“I have stayed in many hotels around the country, and this one had excellent service and I would stay here again. The breakfast was great. The staff was very informative and helpful over the phone. The night staff at the desk was very kind and helpful. The morning staff at the desk when I purchased some Advil, said to me, "I hope you feel better," a very genuine and kind gesture. The place was clean and room was great. The parking was not as expensive ($14.30 I think) as other places in San Francisco ($50 sometimes). I also park right under a light! I don't usually send in a review, but they made my unfortunate change in vacation to visit FL that ended up just a staycation and a day trip to San Francisco, a great time. I hope the staff is encouraged and continues being a great and provide excellence service for people like me (on a budget, can I get an AMEN?)! It tells me that they have a great leadership behind them!”

“Cleanliness and breakfast. I did not like the housekeeping staff knocking at my door at 8:00am, waking us up in the morning to see if the room was still occupied. We did not arrive till 1am and wanted to sleep in. Our room did not have a Do Not Disturb sign to put in the door..”
