“Eu fiquei em outros hotéis Double Tree antes e realmente gostei da minha estadia. Eu gostaria de poder dizer o mesmo sobre este. A situação de estacionamento, como outros já mencionaram, é muito inconveniente. A opção de estacionamento sem manobrista custa US $ 26 por noite e o estacionamento fica na garagem inferior. O elevador e as escadas rolantes que levam ao lobby estão quebrados, então você tem que subir 2 lances de escadas para chegar ao lobby principal. Estou grávida de 8 meses, o que é factível, mas demorou um pouco. Eu só posso imaginar se alguém estiver em uma cadeira de rodas ou em uma pessoa idosa, como eles seriam capazes de fazer a caminhada a menos que pagassem pelo estacionamento com manobrista (que é de US $ 39 por noite), não tenho certeza se isso passaria pela ADA agir e eles provavelmente seriam multados se inspecionados.O processo de check-in foi bom - o cara não foi particularmente útil ou amigável e não me ofereceram nenhum biscoito até que eu pedisse especificamente. Charging ports by the bed were helpful.
The bathroom door had a stiff return-spring on it for some odd reason, so you couldn't ever leave the door open.
That is, unless you happened to have a screwdriver and removed the middle hinge (which encased the spring).
I definitely didn't do that though. It was, uh, like that when I got there.”
