“Reserva feita no Booking.com para um hotel. Reservei dois quartos com o mesmo preço com café da manhã, porém por algum motivo um dos quartos foi reservado sem café da manhã. O hotel não tentou consertar o problema e continuou reclamando da falha do booking.com. Concordo que foi um problema da booking.com, mas o hotel deve ajudar seus clientes, especialmente quando eles reservam 2 quartos ao mesmo preço e um vem com café da manhã e outro não.Localização ***** Facilidades **** Serviço 0”

“Stay few nights. Beyond the 3 hotels we have stayed in Barcelona this period (ABaC Hotel, The One Barcelona and Monument Hotel), frankly speaking The One Barcelona is my #1 best hotel in Barcelona in all aspects. Once stepped into the entrance, a very big guy Bellboy (sorry forgot to ask for his name) had made us the very first impression from his very helpful manners until the last minutes we left the hotel. The Concierge was very helpful finding us Michelin Restaurants and table reservations. Room Service is another compliment I’d like to point out. During her cleaning time, she always opened the windows to have the air flow within the room, which is one of the must-dos during this Covid-19 situation, plus her neatly cleaning. Food and coffee here are very good. Car parking at the front of hotel is extremely convenient!”
