“Bunch of thieves!!!! If there is a -10 rating for review, this is what I would give this hotel. We have to stay for another night due to car issues. It was a Friday night and we were aware that rate changes to weekend rates. However, according to them because my husband has been a long time Hilton Honor member, they would give him the weekday rate. Well, guess what!!! They charged us the higher weekend rate anyway. When we called to verify, the gentleman at the desk indicated that it was a mistake and was a case of staff miscommunication and he will credit the difference. Well, guess again!!! When I checked my statement, instead of crediting my account, they charged me the difference. So, they overcharged me at the beginning and then charged me again for the difference. We tried to call in the morning and had to hang up because no one was answering the phone. We thought they might be busy with checkouts. We tried late in the afternoon. We have to wait for at least 20 phone rings before an irritated staff picked up, only to let us know that there was NO manager on site. I ended up calling my credit card company to file a dispute. So much for being a Hilton Honors member for 20+ years!!!”
