Great location, nice clean rooms. The beach is beautiful. Food was pretty good as well. Buffet has different themes every night so food variety. Drinks were okay. The resort was pretty dead which was nice. I would definitely come back.

This resort is absolutely phenomenal! If you enjoy the little things in life, incredible food, and desire a simple vacation away, then I highly recommend! Yes, the ocean is rough, but the waves are stunning and the water is warm! You can still enjoy the beautiful salt water of the ocean, walk along the shore, and if comfortable you can go into it. If you need to swim then the resort has lovely pools! Yes, there is only one restaurant but I promise you it's wonderful and there's a lot to select from and the buffet is really delicious with a lot of options. Alcoholic drinks are great. Not a single one of mine were watered down. Everything is clean and they are extremely mindful of everything related to Covid. Rooms are lovely, and bed was a bit hard but still very comfy. Everyone who works at the resort seems genuinely kind which was great. It's is close to the airport which I think is a bonus. If you need one, the PCR test was quick and easy to get and more affordable then other places from what I heard. The area is quite safe - but obviously be smart. This is from a Canadian friend that recently sold her property in Los Cabos. She lived there for over 10 years. I am not a resort expert as I usually backpack my way through countries (including Latin America) but this was perfect, simple, much needed, little getaway to treat myself! Thank you Royal Decameron! It's been a truly a much needed and awesome experience.

O ambiente é muito bom, o serviço nos bares é péssimo e o tratamento ruim, instalações defeituosas, internet péssima, o serviço de todo o pessoal é excelente, exceto os bartenders dos bares secundários

Lugar magnífico. Indicado se você quiser ir com seu parceiro, já que praticamente não tem filhos. O bar tem drinks super ricos. Altamente recomendado para ir ao bar do lobby (o melhor e fecha até 1h)Os restaurantes têm comida bem gostosa, o bufê costuma ter a mesma coisa todos os dias, mas às vezes trocam 2 ou 3 coisas. Quem é a la carte não perde! Eles servem uma entrada, um prato principal e sua sobremesa. E vale lembrar que das 23h às 9h há lanches para você comer cachorro-quente, hambúrguer ou pizzaAs piscinas são um pouco frias mas em 1 minuto já te habituas e as 3 piscinas têm acesso ao bar para beberes enquanto nada. Tem um que é só para adultos e tem também um bar. As piscinas não são ondas, todas medem 1 metro 22 cmInfelizmente você não pode nadar na praia, quase sempre há uma bandeira preta. Mas há uma praia próxima onde você pode nadar e fica a cerca de 10 minutos de distância.Resumindo: É barato, bom, bonito e recomendado para um descanso tranquilo.E se você quiser fazer um bom passeio por San Lucas, recomendo que procure o VIVE CABO no Facebook. Houve uma tentativa de arrombamento em nosso quarto à 1h da manhã e a equipe não se importou. Meu amigo e eu tivemos que manter a porta deslizante fechada enquanto o intruso tentava abri-la. Eles nos deram um novo quarto e a fechadura da fechadura foi quebrada. Verifique as fechaduras e esteja seguro antes de vir aqui. É barato por um motivo.

Magnífico lugar. Adecuado si quieres ir con tu pareja, ya que no hay niños prácticamente. El bar tiene bebidas súper ricas. Muy recomendado ir al bar del lobby (El mejor y cierra hasta la 1am)Los restaurantes tienen comida muy rica, el de buffet por lo regular tiene lo mismo todos los días, pero cambian a veces 2 o 3 cosas. El que es a la carta no tiene pérdida! Te sirven una entrada, un platillo fuerte y tu postre. Y cabe resaltar que de 11 pm a 9 am hay snacks para que vayas por un hotdog, hamburguesas o pizzaLas piscinas están un poco frías pero en 1 minutos te acostumbras y las 3 piscinas cuentan con acceso al bar para que bebas mientras nadas. Hay una que es sola y únicamente de adultos y también tiene bar. No son ondas las piscinas, todas miden 1 metro 22 cmLamentablemente en la playa no se puede nadar, hay bandera negra prácticamente siempre. Pero hay una playa cercana en la que puedes nadar y está a unos 10 minutos aproximadamente.En resumen: Es barato, bueno, bonito y recomendado para descansar tranquilamente.Y si quieren ir a un buen tour en San Lucas, les recomiendo que busquen a VIVE CABO en Facebook. La ambientación está muy bien, el servicio de los bares es pésimo y mal trato, instalaciones defectuosas, pésimo internet, el servicio de todo el personal es excelente excepto los barman de los bares secundarios

There was an attempted break-in in our room at 1 AM and the staff didn’t care. My friend and I had to hold the sliding door shut while the intruder tried to pry it open. They gave us a new room and the deadbolt lock was broken. Check the locks and be safe before coming here. It’s cheap for a reason.

O hotel está localizado na zona hoteleira, com acesso muito fácil por veículos e transportes públicos. As instalações são impecáveis, bem decoradas, amplas e muito bem cuidadas. Eles seguem todos os protocolos de cobiça. Os quartos são espaçosos, muito bem equipados e muito organizados. Tem boas opções de comida, e é muito gostoso. Não dou 5 estrelas porque pensei que poderíamos nadar na praia, mas acontece que nesta área é proibido devido à perigosidade do mar. Em qualquer caso, as vistas da praia são incríveis. E porque pensei que o quarto com vista para o oceano seria mais alto.

El hotel está ubicado en la zona hotelera, de muy fácil acceso en vehículo y transporte público. Las instalaciones son impecables, bien decoradas, amplias y muy bien aseadas. Siguen todos los protocolos para covid. Los cuartos son amplios, muy bien equipados, muy organizados. Hay buenas opciones para comida, y es muy deliciosa. No le doy 5 estrellas porque pensaba que nos podíamos bañar en la playa, pero resulta que en esta zona está prohibido por lo peligroso del mar. En todo caso, las vistas a la playa son increíbles. Y porque pensé que el cuarto con vista al océano estaría más alto.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. La atención del personal es superbuena. Las instalaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Service was terrible I've stayed at allot of resorts and for the 1st time I had my sister book this trip. I understand the storm they had last Thursday but unbelievable I've even met two guests telling me there story's Stay away I've stayed at 2 Mexico resorts since covid and never had to pay for a covid test coming back but here it's 32$ and make sure they charge you correctly or they will hunt you down for there mistakes

It was pretty good,but the pools close early,even though you can't swim in the ocean,ac in the room didn't work well, told management but didn't get fixed, mirror fell off a wall while we were out of the room, after a couple reports they decided not to charge us for it,thankfully...but also didn't clean it up well, we had to walk on broken glass for the next 2 days, but, the people there were super nice and the food and drinks were good

Pior tudo incluído que já estive. É um golpe chamá-lo assim, porque não vale a pena visitar este resort. A praia fica fechada devido à localização (sempre com bandeira preta), música / entretenimento era inexistente a lamentável, resort estava vazio, sem bebidas alcoólicas servidas no café da manhã, sem bebidas alcoólicas servidas depois das 23h, 23h - 1h lanches estavam fechados e eles não trazem você comida para o quarto, o único restaurante (de 2) em que vale a pena comer fica lotado rapidamente. Tudo divertido está no futuro em San Lucas ($ 40 Uber ida e volta), então gostaríamos de ter pago o extra e ficado em algum lugar lá, mais perto da Marina. Este resort parecia uma casa de repouso de baixo custo.

Worst all inclusive I have been to. It’s a scam calling it that, because it’s not worth hanging out at this resort. Beach stays closed due to location (always black flag), music/entertainment was non-existent to pitiful, resort was empty, no alcohol served at breakfast, no alcohol served past 11pm, 11pm-1am snacks were closed and they won’t bring you food to the room, the only restaurant (of 2) worth eating at gets booked up quickly. Everything fun is down the road at San Lucas ($40 Uber round trip) so we wish we had payed the extra and stayed somewhere there, closer to the Marina. This resort felt like a low cost retirement home.

Staff was very friendly and well mannered, especially the lady at the front desk was very helpful even thou we went and asked her about thing every day. They have COVID test facility at the resort . Only have 2 restaurants. And snack bar, gym and spa wasn’t open . And don’t have shuttle service to andfrom airport which they it said of Expedia they provide when we were booking.Food was good. Building condition was fine. Overall it was a good experience . I stayed there for 5 days in June 2021.

Very Boring! You can’t swim in the beach (states “extreme danger do not swim” and the employees state it’s dangerous all year. There’s only older white people here who stare at you the entire time. The staff also had the nerve to ask me if I was “old enough to drink” despite being 23 & then sent security to “verify my age”. Felt very uncomfortable. Their drinks are watered down anyways!! My friend felt nothing after 3 “strong” drinks. There’s nothing to do in the resort other than swim in the 4ft pool. There’s other Decameron resorts that are sooo much better than this mess. stay away!

This location does not deserve a good review after what happened to my family. There’s thieves amongst staff and they steal anything valuable. They do nothing to solve the problem and avoid every topic that comes with this scenario. My family went to Mexico to celebrate a birthday and what came to a surprise is that two gold rings went missing the moment they stepped out of their suite. No solution, no communication, no intentions of resolving. Truly disappointed. I will do anything in my power to reach the CEO and PRESIDENT of this resort to get this resolved. Those were VERY valuable items that were stolen from my moms purse.So unacceptable.

Nice place. The food was good, staff very professional and warm. On arrival it wasn't impressive but significantly grew on us. It is an older building and we experienced a water leak in our room but they upgraded us to a new room which was nicer than the first.

The hotel is extra basic. It looks pretty in pictures but that’s it. The pool is really what sets it off. The staff, not to my standards as far as customer goes. The food is soooooooo gross. Be prepared to lose weight while vacationing. Food is like less than cafeteria quality. The equipment is run down. They hate to give you a second hand towel. All I’m gonna say is don’t let the photos fool you!

Absolutely amazing staff. Came here with parents and siblings and we All are having so much fun. It's gorgeous and the buffet is always so good. We are all planning to come here again!!!

We checked into the Royal Decameron for a total of 3 hours and decided to find another place to stay. The grounds were well kept and the rooms clean although quite run down and in need of repair. There is only one buffet and one restaurant and the food was barely edible (and I'm not very picky). The worst part though was that the "all inclusive alcohol" was literally water poord from liquor bottles. I've never experienced anything like it in all my travels. We went to 3 of their 4 bars and had the same problem at each. I suppose if you are a beer drinker it might be ok. The buffet offered a wine selection with dinner of red or white. They couldn't even tell me what kind of red or white and the red was less than desirable. The only saving grace was their friendly and very accommodating staff who did everything they could to try and make our stay better but the food and beverage situation was not something we were willing to suffer through our entire vacation

The resort was very nice. We would definitely be back. The food was good for Mexico. The rooms were nice and clean. The service was excellent. The only complaint was that there wasn’t hot water for showering.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2weeks from the end of Jan to beginning of feb. which was way too long to be in this resort, I would recommend a week and no longer. Place is 90% Canadians. Check...
