O atendimento foi ótimo, atendente super simpática. Mas não havia ninguém na recepção e demoraram muito para nos atender.

Also, the thermostat was not working correctly (kept heating despite it being set to 64F). Has a decent executive room for those with status. Good, reliable hotel for business or leisure travel to Seattle. You can't go wrong with Hilton and this hotel and the staff are very solid and I stay here when I visit. I've stayed 4 times in 2022 and each time has been consistently above average. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. MOD Pizza across the street is a convenient spot for good pizza and the hotel itself is well situated as a jumping off point to anywhere in the city. I used the executive lounge this time and found the happy hour food to be sub-par but the breakfast was good and super convenient. I'll stay here again the next time I am in Seattle. Over all great hotel to stay. Only stayed one night, super clean, friendly staff even got an upgrade room. Breakfast food was delicious. Only down side was the parking garage gate was kind pain once the parking pass randomly deactivated.

One of the worst stays in my hundreds of stays with the Hilton line. I think it might've just been an unlucky stay honestly but in either case, I can only write the review based on my actual experience. My first room had a sink that wouldn't drain and a rumbling air unit that wasn't just continuous rumbling, which I could've dealt with. Instead it was a very loud shake when it kicked in and it would do it every so often when the compressor turned on. It was loud enough even with white noise, it would wake me so I asked for a new room. Instead they offered to have maintenance come up, late at night, and have me wait for them to fix it. I had to practically beg to just get a new room. They have me a new one. But I guess it was a broken one as well. This one was worse. Windows were open and the AC didn't even work. The room felt a bit dirty as well. It got so hot in the room, it was unbearable and so at 4am, I requested yet another room. It was like pulling teeth to get them to help. They gave me a smaller room and kept saying we're not supposed to give you an executive room but we will in this case. Well, that room was a downgrade in my opinion but operationally decent and let me sleep. Overall, I think the hotel is just so dated and needs a lot of work. It's renovated to cover up the old but the inner workings like AC and plumbing are not the greatest. There was some nice views from this hotel so there's that. But I'd say, the staff, while friendly, didn't know how to handle the situation well and didn't think customer first. And I'm about to hit diamond status again, but this experience makes me reconsider completely just going to Marriott line. Do yourself a favor and check out the Residence Inn or also The Charter by Hilton, which were running about the same price and are in much better shape with 10x better customer service. Overall a great stay. Only stayed for one night but stayed in a double beds room without any issues. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern. The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side but got the job done. The staff was very helpful. Be aware that as of my stay a few weeks ago, there is no room service or in-room housekeeping but the front desk agent made that known at check in so there wouldn’t be any confusion. Location is great, 7 min walk to pike place. Great staff. No geral, uma ótima estadia. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas fiquei em um quarto com cama de casal sem problemas. Location is perfect, and staff is very pleasant and professional. Executive lounge is minimalist. The room was nice, but the sheets on the bed were the coarsest I have EVER experienced at a Hilton. Felt like sleeping on a loofah. I have Hilton bedding at home, and it surely isn't like this!!

The best place to be never stay in Seattle In a hotel are first time, this hotel was amazing very clean, quiet front desk people were very welcoming. The coffee was good and tea as well. I didn’t like that we need it to paid for the parking lot other than that everything was great. And a plus they let me have my puppy with us.

The AC was very effective, so it didn't have to run all the time to keep a comfortable temp.It would have been nicer if it was more soundproofed so I didn't have to hear the person next door who left their TV going all night long, but my tiredness and the comfy bed won out in the end. O quarto é muito confortável e limpo. Bom uso do espaço, dando-me uma ampla mesa para trabalhar e uma cadeira confortável, juntamente com uma cama firme, mas macia e muitos travesseiros macios. O AC foi muito eficaz, por isso não teve que funcionar o tempo todo para manter uma temperatura confortável.Teria sido melhor se fosse mais à prova de som para que eu não tivesse que ouvir a pessoa ao lado que deixou a TV ligada a noite toda, mas meu cansaço e a cama confortável venceram no final.

El hotel está hermoso, habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, bellas decoraciones y con unas vistas increíbles. La ubicación excepcional, Única anotación; Precaución con las alcantarillas a la salida. Resbale entre la lluvia la inclinación y el metal de la alcantarilla y tuve una caída que lastimo mi rodilla seriamente antes de tomar un crucero y arruinó un poco mis vacaciones. Salimos a buscar medicamentos y una rodillera a una farmacia cercana y regresando al hotel en menos de 15 min había otra persona con una caída casi idéntica en el mismo lugar.

Un lugar muy limpio las habitaciones amplias,la vista excelente, puedes dormirtranquilo porque no hay ruido, las sábanas con olor a limpio y frescas, en el baño jabón en botes grandes lleno de comodidad y todo práctico y dinámico suficientes toallas, mas de 2 espejos, uno de cuerpo entero, la luz no es fuerte es suebe y relajante, un edredón extra en el closet, toallitas paradesmaquillar el rostromucha seguridad me sentí cómoda el tiempo que estuve aquí con mi familia la limpieza es excelente ya que traigo a mis niños , un paraguas en el closet por si necesitas salir y esta lloviendo eso me pareció excelente se encuentra en muy buena ubicación muchas tiendas alrededor para salir a caminar solo el parking es angusto tienes que entrar con precaución para no golpear la pared el costo del parking fue $45 por noche me pareciórazonable por la hubicacion en la que se encuentra. Tiene la ruta de evacuación a la vista y llamativa para poder encontrarla rápido al salir del elevador hay un ATM que me pareció buena idea por si necesitamos sacar $$$en frente de el lobby hay una pequeña tienda de snack con gran variedad de productos y PASTILLAS si tuviste un mal día y te duele la cabeza o el cuerpo no tienes que salir a comprar aquí están las pastillas.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que eh visitado en seattle, por calidad-precio ya que la calidad de todo es muy buena, la habitacion muy limpia, la cama demasiado comoda, la verdad muy agradable para descansar un buen rato, despues de un largo rato de vuelo es bastante bueno para descansar
