Estou hospedado neste hotel há 2 dias em quarentena. As necessidades mais básicas que o hotel deveria prover são vendidas com dinheiro. Não posso descer para o saguão porque estou em quarentena, mas quando há um problema ninguém atende o telefone. Eu desci para o saguão uma vez e tive um pouco de reação. Quando eu disse que tentei usar o telefone e ninguém atendeu, disseram algo assim, porque tem muitos telefonemas. Nem todas as refeições chegam na hora prometida. Estou com muita fome agora porque eles não forneceram nem o jantar nem o café da manhã. (Temos que pegar as refeições e o café da manhã nós mesmos da mesa do corredor, mas eles não estão na mesa) Eu sou novo na Noruega, então não sei se outros hotéis são assim, mas normalmente é chamado de mau serviço . Por ser um hotel de quarentena, eu não esperava muito mesmo, mas ainda é um hotel. Foi bem abaixo das minhas expectativas.

I've been staying in this hotel for 2 days in quarantine. The most basic necessities that the hotel should provide are sold with money. I can't go down to the lobby because I'm in quarantine, but when there is a problem, no one picks up the phone. I went down to the lobby once and got a bit of a backlash. When I said that I tried to use the phone and no one answered, they said something like yes, because there are a lot of calls. Not every meal arrives on time as promised. I'm pretty hungry right now because they didn't provide either evening meal or breakfast. (We have to get the meals and breakfasts ourselves from the table in the corridor, but they are not on the table) I am new to Norway, so I do not know if other hotels are like this, but normally it is called bad service. Since it is a quarantine hotel, I did not expect much anyway, but this is still a hotel. It was well below my expectations.

Cheguei dia 23 de dezembro e o hotel estava fechado, como pude perceber quando tentei ligar e a voz eletrônica atendeu, mesmo que eu os contatasse por e-mail sobre a minha estadia com antecedência e eles confirmaram que eu só tinha que aparecer na recepção e peça uma sala de quarentena. Nem a polícia de fronteira sabia que eles estavam fechados. Não sei o que aconteceu, mas tive uma experiência muito ruim ao tentar chegar a outro lugar em uma noite fria, quando pensei que tudo estava planejado para o bem. 😣

I arrived the 23th December and the hotel was closed, as I fully realised when I tried to call and the electronic voice answered, even if I contacted them via email about my stay in advance and they confirmed I just had to pop up at the reception and ask for a quarantine room. Neither the border police knew that they were closed. I do not know what happened, but I had a very bad experience trying to get somewhere else on a cold evening when I though everything was planned for good. 😣

O preço de qualidade do hotel é razoável. Salas de espaço justo. Estar no trabalho ou visitar 3 ou 4 noites é perfeito. O café da manhã é muito bom e há muito por onde escolher. É preciso ter carro, está longe de qualquer núcleo. Eu vou repetir.

Hotel calidad precio está bien. Habitaciones justas de espacio. Para estar de trabajo o visita 3 o 4 noches es perfecto. El desayuno es muy bueno y hay mucho donde elegir. Necesario tener coche, esta lejos de cualquier núcleo. Repetiré.

Fiquei aqui para quarentena, mas minha avaliação de revisão não se destina a representar isso. Os detalhes sobre as partes da quarentena são os últimos.O hotel é, em geral, "OK". Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, os quartos do hotel são, na sua maioria, silenciosos e a área da secretária é muito bem-vinda. Dito isso, o controle de temperatura parece um pouco errático e um ruído muito alto parece estar vindo do sistema de tratamento de ar de forma intermitente.As camas estão um pouco abaixo da média para o meu gosto, com a capa do colchão e os travesseiros retendo muito calor e fazendo com que eu superaqueça durante a noite. O chuveiro era razoavelmente bom.Quanto à quarentena, a comida era aceitável (e às vezes muito boa!), A equipe de segurança estava pronta e disponível para perguntas.

The closest thing you'll get to apartheid in Norway. Unvaccinated people was forced to use the emergency exit to enter and leave the hotel. They were not allowed to use the restaurant, bar, gym etc. Stay away!

Stayed here for quarantine, but my review rating is not meant to represent that. Details on the quarantine parts are last. The hotel is, in general, "OK". The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel rooms are mostly quiet, and the desk area is quite welcome. Having said that, temperature control seems a bit erratic and a very high pitched noise seems to be coming from the air handling system intermittently. The beds are a bit below average for my tastes, with the mattress topper and pillows retaining a lot of heat and causing me to overheat overnight. The shower was reasonably good. As for quarantine, the food was acceptable (and sometimes quite good!), the security team was prompt and available for questions.

Passei aqui durante o período de quarentena depois de entrar no país. Não há nada ao seu redor, pois é selecionado para esse propósito. No check-in, avisei que era vegetariano, mas só pude comer depois que a carne saiu duas vezes. O teste de PCR também atrasou dois dias por inadequação, e como não recebi a notificação do resultado, resolvi entrar em contato comigo mesmo. Provavelmente é como um hotel normal de negócios em tempos de paz.

Overall, at all it is really good hotel, but... Standard is not so bad, rooms are not fully clear, but it is not so bad. Food is good, but can be better and more focus to european people. The bad point is the internet. I know that is hotel, but anyway we have 2021 and with ping around 120-150 ms its horrible. I been there 2 times for quarantinee and 3 times in other scandic hotels and this one is worst than the others.

Smokers heaven, I think. But terrible place for those that get rooms that have windows facing to the fire stairs. Or should I say the smoking stairs. Twice in 6 days I complained because there was a party right outside my window in middle of the night. I felt that they were little too relaxed in covid prevention. All guests used the same tools to get breakfast. This was during a breakout in Bergen, last week. Once I had fish and chips. And the fish was of quality that is not acceptable so close to the sea. I want stay at this hotel again.

Un lugar amplio.acojedor buena la comida.Quienes son amante de la naturaleza.sus alrededores las calles son frondosas de arboledas.ya que antes había mucho bosque.y se conservan en algunas de sus calles.El trato con el personal muy afable.gracias

Es un hotel sencillo donde cerca hay restaurantes Low Cost. Esta alejado de la ciudad pero cerca del transporte público. Es un poco enredo llegar des del mismo con GoogleMaps

De la cadena Scandic (Escandinavia), a las afueras de cualquier ciudad Noruega de relevancia hay uno o varios Scandic. Son sencillos pero limpios, ordenados, agua fresca abundante, bufet desayuno incluído y este que está cerca del aeropuerto de Bergen, es nuevo y de los más bonitos que he visto.

Vamos a estar 15 días aquí. El desayuno es espectacular. La atención es muy buena. Hay gimnasio gratis. Tienen un cuarto de juegos para niños con tirolina que es muy útil para los días de lluvia. De fácil acceso y parking gratuito. Además tiene al lado un supermercado grande. He visto que se cena muy bien también, aunque no hemos probado.
