A equipe foi ótima. O check-in e a chave do e-quarto foram bastante convenientes, mas houve um erro no check-out. Muita manutenção adiada no prédio e não tão limpa quanto as propriedades do Hilton normalmente são. O problema foi não ter serviço de limpeza diário [pós-pandemia]. Solicitei serviço um dia dos quatro que fiquei e só recebo um saco de toalhas pendurado na minha maçaneta externa.

Staff was great. Check-in and e-room key was quite convenient, but error checking out. A lot of deferred maintenance in the building and not as clean as Hilton properties typically are. The deal breaker was not having [post-pandemic] daily housekeeping service. I requested service one day out of the four I stayed and only receive a bag of towels hanging from my exterior doorknob.

Quarto 401, 1 a 3 de maio de 2022. PRÓS: Nosso quarto era bom, cama king size com mesa, 2 cadeiras confortáveis, mesa para laptop, geladeira e banheira de tamanho normal. Havia um termostato em cada quarto que realmente funcionava. BOM!!! Também tinha um ferro, secador de cabelo e tábua de passar de tamanho convencional. O 'incluído' opções quentes de café-da-manhã foram maravilhosos; Salsicha, pequenas omeletes, waffles, pães, bolos, aveia, frutas frescas e sucos. Apreciei que o café da manhã estava disponível até as 10h todos os dias. Pudemos desfrutar de uma manhã relaxante, e não nos sentimos apressados ​​para comer. A 'senhora do café da manhã' estava constantemente reabastecendo e limpando sem me fazer sentir que estava no caminho dela ou me fazer sentir apressado. O lobby tinha muitas mesas e cadeiras para relaxar e conexões para telefone e computador. Também uma impressora e fax estavam disponíveis. Café estava disponível no lobby 24/7. Uma piscina coberta e centro de fitness eram bons. Não usei, mas ficaram lindos 🙂. O horário de check-out era meio-dia. O pessoal; recepção, arrumação e café-da-manhã foram todos amigáveis, educados e profissionais. CONTRAS: não há exaustor no banheiro. Eu recomendo esta facilidade! 5 ESTRELAS.

Room 401, May 1-3, 2022. PROS: Our room was nice, king bed with a desk, 2 comfy chairs, laptop desk, fridge, and full size tub. There was a thermostat in each room that actually worked. NICE!!! Also had an iron, hair dryer, and full size ironing board. The 'included' hot breakfast options were wonderful; Sausage, small omelettes, waffles, breads, pastries, oatmeal, fresh cut fruit, and juices. I appreciated that breakfast was available until 10am everyday. We were able to enjoy a relaxing morning, and not feel rushed to eat. The 'breakfast lady' was consistently refilling and cleaning without making me feel I was in her way, or make me feel rushed. Lobby had lots of tables and chairs to relax in and hook ups for phone and computer. Also a printer and fax were available. Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. An indoor pool and fitness center were nice. Didn't use them, but they looked nice 🙂. Check out time was noon. The staff; front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast lady were all friendly, polite and professional. CONS: no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this facility! 5 STARS.

Very quiet room on the fifth floor.Outstanding bed.Comfortable pillows.Heat works well and quietly.Amenities were fine.Appreciate the recognition of my Hilton Honors membership.Car was safe in parking lot.Breakfast was amazing.

La verdad es que debo de decir de primera mano que el alojamiento me parece algo caro, porque pagué como 480 euros por tres noches lo que no es poco.Pero bueno en general mi estancia fue muy buena. El parking es amplio, el servicio es correcto. Tiene gimnasio, que aunque pequeño es un detalle y tiene varias cosas y piscina que es interior y es agradable (huele mucho a cloro).Sino lo mejor de todo la habitación que es muy completa y el desayuno, que aunque falta una variedad mas healthy y menos americana, es correcto y hay cosas ricas.

Las habitaciones son comodas, para mi gusto un poco caluroso.
