“It is a good resort. But there are some problems. Like my room key was not working. I would wait outside my room 15-20 min trying to open it and the struggle was going back & forth from the room to the lobby just to get the key fixed. When they sent someone to fix the door sensor that person said it was the key that was giving problems. When I went to the lobby they said it was the door sensor. It was crazy not to be able to get into the room without going to the lobby AFTER reaching my room. The lobby customer service even told me that something the key get deactivated from going near the pool. This was ridiculous to deal with.”

“Excellent place.
I stayed for a week with my family. It was a very safe place. Especially for my 4 year old daughter. My 14 year old son have a lot of fun. They enjoy all the activities and the food and the restaurants. The pools were very clean all the time. The beach was really good.
Thank you to your driver (coca cola) hi is so much fun. Make of laugh all the time. You need more nice people like him.”
