“Very low standard of service. Room service was slow, we were waiting for our dinner more than 2 hours. Breakfast area was dirty, with lack of plates, glasses and spoons. Food tracks were half empty, hot station guy was alone and slow and couldn’t manage the people flow. Coffee machine didn’t work, no water, juices are not fresh.”

“The room was very nice, the beds being extremely comfortable. The location is close to the airport which is great. They seemed a little understaffed at the restaurant but Eric was very nice! The pool area was a bit of a disaster with there being broken glass sitting for a while, but overall everyone was friendly.”
