É um hotel de 4 estrelas na prática. Os quartos são realmente básicos, quase sem separação entre a cama e o banheiro. O serviço e a atitude da equipe não é o que você espera de um hotel 5 estrelas. Você pode ouvir facilmente o barulho dos outros quartos e do corredor, o que não é incrível. O bom é que o preço dos quartos é comparável a um 4 estrelas, exceto pelos serviços extras que provavelmente são muito caros. A localização é imbatível, muito central mas numa zona calma. Não venha aqui se você espera luxo.

It's a 4-star hotel in practice. Rooms are really basic, barely no separation between the bed and the bathroom. The service and attitude of the staff is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. You can easily hear the noise from other rooms and the corridor, which is not amazing. The good thing is that the price point for rooms is comparable to a 4-star, except for the extra services which are most likely overpriced. Location is unbeatable, very central but in a quiet area. Don't come here if you expect luxury.

While this Hotel has a nice and stylish flair and friendly and professional staff, the overall experience was rather underwhelming and felt cheap. I don’t understand how this is a 5 star rated hotel. We asked for a vegan milk option for which was empty. We were told it would be filled up but in our 4 day stay it never was. The internet is free but so slow it is barely usable. The rooms are dark with a shabby feel and there is a constant humming (even with AC turned off) that is really annoying at night. There is was a couch in our room, when you sat on it you banged your head on the most stupidly placed shelve ever. No way to connect anything to the tv. The spa has a really nice view but there is now water in the sauna and I stepped on a rusty screw. The shower tubing was too short so it only reaches until my chest. They fixed it when I mentioned it. The result looks more like a motel rather then a 5 star hotel. There are like 5 umbrellas in total, which meant none were left for us. The staff was nice enough to get us a plastic cape, also not a very 5 star experience. There is no coffee machine on the rooms, just one pack of instant coffee. The breakfast costs 18€ per person. I had to ask for plates, and the breakfast was underwhelming and sparsely refilled.It’s a good place to stay if you want proximity to old town but you can get a lot better accommodation for less money at other hotels in Riga.

Great location, no entry to taxis in front of the hotel, need to take it 200m away. Good staff (even though very young) Ok rooms However, clenaing standards are not very high. Especially in the breakfast area.

Good 5 star service in the reception and breakfast. The hotel and rooms are 3 star. To expensive compared to what you get

Riga é uma cidade agradável para ficar, mas este hotel não é.Coisas para melhorar: - O controle de qualidade foi zero. Tivemos que mudar de quarto 3 vezes porque nenhum deles tinha ar condicionado funcionando. O último quarto em que ficamos, o ar condicionado também não funcionou, mas estávamos cansados de mudar de quarto. . . - Os cofres também não funcionavam em alguns dos quartos em que estávamos - O café da manhã é bem básico, nada de especial, não vale o preço - Boas-vindas muito rudes da recepcionista quando chegamos ao hotel. Esta era uma jovem que claramente teve um dia ruim ou essa era sua personalidade encantadora...Pontos positivos: - Localização era ótima, muito tranquila, mas ainda muito perto da cidade velha. - Alguns funcionários tentaram nos ajudar com os quartos e nos deram café da manhã gratuito= Ao todo, é um hotel de 2 estrelas onde muitas coisas não foram realmente erradas para nós. Não vá para este hotel se você procura qualidade.

Riga is a nice city to stay in...but this hotel is not. Things to improve: - Quality control was zero. We had to change rooms 3 times because none of them had working air conditioner. The last room we stayed in, ac didn't work either but we were too tired of switching rooms... - Safety deposit boxes didn't either work in some of the rooms we were in - Breakfast is really basic, nothing special, not worth the price - Very rude welcome from the receptionist when we first came in to the hotel. This was a young lady who clearly had a bad day or this was her charming personality... Positives: - Location was great, very peaceful but still really close to old town. - Some of the staff did try to help us out with the rooms and we were given free breakfast = All in all, it is a 2 star hotel where a lot of things wen't really wrong for us. Don't go to this hotel if you are looking for quality.

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização. Belo interior, serviço agradável e profissional. O único inconveniente é a limpeza no quarto (muita poeira) e nos corredores - talvez seja uma violação pontual. Além disso, recomendo!

Gostei do meu tempo em Riga. Hotel em uma localização muito boa. A comida do quarto e do restaurante era boa. Pessoal bom. Limpeza etc muito bom. "Falhas" menores - Nenhuma lista de comida de serviço de quarto. Café da manhã um pouco decepcionante em termos de opções limitadas e de qualidade. A piscina é muito pequena em largura (1 pessoa). Spa - pré-reserva necessária.

Enjoyed my time in Riga. Hotel in a very good location. Room and Restaurant food was good. Staff good. Cleanliness etc very good. Minor "faults" - No room service food list. Breakfast somewhat disappointing in terms of limited and quality of cooked options. Swimming pool is very small in width (1 person). Spa - prebooking required.

O serviço é excelente e fomos autorizados a fazer o check-in mais cedo sem nenhum custo extra. Quarto é muito bom, com um bom conceito de banheiro de manter o vaso sanitário, pia e chuveiro separados. Torna as coisas mais fáceis em uma manhã. A piscina é boa, mas bem pequena. Teria beneficiado de ter um jacuzzi ou dois em vez da piscina. A sauna não estava muito quente. Bar é bom também. Muito boa estadia em geral.

Do lado de fora parece um edifício antigo regular, mas uma vez que você entra no interior, é um hotel bem decorado. Gosto da mistura de velhas paredes de tijolos e criei novos detalhes. Os quartos são grandes e bem decorados. A equipe do hotel é atenciosa e educada. Eu recomendo este lugar

From the outside looks like regular old building but once You enter inside it is a nicely decorated hotel. I ike mixture of old brick walls and bred new details. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. The hotel staff is helpful and polite. I recommend this place

Service is excellent and we were allowed to check on early for no extra charge. Room is very nice with a good bathroom concept of keeping the toilet, sink and shower separate. Makes things easier on a morning. Pool is nice but quite small. Would have benefitted from having a jacuzzi or two instead of the pool. Sauna wasn't very hot. Bar is nice too. Really good stay overall.

Hotel de 5 estrellas con diseños muy atrevidos y originales, lo que le da status al hotel. Recomendable ir en parejas, pero la ducha da directamente a la habitación y puede ser incómodo si vas con amigos o compañeros. Hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad, zonas comunes muy comfortables y servicio excelente. El spa gratuito es simplemente una piscina larga de agua templada-fría, no vale mucho la pena.

Hemos estado dos noches en este hotel.Es muy bonito un cinco estrellas,en una buena zona ya que está céntrico pero una zona muy silenciosa....En fin,bien. Nos dieron una habitación súper pequeña y además al lado de los cuartos donde tienen todos los trastos de la limpieza.A las seis de la mañana imposible dormir xq es cuando empiezan a trabajar.Se lo he comentado al guía y le han dicho que el hotel estaba lleno y no nos podían cambiar y hemos tenido que cambiar con el guía.Mi pregunta es...... No lo sabían que nos daban la peor habitación??? Además con esa cara que ponen de...."vaya raritos" En fin,el hotel bien, siempre que te den una habitación decente y el staff de recepción muy bordes

Un hotel precioso en una ubicación fantástica. Las reformas cometidas combinan a la perfección lo antiguo con lo moderno. Las habitaciones muy confortables y muy bonitas.

Es un hotel perfecto para estar allí porque tiene de todo piscina, sauna etc. Me encanta el hotel porque está situado en un sitio al que puedes ir a todos lados de la ciudad.

Interesante decoración, moderno pero acogedor. Las habitaciones son modernas y tienen camas bastante espaciosas, pero eo baño es bastante engorroso. El desayuno tiene bastante variedad y calidad.
