“Bando de ladrões !!!! Se houver uma classificação de -10 para revisão, é isso que eu daria a este hotel. Temos que ficar mais uma noite devido a problemas com o carro. Era uma noite de sexta-feira e estávamos cientes de que as alterações das taxas para as taxas de fim de semana. No entanto, de acordo com eles, como meu marido é membro do Hilton Honor há muito tempo, eles lhe dariam o valor da semana. Bem, adivinhe!!! Eles nos cobraram a taxa mais alta de fim de semana de qualquer maneira. Quando ligamos para verificar, o senhor da mesa indicou que foi um erro e foi um caso de falta de comunicação do pessoal e ele vai creditar a diferença. Bem, adivinhe novamente !!! Quando verifiquei meu extrato, em vez de creditar minha conta, eles me cobraram a diferença. Então, eles me cobraram a mais no início e depois me cobraram novamente pela diferença. Tentamos ligar de manhã e tivemos que desligar porque ninguém estava atendendo ao telefone. Achamos que eles podem estar ocupados com caixas. Tentamos no final da tarde. Temos que esperar pelo menos 20 toques de telefone antes de uma equipe irritada atender, apenas para nos informar que NÃO havia nenhum gerente no local. Acabei ligando para minha administradora de cartão de crédito para abrir uma disputa. Muito por ser um membro Hilton Honors por mais de 20 anos !!!”
