Increíble el lugar, comida , bebidas y atenciones al 100, desafortunadamente mi futura esposa y yo fuimos a una boda todo fue manejado por una agencia de viajes y nosotros pagamos 4 noches y otra pareja 3 noches, nos confundieron y nos dieron las noches al revés mi amigo me dejo la llave de su habitación ya que sabía lo sucedido pero los encargados del área de recepción y específicamente una señora q parece ser la que dirige el area de Preferred obstinados a vendernos otra noche en su habitación más sencilla en 14mil pesos cuando ya habíamos pagado esa noche, nos siguieron hasta la salida y nos dejaron con muy mal sabor de boca , estábamos pensando en casarnos aquí pero después de esto nos fuimos al hotel XCARET y la verdad está mucho mejor que este hotel y la boda sale hasta más barata así que si se quedan aquí tengan cuidado y fíjense bien en todo ya que ellos no tienen manera de corregir errores. Como todos os demais hoteis Secrets, este é mais um onde você é tratado com todos os luxos e atenção possível. Os quartos são luxuosos com mobiliário novo e moderno. A limpeza é impecável e as comidas são maravilhosas.A única ressalva é o vinho tinto do all inclusive que deixa a desejar em relação a tudo mais que é servido no hotel. Alias, este já é o segundo Secrets que me hospedo que serve este vinho... O branco ainda passa ; mas, o tinto é muito fraco.

Bom resort porém deixa a desejar com relação a comida e atendimento quando comparado com outros resorts da mesma cadeia Secret (Akumal e Punta Cana).

Muito aconchegante e bem distribuído. Quartos confortáveis e serviços bem executados. Único ponto negativo são os "dress code" para almoços e jantares. 32 graus em Cancun e precisar colocar calça para comer algo não é muito legal. Mas no restante, tudo ótimo.

Adults only resort with all-inclusive service, gives you exactly what you expect from the above mentioned. They are very considerate about keeping the quiet times when it is time to sleep, but still, they are bringing a whole lot of entertainment and fun activities during the day. Once you get a hold of which restaurants fit your needs the best, I would say this Resort is a very good option for a getaway, given it's affordability. I would note that my favorite is the "Oceana" restaurant, by far the best food, but kind of tucked in near the beach, probably a reason not many visit it. Other restaurants usually have a wait list for dinner, so better check in early.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to this resort, but it was all ruined.We arrived October 14 and left the morning of the 18th.Our last night (10-17-2021) dinner was served outdoors with many vendors selling merchandise on Secrets Resort property.I chose an earring and pendant set.The woman told me it was sterling silver and REAL Sapphires.When we got home to the USA, I took the set to a gemologist.SURPRISE!Not real!The stones are FAKE!I was scammed on resort property!I'm furious!Now my question is:does the resort know their vendors are lying and scamming their guests?Because it ruined our vacation.We will never go back.

Attended the 80s in the sand event held at the Secrets & Dreams resort.The biggest issue I had was with the air conditioner in the room.I could never cool it down below 74 degrees, even after having 2 different maintenance people come to the room.Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was weak.Lastly, the theater for the evening shows was too small for the number of people in attendance and it was VERY hot once packed with a crowd.

This resort is pretty much the best you can get. The service in unbeatable. I was incredibly impressed by how incredible all of the staff were. All of the restaurants are amazing! Our favorite was Bordeaux very very good French food, which is one of our favorite kinds of foods. And if you have never tried french it is the perfect opportunity. There is always something to do here. The night shows are great, the entertainment staff always try to get everyone involved. We had an incredible time and I will definitely want to check out another secrets resort if I do all inclusive!

Un hotel definitivamente lo mejor que hay de la cadena en México. La atención es muy personalizada desde la llegada. Felicidades Verónica check in Preferd. Los restaurants con excelsa comida. Felicidades y reconocimiento a los Cheffs Rodrigo Malagan del Bourdeux. Luis y Vicente del Oceana ( como nos consintieron!!!) Angel del Market ( deliciosa parrillada de despedida). Los capitanes de meseros Elpidio, Daniel y Perdón por no recordar su nombre pero empieza con H. Su playa excelente. Martha nos dejó un recuerdo imborrable con sus detalles en la atención en camas de playa. Karina y sus servicios de bebidas. Espectacular habitación 2330. Mil gracias

La comida es excelente, las instalaciones están muy lindas, lo único que no me gustó es que el segundo día la limpieza de la habitación no se hizo correctamente, solo tendieron las camas, y no rellenaron el frigobar ni las amenidades para el baño, la aplicación para reservar el restaurante falla y no te dan solución, así que te quedas sin poder vivir la experiencia del tepanyaky

Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service ❤️ The staff is freaking AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING was great. I enjoyed the pool and the restaurants. Please make sure to make reservations for the hibachi dinner. So worth it! I love that you can order drinks and food at the pool. They were pretty quick to bring the food. I made sure to tip everyone. They didn't expect it, but it was well deserved.

Outstanding resort! Everyone goes out of their way tomake you feel special. Exceptional service and cleanliness. Our favorite bartender/server, Suzi was especially fantastic! Ross the concierge was great as well. We rented a Cabana for the day and wow! Very special and so worth the money. Breakfast at the Market Cafe was a real treat to start the day. Wonderful omelets made to order! Fish tacos at the Barefoot Grill poolside were top 5 best we’ve ever had! Overall amazing food and service!

Excellent Resort. The staff was very friendly and so eager to assist in every way imaginable.The entertainment was top notch was well. Food was spectacular. The drinks were a little watered down, I recommend getting an additional shot of spirits to accompany your drink. The burgers, fires, and cheesecake were my absolute favorite drunk beach meal. The salmon was also very tasty on the room service menu. This is NOT a party resort by any means, and I definitely appreciated that!!!!

GREAT adult only all inclusive resort. Food is great, the staff is great. No problems with rooms, maid service, etc. Learn just a little Spanish to help you, and you will fine. TIP:. Buy a Yeti cup or similar, and get it filled up early in the day. I like margaritas, bit after 30 min.. the drink is warm. With my Yeti, lasts for hours. Great different restaurants. Come to relax, be friendly, tip, tip, tip, and you will be well rewarded.

Our stay here was wonderful and we felt so safe! They did a great job of making sure everything was sanitized and staff always wore masks! The beaches were quiet, the resort was quiet, the drinks were good, and the food was good. Overall very relaxing and the service was fabulous. Everyone working there was so friendly! Definitely recommend! I want to go back already! Not sure about other times of year but if you go in March, bring bug spray- the mosquitoes are aggressive!!

Melhor lugar do mundoooooooooooo! Pessoas amáveis, atendimento de primeira. Alto nível, se pudesse voltaria todos os anos.O bom é que tem a área família e a área SÓ PARA ADULTOS, (que foi o mais atrativo pra mim).Chegando lá vc já se sente uma princesa pelo atendimento, fiquei 8 dias, até hoje não consigo superar o quão maravilhoso foi.ComidaS, DRINKS, espaços, programação de eventos, quarto, serviço de quarto, equipe de animação, atendimento geral, tudo impecável. E detalhe, 24h rsPra quem quer gastar o inglês, é super indicado, éramos os únicos brasileiros neste Resort, no último dia conhecemos outra brasileira, mas morava há mais de 25 anos nos EUA, nem se quer ouvimos português. Mas, para quem não fala e quer ir mesmo assim, vale a viagem, eles falam espanhol e com certeza será uma experiência maravilhosa.Obs. O único ponto que precisam se atentar é que para HOMENS eles são mais rigorosos nas vestimentas durante as refeições nos restaurantes.Obrigada pelo carinho Secrets.💙🙏🇧🇷

This resort is AMAZING! The room was very clean and the property was so beautiful. The service was amazing. Everyone at the resort were very friendly especially Tomas and Christian. Everyone at this resort made my stay so wonderful. The food was amazing and there were many options. I had a great time every night at the Desires Lounge and the music was great. I had an amazing vacation there and it was hard to leave. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

It’s all about the staff! The friendliest and most accommodating people we have ever encountered at an all inclusive. Following a Plant Based diet at a resort like this can be difficult at time’s, but each restaurant went out of their way to present plant based meals. Can’t say enough about the people here. Property is so well managed and everything is geared to providing a great experience.

My first all inclusive resort, it was absolutely fantastic!!! The staff was phenomenal, to a person they are the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever met. I would definitely say put this at the top of your list for resorts. And the food is out of this world!!!

Prices, atmosphere, food, room, everything was 5/5. Pools were a great size, never over crowded, could always find a place to lay out. We had the swim up pool room and 100% would recommend. Room service was also great. Only minor complaint is that the beach was super kelp-y (we went in september) The prices were also great! Can't wait to stay here again, haven't found another resort that has better amenities yet!

Facility and staff are just exactly what we expect from a secrets facility. Plush. Comfy. The food is second to none. Only problem is trying to get a chance to take it all in, so much to do. Only drawback i have found is there were no live bands throughout the day like at other secrets. And music definitely wasn't geared toward a mature crowd. People in charge of music and entertainment seemed to have a generational gap on music. Just my 2 cents, but definitely worth the stay. Go play the golf course that is here if you like to play. Found no issues with bugs and mosquitos like some have said, but be prepared with bug spray just in case.
