To start off, do NOT get fooled by the outside look as it does no justice to the amazing rooms & lobby area! Lobby is clean, has a bar area & a great place for families. We stayed on the 16th floor. When first walking in, the room was very clean & I felt very comfortable staying here & I am very picky & won’t stay just anywhere. Bathrooms was spotless, with complementary body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. We had plenty of clean towels & even a blow dryer!! The view was AMAZING!! We were 3 minutes from little Italy where there is great food & a family friendly atmosphere. Dimitrius & his staff made our stay very pleasant & we will be sure to return when we find ourselves in San Diego!

The hotel is round so the rooms are an odd shape, like a wedge. Location can't be beat — right off the freeway (request a room facing away if you're a light sleeper!) and walking distance to the many restaurants and attractions in Little Italy. Staff were wonderful, especially Billie at the front desk. Self-parking on site is $30/day, not too bad.

Needed a quick getaway from LA so took a spontaneous drive down to San Diego. Was greeted by very friendly and genuine host/staff, I believe her name was Mallory (could be wrong). But my request for the highest floor was fulfilled and check in was seamless. The room was very big for a basic king suite and the view was spectacular. It didn’t have the newest renovations or anything like that, and the price was slightly high, but not obnoxiously high. Overall good stay.

Lamentablemente tuve una pésima experiencia en este hotel. Me hicieron un cobro que no corresponde, nadie me podía informar por que se realizo ese cobro, pero que lo devolvería en unos días,no hicieron el servicio a la habitación( solicitandolo por parte nuestra desde el día de llegada), el primer día nos dejaron las toallas en una bolsa. Eran nuestras vacaciones soñadas y perdí mucho tiempo tratando de que me solucionaran los problemas, Respuestas deficiente de parte del personal del Hotel, al final termine hablando con Manager y pésima su actitud, no sabe tratar a un pasajero. Muy mala experiencia no recomiendo para nada este hotel.

Demorou mais de 45 minutos para fazer o check-in e acabei precisando gastar US $ 550 adicionais para fazer o check-in por causa da falta de comunicação e um conflito de políticas entre Southwest Vacations e Four Points. Ao lidar com este problema, o gerente não apareceu uma única vez para ajudar ou se desculpar pelo problema. Também é extremamente frustrante que eles tenham me pedido para ligar para a Southwest para tentar resolver o problema sozinho. O gerente finalmente apareceu e me disse que eu teria que ligar para a Southwest Vacations e obter um reembolso da estadia ou entrar em contato com a Southwest Vacations e pedir que enviassem ao hotel um e-mail com as informações do cartão de crédito, o que é contra a política da Southwest e dado ao hotel por telefone no dia anterior. I booked a vacation package and paid up front for the entire stay. The person at the front desk didn’t know how to get us checked in continuously kept leaving to go ask a manager. It took over 45 minutes to get checked in and I ended up needed to spend an additional $550 in order to get checked in because of the miscommunication and a conflict of policies between Southwest Vacations and Four Points. While dealing with this issue the manager did not come out once to assist or apologize for the issue. It’s also extremely frustrating that they asked me to call Southwest to try and resolve the issue myself. As someone in customer service, if there is an issue due to a conflict between our company and another company I would never imagine asking a customer be the middle man. It’s extremely unprofessional. Then to follow that up telling the customer their only option is to spend more money in order to get checked in is icing on the cake. I’m thousands of miles away from home and on a schedule, if I had more time to deal with that situation I would have 100% decided not to stay here and found another hotel, especially after seeing and smelling the room. The issue continued and was finally resolved during check out after and making several calls to the front desk/guest services and Southwest Vacations. The manager finally made an appearance and told me that I would have to call Southwest Vacations and get a refund from them for the stay or contact Southwest Vacations and have them send the hotel an email with their credit card information, which is against Southwest policy and given to the hotel over the phone the day prior. Save yourself and your sanity and find a better hotel! Town and Country Resort is WONDERFUL and has an extremely helpful and kind staff!

My husband and I came to SD for our honeymoon and we thankfully stayed in the best hotel in town! Thanks to Dimitrius for making our stayed so magical and unforgettable. He surprised us with flowers, chocolates and a beautiful card when we got into our room, he even gave us the best room in the hotel, overlooking the ocean, downtown, and airport. It was the best overall experience and we will definitely come back soon! Thanks again and keep having such excellence service!

Great of ie for a place to stay. Redone rooms and comfortable. I felt safe walking too and the property but it is a borderline neighborhood. No breakfast as advertised with the rate and no airport pickup even though my rate had it included. Their answer was to rent a car to get there and parking would be free. OK sure let me spend another $100. Just odd.

Definitely an older hotel, but they've done their best to keep it up to Four Points standards. The room rates are very reasonable for such a convenient location, so I have no complaints. Just note that during covid, the airport shuttle and restaurant are closed!

Such a nice and affordable hotel in downtown SD! Beautiful comfy room with awesome views. Room came with a mini fridge (no microwave in room) which was very helpful for our trip. The hotel staff were very accommodating allowing us to check in and out well after hours (Demitrius was the best- HAY BOO!). The location was prime in that it was steps from Little Italy in downtown SD. We also had super close access to Ralph's and the next door gas station. We were minutes from the beach and the pool was open. Great trip with a great room!

We booked a room for one night at this Hotel a couple of day ago. It located right next to Freeway 5 exit , and it easily to go pass it. The outside and parking lot looked rundown and cramped. When you have entered the front door things were much better and cleaned. The room was cleaned and organized with chairs and USB plugs every electrical outlets. The bed was comfortable and nice. One thing thou, be careful with coffee creamers ( the one in the small sealed cup) make sure you check it before pouring into you coffee. Mine was bad and with the maggots crawling inside the cup. I reported to the front desk and they gave me the one in the bags. The Hotel will charge you $15 usd a day for parking , which was sucked. Will be checking to different Hotel next time sorry.

Ya está viejo, falta renovar tapetes, empapelado de paredes, acabados, pero tiene una buena relación de costo tomando en cuenta su ubicación. Hay una pequeña alberca, agradable. Y las habitaciones , son como rebanadas de pastel! En el restaurant y recepcion, muy buen servicio y sabor !

Quiero deecirles a los que piensan ir a este hotel , que no lo hagan , porque: el parqueadero cobran $40 dolares cuando a los 10 mts hay un parqueadero publico que cobran $10 la noche Tengo membresia marriott quize ir alli , ha sido el hotel mas malo en que he estado toda mi vida por el precio que cobran , deberia tener 1 estrella no 3 como dicen : los baños son viejos y malos , el agua no fluye atravez de la bañera (etascados) , del looby no ayudan a arreglarlo , tengo fotos de esto , la ropa de cama esta rota (tengo fotografias) , las habitaciones son viejas , el tapete esta de cambio lo mismo que los colchones y cortinas , no vale la pena ir alli por lo que cobran , el cuarto huele a cigarillo es axficiante este olor, solo hay 1 asecensor en uso que demora eternidades e4n subir y bajar , cobran el desayuno a $20 , es solo unas galletas con jugo , este hotel no deberia llamarse fourpoints ni tener 3 estrellas 1 seria suficiente
