“I have stayed at several hotels in the Chandler area and this is easily the worst.
-no microwave in the room
-the mini fridge froze all of my fresh produce
-I requested from the front desk two days in a row that my room be cleaned (I had been staying there a few days already and it had not been cleaned once) and it was never cleaned for the entirety of my stay
-the rooms are dated (peeling wallpaper, no USB charging ports, old carpets)
-you have to step into the shower in order to turn it on and can't avoid being blasted with cold water
-there is no complimentary breakfast. They are charging $25(!!) for breakfast”

“The personnel in the hotel was nice, no problem with this but.... the hotel is poorly maintained, lot of broken equipment. Cleaning is not done properly, you can see accumulated dust and junks everywhere.
In my first room, the bath drain was blocked. I informed the reception who promised to fix it. 24h later it wasn't fixed. I complaint and they gave me another room. In this new room, the complementary water bottle was open and water missing in it. The table in the room was not clean neither.
The hotel is located in front of an industrial plant operating 24/7. At the hotel side facing this plant, windows are old. A decent hotel would have modern windows with anti-noise glass. Nowadays this is nothing special anymore.”
