Nice rooftop pool with cool views! Pool bar served good drinks and food. I highly recommend their caesar salad and burger.

The elevator situation is painful (unless you enjoy changing them to get from A to B) - I wonder what the architects were thinking when came up with this. Front desk is friendly but boy are they slow. 30 minutes wait. As an elderly lady behind me shouted: „either their computers or brains are slow“. Room was very small; more like NYC than FL. Some basic stuff was missing: decaf; bin in the main room; bottled water; more than 1 body wash liquid. Things you learn in week 2 in your hotel management course. There should be sufficient margin to pay for this given the $900 price tag for standard room/ night. Juan at the pool bar was excellent. But there aren’t enough chairs. Despite lot of empty space. Overall an average experience and poor value.

My bags were stolen from this hotels valet service. They responded to my negative comment here, but refused to follow through. I lost over $500 of merchandise from parking. Polite staff when they have your money, but they did nothing to make my partner and I feel secure after we filed the report. I have since emailed with Karen, Cristina, and Gisella at AKA hotel and none of them have even provided me with the decency to update me on my claim. I am very disappinted.

We came to Miami for our honeymoon with my husband and have stayed at Hotel AKA. Absolutely our best decision was to stay here. I sent them an email before we arrived. They intently answered all of our questions. Managing Director Sean Flanigan was very attentive, he personally answered all emails. That was amazing. We even left our luggages at the hotel 4 days ago and they made them ready in our room when we arrived. They had nicely prepared our room for honeymoon celebration. We have stayed 3 different hotels during our honeymoon and they were the only ones who did a little celebration. They definetely made our days in Miami, such a lovely gesture.And Melike! She was definetely our biggest chance at the hotel. She made us feel like a family. She was absolutely very professional and helpful. She tried to help us with all matters.The hotel is in a very good location and most of the rooms have a very nice view. We walked almost everywhere. Rooms are very clean and big. Restaurant & bar is perfect, you don’t need to think too much for looking a place to eat.We don’t know what to say more. We will definetely stay in here next time because it was like a home for us. Thank you for evetything.

Best Hotel & Best Team!The valet service was on another level with Ulis. Drinking, chatting, and spending time with the bartender Rekey was marvelous therapy. Finding the pool was like solving a puzzle, but big deal. Special thanks to Melike and her team. Her professionalism and A plus service were incredible. We will recommend it to our family and friends.

The Hotel is substituing the Conrad, so is not bad, but you need two elevator to reach your room, there is a poor gym and a non-spa. The positive things are the pool but above all the view from the top. Choose it if the price is low!!

The hotel is great and central located. The rooms are very clean. You got a Fantastic view to the ocean and the Service is fantastic thanks to Melike the guest service supervisor Very friendly and super attentive. Definitely this hotel for my next Miami visit

Ever since setting foot in the lobby of Hotel AKA, it has been clean, gorgeous, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The views from the lobby, restaurant, and rooms are amazing. Javier was great at check in and was able to get us into a room right away. My husband lost his credit card the first night and luckily it was held at the front desk for him! We also had need to urgently print documents and the guest computer wasn't working so Melike at the front desk was able to support printing them for us. The above and beyond service was truly appreciated and makes us want to come back here the next time we're in Miami.

Horroroso. Não tem serviço, a comida é sofrível e só se salva pela localização. Mesmo que eu tenha um seminário neste hotel nunca mais fico aqui. Detestei.

This place was terrific! Very clean and service was super friendly. Big shout out to Geisella Kia at the front desk. I don't often give reviews but they went above and beyond and created a 5 star experience for my wife and me. I will visit again.

Great Hilton property--every single person who works here is well trained and will help you out in any way. This goes from when you arrive--Caser the bellman helped us and provided great service, to the car valets--our car was available EVERY time within the 5 minutes they requested to all the front desk folks who are always welcoming and willing to help out. If you are in Miami the Conrad is a great place to stay.

My favorite hotel in Miami. The rooms are really well appointed, as you would expect from Conrad, and the service is stellar. The hotel restaurant is located at the top of the building and offers great views of Miami and an amazing breakfast. Love this hotel.

Pretty poor experience. The hotel is switching over to AKA, but basically the hotel is doing nothing to support Hilton status members who already had a reservation. Literally gave us 2 weeks notice. If new management thought that was a good customer experience, then I would highly caution what you’ll be signing on for when AKA takes over.

My guest and I had a great time at the Conrad Miami. We flew down from DC to take a cruise the next day. Giselle and her manager were absolutely fantastic! They were so welcoming and promptly checked us in. They gave us two glasses of sparkling wine and proceeded to tell us all about the local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were beautiful with great views. Will definitely be back!

I can't gush enough about my experience. Incredible location, friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing views. The on-site restaurant had delicious food with very attentive servers. Top notch trip with the family. Highly recommend!

El hotel es muy bonito, bien situado. Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de la habitación, la habitación no la arreglaron y al solicitar hacerlo nos refieren que las habitaciones no se arreglan a menos que el huésped lo solicite, algo que nunca me había sucedido en un hotel de 5 estrellas.Al solicitar un instrumento para dar una queja me entregaron una tarjeta no marcada, no me solicitaron la direccion para responder la queja y creo que no les importo.No me parecio el trato adecuado,

Loved my stay here!The Room is beautiful the view was beautiful . I love that the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub. I enjoy taking baths there!Housekeeping wasamazing and guest service was always very helpful.The pool was so pretty. I would have gave it a perfect rating is breakfast was included And the kitchen hours were maybe a little bit more extended. But I will definitely be staying here again

El hotel está en pésimas condiciones. Todo luce descuidado y el lobby siempre tiene una apariencia sucia. El servicio de valet parking es muy deficiente. Hay hoteles de mucha menor categoría con mejores servicios.El peor Conrad de todos.

El trabajo de la persona del front desk. Siendo obligatorio el uso de la mascarilla por el virus, no hace nada para que la gente las utilice, generándose peleas entre los huéspedes. Una vergüenza.

Tiene buena ubicación en el centro financiero y de negocios. Cuanta con cancha de tenis, gimnasio y piscina. Para acceder a la piscina hay que salir al edifico de al lado. De noche es una zona tranquila. Para llegar a las habitaciones del hotel hay que tomar dos ascensores. El servicio en general estuvo bien. Tiene lindas vistas.

Muy mala experiencia. Vine por trabajo no de vacaciones. Todos los dias sali a las 8:00 am del hotel, volvia usualmente a las 20:00 y en todos los dias de mi estadia la habitación no estaba arreglada. Reclamé todos los dias al front desk y todos los días lo mismo. El ultimo dia baje a solicitar que hiciera la habitación, salí del hotel para esperar, regrese 2 horas despues y la habitacion seguia exactamemte igual... Solicité a SOFIA CARVONILL del Front Desk del hotel al menos 5 veces conversar con el manager del hotel, y nunca apareció. Muy mal servicio, el que el manager no diera la cara y explicara lo sucedido me parece una falta de interes en el cliente tremenda. Muy mal Hilton Hotels...

Yo uso el Spa del hotel para cuando tengo conexiones y me da tiempo de salir del aeropuerto y descansar un poco. El spa es bastante sencillo, pero tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, tiene una hidromasajesdora para masajes en agua, pero lo más importante son, las masajistas, todas... son espectaculares! Luego puedes quedarte en la terraza del hotel, que se está muy bien con vistas a la Bahía de Brickell!
