Check-in foi ok - bastante padrão e nada de excepcional. A estadia no hotel (felizmente apenas uma noite) foi terrível. Tínhamos pedido um quarto silencioso, pois ambos temos um sono muito leve e fomos colocados no quarto #104, o que significava que tínhamos a lavadora/secadora funcionando até muito tarde da noite quase ao lado. Tarde da noite (por volta da meia-noite) ainda ouvíamos convidados barulhentos com seus filhos correndo pelos corredores e batendo portas. Sabemos que isso não pode ser completamente evitado em um lugar onde tantas pessoas se reúnem, mas a recepcionista deve intervir se os hóspedes estiverem fazendo muito barulho depois das 22h.No meio da noite, ouvimos então uma mulher gritando a plenos pulmões, presumivelmente também com a recepcionista. Eles estavam obviamente tendo algum tipo de discussão que parecia durar uma eternidade.Nós pagamos $130 para a nossa estadia lá e escolhemos este hotel (afinal, Radisson tem algum tipo de reputação!!!) sobre um motel porque achamos que teríamos um hotel adequado e algum sono decente. Como estávamos errados!Outro aspecto que estávamos ansiosos era obter um café da manhã quente e fresco. Mais uma vez, ficamos desapontados. O ovo mexido veio na forma de algo como um muffin do McDonald's que teve que ser aquecido no micro-ondas. Também as mesas não foram limpas quando chegamos, pisos estavam sujos, não havia bagels disponíveis nas bandejas (eles encheram eventualmente), etc. Tudo estava apenas abaixo do padrão. E se você limitar as escolhas do café da manhã devido ao covid, deve manter algum tipo de higiene na área do café da manhã.Melhor coisa foi verificar então. A recepcionista nem perguntou como gostamos da nossa estadia nem nos tratou com qualquer outro tipo de hospitalidade. Toda esta estadia foi apenas uma bagunça. Definitivamente não recomendamos este lugar, nem nunca voltaremos.

Checkin was ok - pretty standard and nothing exceptional. The stay at the hotel (fortunately only one night) was terrible though. We had asked for a quiet room as we both have a very light sleep and were put into room #104 which meant that we had the washer/dryer running until very late in the evening almost next door. Late in the evening (around midnight) we still heard loud guests with their children running through the hallways and slamming doors. We know that this cannot be completely avoided in a place where so many people come together, but the receptionist should intervene if guests are being very loud after 10 pm.In the middle of the night, we then heard some woman screaming at the top of her lungs, assumingly also with the receptionist. They were obviously having some kind of argument which seemed to go on like forever.We paid $130 for our stay there and chose this hotel (after all, Radisson does have some kind of reputation!!!) over a motel because we figured that we would get a proper hotel and some decent sleep. How wrong we were!Another aspect we had been looking forward to was getting a warm and fresh breakfast. Again, we were disappointed. The scrambled egg came in the form of something like a McDonald‘s muffin which had to be warmed up in the microwave. Also the tables were not cleaned when we got in, floors were dirty, there were no bagels available on the trays (they did fill them up eventually), etc. Everything was just way below standard. And if you limit the breakfast choices due to covid, you should maintain some kind of hygiene in the breakfast area.Best thing was checking out then. The receptionist neither asked how we liked our stay or treated us with any other kind of hospitality. This whole stay was just a mess. We will definitely not recommend this place, nor will we ever come back.

Minha estadia foi excelente apenas por causa de Rob. Ele fez minha família se sentir tão confortável e em casa durante a nossa estadia prolongada neste hotel. Sim, o hotel era bom e limpo, o café da manhã era ótimo, todas essas coisas eram maravilhosas. No entanto, Rob é a razão pela qual usaremos este hotel sozinho quando ficarmos em Grand Rapids. Ele fez minha família se sentir como se fôssemos sua família também, e minha filha ficou animada apenas para descer ao saguão e vê-lo. Ao todo, foi uma ótima estadia graças às ótimas pessoas.

Mi estadía fue excelente únicamente gracias a Rob. Hizo que mi familia se sintiera muy cómoda y como en casa durante nuestra estadía prolongada en este hotel. Sí, el hotel era agradable y limpio, el desayuno era fantástico, todo eso era maravilloso. Sin embargo, Rob es la razón por la que usaremos este hotel solo cuando nos quedemos en Grand Rapids. Hizo que mi familia se sintiera como si también fuéramos su familia, y mi hija se emocionó solo de bajar al vestíbulo y verlo. En general, fue una gran estadía gracias a las excelentes personas.

My stay was excellent solely because of Rob. He made my family feel so comfortable and at home during our extended stay at this hotel. Yes, the hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was great, all of that stuff was wonderful. However, Rob is the reason we will be using this hotel alone when we stay in Grand Rapids. He made my family feel like we were his family as well, and my daughter got excited just to go down to the lobby and see him. All in all it was a great stay thanks to the great people.

Reservei um quarto para minha mãe na recepção no horário do check-in no sábado apenas para receber uma ligação da minha mãe às 12h30 que eles haviam dado seu quarto para outro cliente! ! ! ! ! Ela tinha ido para a recepção para que eles saibam que sua chave do quarto não estava funcionando e é quando eles avisam que seu quarto foi reservado por outro hóspede.Eu literalmente entrei no quarto mais cedo no mesmo dia (após o check-in) e usei as toalhas no quarto, então quem ficou no quarto depois que saímos para o jantar não recebeu um quarto higienizado. Eles também não acreditaram quando ela disse que havia reservado o quarto mais cedo, embora ela tivesse a chave! ! ! ! Para completar, a equipe da recepção disse a ela que o outro hóspede pagou mais do que ela e que o hotel estava lotado, então eles a rejeitaram e ela teve que sair e reservar outro quarto à 1:00 da manhã! Pessoal extremamente incompetente, como você estragar tão ruim!

Reservé una habitación para mi madre en la recepción a la hora de hacer el registro de entrada el sábado, ¡solo para recibir una llamada de mi madre a las 12:30 a. m. que le habían dado su habitación a otro cliente! Había ido a la recepción para informarles que la llave de su habitación no funcionaba y fue entonces cuando le informaron que su habitación estaba reservada por otro huésped.Literalmente entré en la habitación más temprano el mismo día (después del check in) y usé las toallas en la habitación, por lo que quien se quedó en la habitación después de que nos fuimos a cenar no recibió una habitación desinfectada. ¡Tampoco le creyeron cuando dijo que había reservado la habitación antes a pesar de que tenía la llave! Para colmo, el personal de la recepción le dijo que el otro huésped pagó más que ella y que el hotel estaba lleno, así que la rechazaron y tuvo que irse y reservar otra habitación a la 1:00 am. Personal extremadamente incompetente, como ¿cómo arruinas esto?

Booked a room for my mom at the front desk at check in time on Saturday only to have a call from my mom at 12:30 am that they had given her room to another customer!!!!! She had gone to the front desk to let them know that her room key was not working and thats when they let her know that her room was booked by another guest. I literally went into the room earlier the same day (after check in) and used the towels in the room, so whoever stayed in the room after we left for dinner did not receive a sanitized room. They also did not believe her when she said she had booked the room earlier even though she had the key!!!! To top it off the staff at the front desk told her the other guest paid more than her and the hotel was booked solid so they turned her away and she had to leave and book another room at 1:00 am! Extremely incompetent staff, like how do you mess up this bad!

Over all was okay. Cant control kids getting sick in the pool or people flooding their bathroom in the middle of the night. (Alarms work very well)

Third time visiting area. I have stayed here all 3 times. Fast friendly check in. Reasonable price. DOG FRIENDLY!!!! Meijer Superstore next door. Starbucks and Costco close by.

Staff was extremely helpful. They called me a shuttle to go to the airport. Room was clean. New flooring. Not sure about breakfast as we had an early flight. Definitely a great hotel if you're staying one night and then going to the airport. Great value.
