Magnifique palace historique de Rome, situé en face de l'ambassade des États Unis d'Amérique et à 5 min à pieds de la Pizza di Spagna Accueil très agréable La salle du restaurant est tout simplement magnifique Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni avec une belle sélection de produit frais et délicate J'ai eu la chambre 707 avec son balcon terrasse, belle, spacieuse et très propre Cependant j'ai été très déçus par la salle de fitness... Le matériel était désuet, les haltères grippés, le tapis de course n'étais pas connecté pour voir la tv lors de mon exercice. La machine principale d´haltères était bancale et cela peut être dangereux. J'ai bien sûre informé cela au duty manager Mise à part ce faux pas belle expérience dans cet établissement

A equipe é INCRÍVEL. Os quartos do hotel são fantásticos. O café da manhã também é muito bom; é definitivamente útil se esta é sua primeira vez na Itália.No entanto, este hotel é caro ... Você deve se lembrar que o imposto municipal será cobrado no check-out e também por qualquer coisa que beber no frigobar do seu quarto. Se você tem muito dinheiro, este hotel é o melhor, principalmente se for sua primeira vez aqui.Sem falar que fica a 10 minutos de caminhada da Fontana di Trevi, onde há vários restaurantes.No geral, a equipe realmente torna este lugar ótimo. Sem eles, não teria sido tão bom. Eles são todos super legais e úteis também.

The staff is AMAZING. The hotel rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is also really really good; it's definitely helpful if this is your first time in Italy. However, this hotel is pricy...You have to remember that you'll be charged the city tax when you check out and also pay for anything you drank from the mini bar from your room. If you have a lot of money, this hotel is the best, especially if it's your first time here. Not to mention, it's a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain where there are a lot of restaurants. Overall, the staff really makes this place great. Without them, it wouldn't have felt as good. They're all super nice and helpful too.

A wonderful hotel to stay in Rome We booked directly at the hotel which was good as we were able to move the dates due to flight cancellation, on top we received an upgrade. In our Deluxe room was a hand-written welcome card from the manager with our name on it - what more do want. Grand place is located perfectly, a lot is within walking distance, such as Spanish steps and Fontana di Tervi 10 min. and Villa Borghese is just around the corner. We walked a lot and used the bus only twice as the hotel was so central. The Grand Hotel is beautiful, clean and very well kept. We had a nice room on 5th floor with a big bathroom, a good large king-size bed and a balcony. The hotel offered us a bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed on our lovely terrace. Breakfast was a highlight of the day, served in the hotels own Ristorante Cadorin – just beautiful. The food was excellent and there was a big choice to choose from. Many thanks to Vlad and Mirela who made the start of the day just perfect. On our second day they already knew what we liked to drink for breakfast. We got to know 2 very helpful and friendly ladies at the reception/front desk, thank you ever so much Maria and Giulia. Last but not least thank you Veronica for making booking and rebooking so easy. Needless to say that we know where we will stay when we come back to Rome. Silvia & John

Eu reservei aqui quase por acaso e ... LINDO !!! Uma verdadeira surpresa !! O quarto era limpo, confortável, agradável. O pessoal muito gentil e atencioso, principalmente Veronica !!! Obrigada porque você me tranquilizou muito, já que estava viajando sozinha! Além disso, devo dizer que a cada dois em três eles desinfetavam: realmente leais em conformidade com a legislação contra a difusão de covid. Assim que você puder viajar estarei de volta !!

Lovely service from staff and a great location. Small rooms with no coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was very poor - limited choices, small portions and food never replaced after it ran out. Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Great location and amenities. Hotel staff could be more knowledgeable about the bars/ restaurants in the area, especially any open/ closed ones due to the pandemic. Suggest you try the rooftop bar at Hotel Eden.Also, breakfast was very confusing and initially got overcharged, but that got swiftly resolved.

Fabulous Hotel! From the second we walked in we knew this was a very special place! The room was fantastic and kept spotless! The staff are all extremely professional yet still very friendly! Such a beautiful hotel and in a perfect location for exploring Rome - lovely restaurant in the vicinity as well as next door to The Hard Rock Cafe! Would 100 per cent return and recommend!

Has potential. Hotel common areas are quite bland and not very interesting. Rooms are fairly large and comfortable though the lack of carpet makes everything cold. Staff is kind and attentive. Great restaurant recommendation. Breakfast is very well presented with excellent quality/price ratio. The pandemic certainly has erased many of the hotel’s attributes such as spa, gym and restaurants. With these back in service, it will become a good option again.

Servicio muy amable, en recepción, comedores, eventos. Todo el personal al menos bilingüe en inglés, muy dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Buen bar, con cocktails creados por el barman Tommasso, hay hasta pisco sour a la romana. Excelente ubicacióna 10 min a pie de Piazza di Spagna, metro a 3 cuadras aunque ahora está cerrado por reparaciones. Buenos restaurantes y hoteles cerca. Muy recomendable

Fuimos a una recepción, buena comida y servicio expedido. La terraza muy pequeña, costaba mucho moverse. Muchas escaleras para ir con carrito.

Estár alojados en este Hotel, hizo de nuestra estadía en Roma un placer de confort. Estuvimos en una habitación ático con terraza desde donde la vista es maravillosa. Muy refinado con excelente ubicacion; y muy amable atención.Saludos.
