“I am not a guest. However, I am attending an event( 01-28-22) I have to say that your morning global guests agents and the front desk morning manager, who worked on the morning of my conference are not what I expected from Hyatt customer service agents. As a first time visitor to your Atlanta property, the service was much to be desired. I am a doctor and I have never in my many years of traveling had to experience what I experienced at your property.
There is much needed sensitivity training needed for your global front desk agents and the female manager that was on duty.
It’s important for your agents to ask probing questions.
Never insult an individuals intelligence.
