We stayed here the night before a flight from LAX. That was the right decision! We returned an Avis rental car and walked a short block to the hotel. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The restaurant served a delicious dinner (don't miss the mushroom flatbread). The concierge lounge opened at 6:00 a.m. for breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, coffee, and a cappuccino machine, with plenty of seating. The free shuttle to LAX was quick and easy with a very friendly and helpful driver We will be back!

Overall this property exceeds the expectations of most properties near the airport. The only drawback so far, is the configuration of the room. The room is nice and in good shape, comma but watching TV watching TV is difficult from difficult from the sitting areas.I prefer a room with a microwave however there are microwaves available on some of the floors. TheConcierge lounge is pretty nice and has nice views. I do wish there were more packaged items rather than the " snacks" that are available.Staff seems quite nice and willing to help. Parking is quite expensive so make sure you add that to the price of the room. Requested daily house keeping and they skipped 2 of 4. Shuttle service is always late. They say every 20 minutes but I've waited over 30. Give yourself lots more cushion.

Very nice hotel close to LAX airport. Price was competitive especially with pets. I was traveling with family relocating with pets and only a few hotels would allow pets. The food was very good and their personnel were friendly and helpful. The only reason Igave 4 stars was due to the limited areas available for pet care. However, finding such a nice hotel close to the airport in a large city made us feel very fortunate.If needed again they would be my first choice.

Free airport shuttle. Our driver was prompt, friendly, and full of life after our midnight arrival. I could tell he loved his job. Said he was from New Orleans. The check in was prompt and the room was the quality I expect when I travel. I try to be open minded enough to try different things but when I stray from my 3 brands of hotel I am usually met with disappointment. The room was nice although the bathroom could have used some updating. The lobby and decor was immaculately stylish. If ever in Los Angeles again I would stay with them.

Un excelente lugar,muy bonito , buena atención en recepción,muy buenas instalaciones,pero la cafetería deja mucho que desear, los meseros me discriminaron, y no me preguntaron qué deseaba, aunque era obvio,y no me atendieron. Me sugirieron que macdonald, valia menos y por dos dólares podía comer en Dennis,mal servicio.No lo recomiendo.

Perhaps one of the better airport hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However there aren’t a lot of food choices around and the hotel restaurant is quite expensive. Additionally the airport shuttle doesn’t seem to run on a regular schedule so you could wait up to 30 minutes if you were unlucky in timing.

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Check in was a little slow, but with help from another associate I was checked in. The biggest gripe I have is their shuttle service…allow a ton of extra time to get you to the airport. The shuttle runs every 20-25 minutes from the hotel however it could take another 30 minutes just to get to your terminal with all the stops it will make. Definitely room for improvement with their shuttle service and how it stops at specific terminals.

My room was super clean and very neat. Whenever I ordered room service, the guys came up as soon as they could, in minutes. When I ordered food, the food always arrived in less than 10 minutes - it was always fresh cooked and tasted amazing. They had a great swimming pool and a nice fitness centre. The lobby was so nice - I could literally just sit there for hours. One of the reasons I want to come back to LA, is so I could get to stay in this hotel again!

We have stayed at the Renaissance in Atlanta, Ga, and never had any issues. Recently, we flew in and booked Renaissance Hotel in Los Angles due to my graduation. During check-in I asked for additional washcloths because we were staying for a week. I was told by the front, they ran out of washcloths. How do you have a beautiful hotel, charge astronomical prices, and not have washcloths? On day 2, I called the front desk again no wash clothes, and they apologized and promised to deduct money off of our bill. For the rest of the week, they gave us hand towels to wash. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the bar area is nice. They removed all high-touched appliances out of the rooms, but they have a coffee pot. They don’t have a microwave in your rooms you have to go to the 2nd floor where everyone in the hotel has to use the same microwave. Not to mention, the hotel has no smoking which is great, but the entire lobby smells like weed. I would not recommend this hotel. Lack of communication is a downfall for this hotel. I found out after asking to have my room cleaned that they only clean your room every 3 days, so what are you paying for.

La habitación de buen tamaño, limpio y las almohadas y cama son una nube. Precio bastante accesible. Un gran detalle y muy importante, olvidé unos zapatos en la habitación. Regresé 2 horas después por ellos y nunca más los volví a ver. Me dijeron que no había nada. Mi concusión es que los tiraron o alguien se los quedo.

Primero que todo, me entregan la habitación y el baño salpicado de orines. Que desagradable, no habían limpiado el baño. Ahí ya empecé a desconfiar hasta de las sábanas. Después la llave de l habitación no funciona y me ha tocado bajar y subir 5 veces hasta que por fin el de seguridad va y me abre la puerta. El hotel medio bien pero te hacen pasar por malos momentos que se podrían evitar. Nunca volveré!
