Incredibly average experience overall - great view but drinks overpriced (even beyond what you'd expect), absolutely no atmosphere, poor quality of snacks and staff a bit robotic. Given the other options in the area, you'd be pretty much mad to go here other than for the view.”

“The Shangri-La at The Shard just makes you feel at home whenever you are not home. Great service, friendly employees, always clean, nice views, well located just next to London Bridge station. Gym and Pool exceeded my expectations. I stayed two nights and had an amazing room facing the city of London. The staff cleaned the room twice a day and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this Hotel or even just for a drink at the amazing bar on the 53rd floor.”
