“Ficamos no hotel por três noites. Quarto era OK e limpo. Fiquei surpreso ao ver que não há lixeiras e bebedouros disponíveis no hotel. Não deve ser difícil fornecer uma em vez de dar garrafas plásticas de água aos clientes. Quando sugeri ao gerente, ela ficou zangada e sugeriu que eu pegasse as garrafas. Acredito que todos os hotéis especificamente na Califórnia devem cumprir a reciclagem e menos uso de plástico. Há muitas outras coisas que contribuíram para minha pontuação baixa, como em dias de semana, o café não estava disponível no saguão. Há uma piscina, mas não limpo sentado disponível ao redor da piscina. Sempre longa fila para falar com a recepção.”
