Lovely hotel. Absolutely clean and beautiful decor. However we had a lot of issues regarding the meals, including delays, confusion in orders, confusion in place of dining, meals in installments of 30min, long response time, ill informed staff etc. Otherwise the stay was fabulous

Eles também cobraram a mais na conta, pois me cobraram duas vezes pelo quarto para um upgrade. Por favor, verifique o seu faturamento, antes de partir (ainda estou para receber o reembolso). Muito incômodo para ficar com todos esses contras. A melhor parte foi que eles enviam sopa SEM rolos de jantar e quando eu perguntei eles enviaram após 45 minutos :). Não sei em que mundo uma sopa pode ficar quente por 45 minutos :). Na reclamação, eles disseram que eu deveria enviar mais um!!! Eu fiquei tipo uau.Os quartos são espaçosos neste segmento. Gostei do tema indiano. Uma refrescante mudança de boas-vindas.

UNFORTUNATELY, the service lags and lacks even by covid standards. The HR lacks training and is miserable at understanding needs of a guest. They also overcharged on bill, as they double charged me for the room for an upgrade. Please check your billing, before you depart (i am yet to get the refund). Too much ofhassle to stay with all these cons. The best part was they send soup WITHOUT dinner rolls and when i queried they sent it after 45mins :). I don't know in which world can a soup remain warm for 45mins :). On complaint, they told should I send one more!!! I was like wow.The rooms are spacious in this segment. I liked the Indian theme. A refreshing Welcome change.

El departamento de recursos humanos carece de capacitación y es miserable para comprender las necesidades de un huésped. También cobraron de más en la factura, ya que me cobraron el doble por la habitación para una mejora. Verifique su facturación antes de partir (todavía no he recibido el reembolso). Demasiado lío para quedarse con todos estos contras. La mejor parte fue que enviaron sopa SIN panecillos y cuando pregunté, la enviaron después de 45 minutos :). No sé en qué mundo puede una sopa permanecer caliente durante 45 minutos :). En la denuncia, me dijeron que debería enviar uno más!!! Yo estaba como guau.Las habitaciones son espaciosas en este segmento. Me gustó el tema indio. Un refrescante cambio de bienvenida.

Ótimo serviço por toda a equipe e não tenho nada a reclamar. O preço do quarto era muito razoável, então acabou ficando aqui em vez do Leela Palace. Não comparando os dois, mas pelo valor e comida Andaz foi o vencedor. Grande valor !

Gran servicio por parte de todo el personal y no tengo nada de qué quejarme. El precio de la habitación era muy razonable, así que terminé quedándome aquí en lugar de Leela Palace. No comparando los dos, pero por el valor y la comida, Andaz fue el ganador. Gran valor !

Great service by all the staff and I don't have anything to gripe about. Price for the room was very reasonable so ended by staying here instead of Leela Palace . Not comparing the two but for the value and food Andaz was the winner.

Stayed here for 3 weeks so I think I got an overallidea of how this property operates.Pros: Cleanliness Responsivess of service staff Safety LocationCons: The restaurant - although the quality of food is no doubt good at the restaurant, I think the food menu is way too small. They claim that the restaurant is European, but it has such a limited European menu that it's funny.The bar is good but small and pricey.The property is internally connected to Hyatt residences which is on the same property. The staff is very courteous and helpful. My wierd demands like HDMI cables , yoga mats and electric heaters were met without giving it a another question.The gym when open is decent and has almost all required equipment, although a squat rack will help.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. The customer service is amazing, the breakfast is out of this world and generally it is a fantastic experience. It is worth the relative expensive cost. We had stayed in a number of other hotels on our one month trip to India and this hotel ended our trip perfectly.

Muito bem preparado para o Natal. Mas seu serviço pode ser melhorado. Você pode encontrar lugares melhores e em torno de Deli com o mesmo preço. Os quartos são decentes, mas isso não justifica os custos. Você pode conseguir um negócio melhor na Roseate House ou The Roseate.

Lugar fabuloso !!! O ambiente do local é super incrível !!! Existe uma piscina, spa, ginásio, salão de festas e tudo o mais. A limpeza é uma das coisas que mais gostei neste hotel. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é, dando instruções claras sobre a usabilidade dos elevadores, quadros elétricos, deve haver um sistema de travamento no banheiro (que não existe agora).

Third grade hotel, completely poor and worst services given by this hotel. They don’t even know how to treat a family at vacation in their property. Even the manager demanded money for providing us the rooms for which the reservations was done 6 days ago. Playing cards with family was treated as GAMBLING by the management. Highly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel as they don’t even know how to treat their guests with 5 kids.

Os quartos são MUITO MINIMALISTAS e um tanto espartanos. Portanto, se você espera um lugar acarpetado com sofás de veludo, este não é o lugar para você. PEQUENO bar com grande variedade de gins. O hotel é um lugar maravilhoso para ficar. A comida é incrível. O ambiente é ótimo. Os quartos são fantásticos. Só uma coisa. Eu tinha perguntado na recepção se poderia lavar meu carro. Eles concordaram por uma taxa nominal. Quando de manhã pedi o meu carro, disseram que não havia nenhum carro desse tipo nas instalações, o que me deixou chocado. Tive que ir sozinho procurar meu carro em 3 níveis de estacionamento. No entanto, consegui encontrar o meu carro, mas a forma como tudo foi tratado pelos funcionários do hotel não foi de forma alguma profissional. Tirando uma estrela por causa dessa falha de comunicação.

El hotel es un lugar maravilloso para quedarse. La comida es estupenda. El ambiente es genial. Las habitaciones son fantásticas. Sólo una cosa. Le había preguntado a la recepción si podía lavar mi auto. Lo acordaron por una tasa nominal. Cuando por la mañana pregunté por mi automóvil, dijeron que no había tal automóvil en las instalaciones, lo que me sorprendió. Tuve que ir solo y buscar mi auto en 3 niveles de estacionamiento. Sin embargo, pude encontrar mi automóvil, pero el personal del hotel manejó todo el asunto sin un profesional. Quitando una estrella por esta falta de comunicación.

Me encantó este hotel. Es muy contemporáneo, elegante y artístico en su decoración. Personal muy joven y elegante desde la recepción en la entrada a los camareros. Las habitaciones son MUY MINIMALISTICAS y algo espartanas. Entonces, si espera un lugar alfombrado con sofás de terciopelo, este no es el lugar para usted. BARRA PEQUEÑA con gran variedad de ginebras. Gran vibra. Decoración muy original. Ideal para gente joven o si eres joven de corazón.

I loved this hotel. Its very contemporary, chic and artistic in its decor. Very young and smart staff from the reception at the entrance to the waiters. The rooms are VERY MINIMALISTIC and somewhat spartan. So if you expect a carpeted place with velvet sofas, this is not the place for you. SMALL bar with massive variety gins.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The food is awesome. Ambience is just great. Rooms are fantastic. Just one thing. I had asked the front desk if I could get my car washed. They agreed for it for a nominal rate. When in morning I asked for my car they said no such car is present in the premises which gave me a shock. I had to go by myself and look for my car in 3 parking levels. However I could find my car but the way whole thing was handled by hotel staff by not at all professional. Taking one star away for this miscommunication.

Beautiful property in Delhi Aerocity near the Airport.
We were part of the event and considering the banquets are huge, we could follow social distancing and Covid protocols.
The rooms were spacious and well lit, the food was good. Overall great experience.
Could enjoy the Restaurant’s, May be next time.

Buen hotel, habitaciones muy amplias pero hemos venido en invierno y baja la temperatura bastante, el agua caliente de la ducha y la calefaccion directamente no funcionan, nos cambiaron de habitacion por este problema e igual, no hay manera, NO MERECE LA PENA pagar mas por la habitacion con vistas, mucho mejor las vistas hacia dentro que hacia el aeropuerto!! Tienen un restaurante Hong Kong Club que es una pasada, buena comida, precios moderados, alcohol a precios altos, muy hinchados. Calidad precio aceptable.
