prestativa o tempo todo que eu voltaria para ficar lá apenas por causa dela. Ótimo atendimento ao cliente é difícil de encontrar hoje em dia e ela é a melhor!

The location was great. There is whatever you need pretty much within the shopping center so you don't even need to walk anywhere. Plenty of parking. Joy at the front desk was an absolute delight. She was so friendly and helpful the entire time that I would go back to stay there just because of her. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays and she is the best!

O café da manhã, que custa US $ 20, é roubo, pois é comida abaixo da média. Na verdade, acredito que o café da manhã gratuito do hotel em lugares como o Holiday Inn cobre o café da manhã aqui. O jantar tem um preço bom e tem um gosto bom. Os servidores durante o café da manhã são muito agradáveis.A academia precisa urgentemente de atualizações e um sistema de ar condicionado funcionando. Fica tão incrivelmente quente e úmido lá e ajustar o termostato não parece mudar nada. Piscina estava fechada, não tenho certeza se isso é bom ou não.Parece que nunca consigo que alguém traga toalhas. Liguei três vezes um dia, com 30+ minutos de intervalo e ninguém nunca apareceu. Da mesma forma para toalhetes no ginásio. Tem que ir sempre agarrá-los você mesmo.O estacionamento é gratuito e fácil.O quarto é grande e agradável, embora mostrando a idade com as TVs.

While this hotel is the nice one in the area you can tell it is in dire need of updates. From a leaking roof to the fitness center it’s a old hotel. The breakfast which is $20 is robbery as it’s subpar food. In fact I believe free hotel breakfast at places like the holiday inn top the breakfast here. Dinner is priced fine and tastes good. The servers during breakfast are very nice. The gym is in dire need of updates and a working AC system. It gets so incredibly hot and humid in there and adjusting the thermostat doesn’t seem to change anything. Pool was closed , not sure if this is for good or not. I seem to never be able to get anyone to bring towels. I called three times one day, 30+ min apart and no one ever came up. Likewise for wipes in the gym. Have to always go grab them your self. Parking is free and easy. The room is large and nice though showing it’s age with the TVs.

Eu nunca tinha ouvido falar do Marriott Suites. Mas eu sou um fã depois de apenas uma estadia. A suíte era pequena, mas tinha um layout bem diferente. A cama era confortável, o lobby era bom e o café da manhã era ótimo. A equipe foi muito cortês e agradável. O valor foi incrível! Eu voltarei.

I'd never even heard of Marriott Suites. But I'm a fan after just one stay.The suite was small, but but had a nicely different layout. Bed was comfortable, lobby was nice, and breakfast was great. Staff was very courteous and pleasant. Value was amazing! I'll be back.
