“This review has to portions. 5 stars for presentation and atmosphere and accessibility to shops and bathrooms and the capital grill (which is phoenomonal) and 3 stars for the service I received. The staff was new as of this review so I believe they will get better especially upon talking to the manager. I booked a king bed ended up with two beds, wasn't told about the parking being added to you room charges $10 a night in the garage. Was told there wasn't coffee there was and the staff wasn't very good at communicating things completely. Besides that the stay was great I loved the view and being walking distance from so many amazing places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel despite the little nuisances because the gym on the 3rd floor AMAZING!!! Big hot tub decent size pool (3 1/2 feet deep) lots of bathrooms 4 elevators and 2 staff elevators (stairs weren't bad either). Don't hesitate to book try it for your self!”

“I have to admit I expected a little more. Several times the room keys wouldn't open the hotel door. I had to make several trips to the front desk. It was very loud on a Saturday night with children running and screaming in the hall way. The pool and hot tub were nice but definitely look swankier in the hotel photos. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! Expensive pillows (I checked, Pacific Coast down), nice thick towels and the room was very clean. I wouldn't pay the advertised rate though. Definitely not worth $270 a night. Parking is an additional $16 per night. Also, no breakfast but lots of restaurants within walking distance. Try Ted's Bulletin. Great food and superb service. 👌”
