Bem localizado mas falta estrutura. O refeitório estava reformando e não sabíamos disso previamente. A equipe não é tão simpática. Apenas um recepcionista nos tratou com respeito.

Hostel excelente. Muito limpo e organizado. Staffs simpáticos. Localização excelente na Gran Via. Na primeira noite tivemos um problema com um dos nossos lockers, que prontamente foi resolvido.

Excelente localização no centro de Madrid. Acesso ao transporte público e perto de muitas atrações a uma curta distância. Atendimento muito bom e muito prestativo. Café da manhã rico e completo por € 4,50. Sugestões: cadeira ou banquinho no quarto (feminino x 8) ter geladeira na sala comum. Estadia muito agradável. Para voltar e recomendar.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Madrid. Acceso a medios de transporte público y cerca de muchas atracciones para ir andando. Muy buena atención y muy serviciales. Desayuno rico y completo por €4,50. Sugerencias: silla o banqueta en la habitación ( femenina x 8) tener una heladera en la sala común . Estadía muy placentera. Para volver y recomendar.

Localização incrível (para quem quer o centro da cidade)! Vários restaurantes a poucos metros, carro pra que? Umas praças bem legas nas ruas de trás.

La localización es excelente. Queda sobreGran Via, una de las avenidas principales. Las camas están limpias, los baños son limpios pero, algunos están fuera de servicio. La cocina-cafeteria está muy bien, sin embargo, no hay estufa, lavaplatos ni nevera. Solo una barra para los que contraten desayuno. Vale la pena quedarse en este hostal. Volvería!

Foi uma experiência agradável. Os funcionários são muito agradáveis e prestativos. Você pode deixar sua mala aqui mesmo após o check-out. Todo o edifício tem ar condicionado que é muito bom durante o verão. O café da manhã é de 4,5 euros e muito bom e grande variedade (senti falta dos produtos hortícolas, mas fora isso foi ótimo). Eu fiquei em um quarto feminino de 8 camas. As camas eram grandes e limpas e a vista do quarto era muito agradável. Os banheiros eram bons, mas às vezes um pouco sujos (isso não é culpa dos albergues, mas das pessoas que não podem nem usar uma lixeira). Por outro lado, eles foram limpos pela equipe com bastante frequência, então estava tudo bem. Apesar de tudo, só posso recomendar este hostel (mesmo para viajantes individuais).

Es limpio y lindo pero no ofrece seguridad. No hay nadie que controle, solo los chicos que atienden. Por lo general los huéspedes viajan con muchas cosas valiosas que no se pueden poner en riesgo. Debería ser mas seguro, ya que es un hostel caro.

Nunca había contratado habitación compartida. En esta ocasión fué muy buena experiencia. El lugar está en el sitio perfecto de La Gran Vía madrileña. El personal encantador. Y el BUFFET de desayuno muy completo.

It was a nice experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can leave your bag here even after check out. The whole building has air conditioning which is very nice during the summer. The breakfast is 4.5 euros and very good and great variety (I missed the vegetables but other than that it was great). I stayed in an 8 bed female bedroom. The beds were big and clean and the view from the room was very nice. The bathrooms were good but sometimes a little bit dirty (this is not he hostels fault, but the people's who cannot even use a trashcan). On the other hand they have been cleaned by the staff quite often so it was alright. All in all I can only recommend this hostel (even for solo travellers).

Localização fenomenal: em plena Gran Vía, a escassos metros de muitas atrações de Madrid, com estação de metro à porta. Quartos confortáveis. O pequeno almoço é pago separadamente, custa 4,50€, e é muito completo. A limpeza das casas de banho devia ser melhor e mais frequente.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor, la mujer que hacia el desayuno un encanto super amable y los colchones eran comodos. A parte de esto el hotel horrible. Las camas venian sin hacer, las habitaciones no tenian nada de nada de espacio. La limpiadora entro a mi habitacion a limpiar estando yo dentro cosa q me melostó mucho. Ademas los aseos al ser compartidos, estaban muy muy sucios. Las bolsas de las papeleras de las habitacion venian sin cambiar. Habia una bolsa en la habitacion que no era nuestra.Y una de las peores cosas fue sin duda alguna que los balcones eran compartidos. Cualquier persona de las habitaciones colindantes se podia meter en la nuestra sin ningun problema.

La ubicación del hostel es excelente. El desayuno completo y no muy caro. Las habitaciones limpias, tamaño normal. Las camas cómodas con enchufe y luz propia. Se podría mejorar el servicio de las duchas ya que algunas no tenían buena presión de agua para bañarse.

Me ha encantado. Mi primera experiencia en un Hostel y la volvería a repetir. El personal super amable, desde la recepción hasta la señora que dirige el Buffet del desayuno, pasando por las limpiadoras. Las camas limpias y cómodas baños de sobra por toda la planta, y el salón comunitario super bonito, cómodo y con muy buenas vistas.

La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar caminando a todos lados. La habitación es pequeña pero las camas son perfectas, con cortina y enchufes. No tiene cocina ni heladera disponible para los huespedes,algo básico en un hostel. Los baños son incómodos porque no hay dónde apoyar las cosas ni sentarse, además la mayoría de las duchas estaban rotas. Está bien para estadías muy cortas.

1) YOU CANNOT SHOWER BETWEEN 10:00-14:00 2) WORST RECEPTION / SERVICE If there is 0 star, I would give it. Took 1 hour to check-in! ONE HOUR with only 3 parties ahead of me. On top of that, the water cutoff between 10:00-14:00! You have to wake up early on your vacation and cannot sleep in and take a shower. I will NEVER stay here again. Stay way from this hostel!

First of all its located really well, directly next to the gran via. Everything is reachable by foot so it's not necessary to buy a ticket for public transport. The breakfast for 4,50€ is fine. Really nice interior in the lobby and breakfast room, also really fast free WiFi. The bathrooms get cleaned everyday (which is necessary because some people seem to treat them like some public WC's in the metro Idk). All in all its a really nice and cheap hostel. The beds in the dormitories are a little bit small, less than 1,90m length.

Excellent hostel, many rooms but with good organization. I will come back. Location is great, easy to access metro and shopping area a lot of restaurant nearby, the lady with straight hair working at the reception is kind and patient willing to explain everything, special thanks to her. Common lounge is spacious with much sunlight, you can chill and relax there. Breakfast of 4.5EUR is value for money, donut, cake,toast, cheese,caffee diversified choice.

It is a new and nice hoster. Price was so nice, but the best thing is location! This hostel is just in the middle of the town, you do not need to pay for any commutation. The worst part was that the hotel was so new, so it did not have a lounge and the toilets were dirty for a couple of days. Although i had irritated some, the general rest was nice. Also receptionists are so nice!

Great hostel very funky, all the bedrooms are on the second floor, our Dorm was next to the males toilet and shower we could hear the door slamming all night, maybe put a sign on the door that says...
