A little weekend getaway with my eldest, as a belated Christmas present. She was excited for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was filled with dirt/mulch and plants...why? Our relaxing night away was less than exciting as the pool was also a little dirty. Staff was great and very professional, but this was a huge bummer.

Shout out to the staff working Friday, Jan 27. Our group had a bad travel date and missed an 8am flight. Marriott gave us an early check-in and picked us up from the airport, and brought us to the hotel. The barista had coffee and warm lemon water for us as we checked in and shared our story. The barista was so fun to visit with and empathic with our situation. We had breakfast and drinks at the restaurants and then a nice nap in a clean and comfortable room. The shuttle brought us to the MOA and went back to the room to kill some time in the afternoon. The shuttle accommodated us AGAIN to get us back to the airport at the time we needed, which was a little bit out of their normal hours. Our group of 6 all agreed that the staff here has been over the top accommodating and understanding. I will definitely come back here.

For several reason during my check in I was asked for a credit card for incidentals and my co-worker was not as a African American woman I was taken back by the underline racism also my room was cold with no way to adjust the temperature the next day I was not provided room service so I came in to a un cleaned room I also experience a really rude shuttle driver It was clear. me getting out of the shuttle was not his concern so he did not offer to open the door for me and left me to struggle getting out of the shuttle to make matters worst at the end of my stay I was charged for my entire bill when the bill should have been under my corporations account I phoned the front dest and spoke with Alex. He informed me my bill would be corrected and someone would contact me the next day that did not happen I had to call back and spoke with Penn from accounting although she did assist me she found my inconvenience funny. I stayed here from 1/4 to 1/11 23 and I can SAY I WILL NEVER. STAY HERE AGAIN And will discuss not to use this Marriott' with my Organization Worst Stay Ever!

Fantastic attention and the location is excellent. The rooms should have better sound insulation. I was walking to the elevator and I heard a couple doing intimate things super loud, like there is now walls. Other than that fantastic hotel.

Big shout out to Gisele at the front desk for making my first night as a platinum member memorable! She gave us a suite upgrade, on top of the breakfast benefit and extra $10 food credit. Thank you again for your hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed and slept like babies.
