Segunda estadia aqui, o hotel precisa de trabalho. Cada quarto tem algo quebrado. Primeiro quarto foi máquina de lavar louça e AC, a segunda vez, é a porta do chuveiro caindo aos pedaços e geladeira estava muito frio e arruinou metade da minha comida. Tem uma linda churrasqueira ao lado da piscina, mas é sempre uma luta para acendê-la. Uma vez que você começa, é incrível. A Internet é muito lenta, mas acho que é apenas o Texas, não apenas este hotel. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. Varie senhoras adoráveis ​​e trabalhadoras. O café da manhã é bem simples, melhor fazer o seu próprio.

Second stay here, hotel needs work done. Every single room has something broken. First room it was dishwasher and AC, the second time, it is shower door falling apart and fridge was set to too cold and ruined half my food. It has a lovely grill next to the pool, but it is always a struggle to light it up. Once you do get it going, it is amazing. Internet is very slow, but I guess that's just Texas, not just this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Vary lovely and hardworking ladies. Breakfast is very plain, better off making your own.

Summary: Staff are friendly. Breakfast was good.Housekeeping is hit and miss.Maintenance is very poor, almost totally nonexistent.We spent 2 nights here for a family vacation. Initially, I was most impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff.Breakfast staff were also very prompt, attentive, and helpful.There was a room safe and mini kitchen with a full sized fridge.Our room - a suite - had 2 towels for our party of 4 people. The pullout couch had no linens and the bag in the closet was insufficient. Front desk staff was able to get us some additional linen, but not everything we asked for.Room housekeeping is only upon request the day before which we never made. The room had cobwebs in the corner.But the facility upkeep and maintenance is really where I was horribly disappointed. Our bedroom door inside the store couldn't close because it's so badly out of alignment. Hallway carpet is buckled in many locations, and light bulbs are hanging by wires. Our toilet seat was very, very loose. The ice machine was very dirty/dusty/rusty and the front cover was loose and completely disconnected. Elevator 2 had a horrible grinding noise as it approached the 4th floor. A light pole outside had an LED that blinked all night long. An entry door is broken with a sign telling people not to enter and a key reader that's taped to the wall. The "hot" water was, at best, "warm". The plugs on the lamps by the bed were so worn out they wouldn't make a reliable electrical connection. The kitchen sink's garbage disposal was obviously heavily rusted.The dining room had two trash cans whose top holes were covered with cardboard boxes, secured with scotch tape. A breakfast table was very loose and could spin around by about 30 degrees, making eating breakfast difficult.

The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was great. I wish they did waffles on weekdays but it is a lot of mess lol. Ms. D is amazing and I hope management knows what a rare gem of an employee they have in her and compensates her accordingly. I would go back just for the level of service and joy she provides. The pool is nice. Overall great stay.

Meu marido estava visitando Houston a negócios e nós o acompanhamos. Esta localização é um lugar terrível para ficar por várias razões: 1) Quando chegamos ao hotel e chegamos ao nosso quarto, o alarme de fumaça estava apitando. Solicitei limpeza e fui informado pelo serviço de limpeza que estou na lista, mas meu quarto nunca foi limpo. Wow! I wish I could give more stars. The hotel itself is clean, cute pool, everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the staff! World class all the way! I travel extensively and have never encountered such kind, friendly people. Thank you for a wonderful visit, we appreciate you!

My hubby was visiting Houston for business and we tagged along with him. This location is a terrible place to stay for several reasons: 1) When we checked into the hotel and got to our room, the smoke alarm was beeping. It took them 2 hours to just replace the battery 2) The iron in the room was dead. It wouldn’t heat up. Had to get it replaced. Ironing board was missing 3) The safety deposit box wouldn’t work. I complained several times. Nobody fixed it and it never got taken care off 4) The air conditioning was broken. The sitting area was fine but the bedroom A/C was gone. Filed a complaint but never got fixed 5) Big issue with the house keeping. There is a big disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping. I requested cleaning and was told by housekeeping I am on the list but my room was never cleaned. Second time, I moved my cleaning day from Saturday to Sunday and of course they said “No problem “ but never showed up 6) They were always out of toiletries. Even after the room was cleaned, they never replenished the toilet roll or tissue paper 7) The inside of the room is in a pathetic condition. The sofa cushion is all gone . It feels like you are sitting on a hard surface. The carpet is in a terrible condition with stains everywhere. The bathroom tiles are all pathetic and dirty. The closet mirror was always dirty. It seems like there is no maintenance at the hotel. This places needs to up its game or close down. Overall, it was a pathetic experience!!! Would never want to come back to this location. Hilton needs to seriously look into this. We were very unhappy with our stay.

Limpeza solicitada no terceiro dia com toalhas extras. Sem toalhas extras e sem tapete de banho. Além disso, eles não reabasteceram as cápsulas de café, então nada de café. A porta de saída do outro lado do prédio onde ficava o nosso quarto tinha uma placa de que estava “fora de serviço” e não abria. Deve ser uma violação do código de incêndio.

The service was absolutely amazing here. We had some issues with the room AC and they jumped to fix the issues quickly. The front desk concierge was absolutely amazing and so kind and welcoming. I will 100000% recommend this location whenever in Houston!

Not up to basic standards. Not even a real blanket on the bed—basically a mattress pad without even a sheet over it. Two towels for two people. Requested housekeeping the third day with extra towels. No extra towels and no bath mat. Plus they didn’t restock the coffee pods so no coffee. The exit door at the other end of the building where our room was had a sign that it was “out of order” and wouldn’t open. Must be a fire code violation.
