A equipe do Hyatt não pode cancelar ou alterar as reservas. Liguei para cancelar uma noite da minha reserva, eles me transferiram para a central de reservas onde esperei 2 horas em espera. O funcionário da central de reservas me disse que eu precisava falar com a recepção do hotel para cancelar e me transferiu de volta. A equipe da recepção foi rude e se recusou a me ajudar. Eles recomendaram que eu enviasse um e-mail a um gerente que não estava trabalhando para cancelar minha reserva. Eu não vou ficar no Hyatt mais uma vez. O serviço de atendimento ao cliente do Hyatt é horrível.

We stayed here during our visit to Park City. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and updated. The pool was great for the kids. the hot tub felt great after hiking for hours. They had a free breakfast buffet that filled everybody in the morning.

Chegamos muito tarde e por isso só nos importamos em ter uma boa noite de sono. Eu já fiquei em muitos Hyatt's e este tinha a cama (colchão) mais desconfortável e eu mal podia esperar para ir embora. O chão é mais macio que a cama. O pufe também tinha algo pontiagudo e cortou meu pé. Salve suas costas e sua sanidade mental e não fique aqui, vá para o Marriott onde eles se esforçam muito mais para uma noite de sono de qualidade.

Estadia maravilhosa. Pessoal foi amigável e pequeno-almoço foi delicioso. Muito impressionado com os recursos para deficientes físicos da piscina e do spa, que incluem um elevador. Wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. Most impressed with pool and spa handicap features that included a lift. The bathroom near the pool had a shower and was also roomy and equipped for a wheelchair. I would stay here again anytime.

We arrived very late and so we only cared about getting a decent nights sleep. I’ve stayed at many Hyatt’s and this one had the most uncomfortable bed (mattress) and I couldn’t wait to leave. The floor is softer than the bed. The ottoman also had something sharp on it and it cut my foot. Save your back and your sanity and do not stay here, go to the Marriott where they put far more effort into a quality night of sleep.

Do not stay here if you value customer service or trustworthy hotel management.Here's the story. I am a globalist with Hyatt and booked a room for my wife's birthday. After booking, I found out we needed two rooms, so I called the hotel to see what they could do. They were fully booked but said they'd take down my information and give me a call if a second room opened up. I expressed concern that I didn't want to get hit with a late cancellation fee but they told me to hold off on cancelling, so I decided to trust them on it. A day went by and I never heard from them about the second room, so I decided to cancel the room. Even after reassuring me on the matter, they hit me with a massive cancellation fee. I called the Hyatt Globalist line to see if they could assist me, and the Hyatt customer service team reached out to the hotel management team multiple times to try and get them to refund the cancellation fee, but they simply won't budge on it, even though they were the ones that advised me to hold off on cancelling.I'm shocked at how rigid this hotel's management team has been throughout this process. They have lost my family and friends as customers, and hopefully this review makes you think twice before deciding to stay here.I've had nothing but positive experiences at every other Hyatt I've stayed at - and I genuinely think this franchise doesn't deserve to use the Hyatt name. If they won't take care of their most loyal customers who spend 60+ nights a year in Hyatt hotels over petty charges, don't expect them to take care of you.
