“planned a trip to charleston and to folly, saw this hotel online and was cheaper than the rest of the ones around. online it said it had available rooms and then when we got there they only had one room available, it was a smoke room and was nasty! all you smelt was smoke and couldn’t breathe. heard werid noises outside all night. the room was bad and would not recommend to ANYONE. the man upfront said no other rooms were available but online said it was and we’d have to wait till morning. below are attached pictures and there was a HOLE in the tub but was covered up by a mat.”

“Friendly staff at first check in. Quick fix when called about flickering light in room.
No housekeeping at all. Had to make bed, pick up towels and go get clean ones. Bath tub very weak. Felt like if you stepped in any harder, you'd fall thru the tub. Rusty shower head and rust around bathroom door.
Needs more update.”
