Breakfast overlooking the bay was really good and we finally discovered the 5.0 - 7.0pm drinks with snacks which was very welcome. It was quiet. The room was large and had everything necessary for comfort. The internet was really expensive.”

I didn't get to sleep at this hotel because of the noisy air-conditiong, even I turned it off there was still mechanical noise. The hotel layout is abysmal, what few facilities are spread far apart. Located near harbor and diver hangouts. Noisy air-conditioning.

The service rendered was great. Although I would not recommend this to anyone else. The location of this place is crazy. It is near bars but that's all there is. The comfort of the bed is all that I liked. The food was dry and cold, the location was in the slum.

In comparison to the Hyatt in Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu is not a patch on this. I'd look elsewhere for accommodation in KK. Expensive, overpriced and tasteless food, shabby standard of rooms. I've avoid.
