Lindo hotel, muito limpo, ótima localização, a maioria dos funcionários é muito agradável e útil. Alguns deles precisariam de mais treinamento. Aqui e ali espaço para melhorias. TASCA e NETSU em geral excelentes. O café da manhã é bom com sucos naturais, exceto laranja, que falta e o café às vezes demora a chegar. A qualidade da comida no The Bay para almoço e jantar precisa que sua média seja elevada a um nível de reputação do Mandarin Oriental. Ótimo Spa com equipe competente, pt e terapeutas.

Hermoso hotel, muy limpio, excelente ubicación, la mayoría del personal es muy agradable y servicial. A algunos de ellos les vendría bien un poco más de formación. Aquí y allá espacio de mejora. TASCA y NETSU en general excelentes. El desayuno es bueno con jugos recién exprimidos, excepto la naranja, falta y el café a veces tarda en llegar. La calidad de la comida en The Bay para el almuerzo y la cena debe elevarse a un nivel de reputación de Mandarin Oriental. Gran Spa con personal competente, pt y terapeutas.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great location, most staff is very nice and helpful. Some of them could do with some more training. Here and there space for improvement. TASCA and NETSU overall excellent. Breakfast is good with freshly squeezed juices, except orange, missing and coffee sometimes slow to arrive. Quality of food at The Bay for lunch and dinner needs its average to be lifted to a Mandarin Oriental reputation level. Great Spa with competent staff, pt and therapists.

Tivemos uma boa estadia, exceto alguns niggles. Em resumo - nós amamos o quarto e a comida no Bay e Tasca foi excelente. O serviço de limpeza poderia ser intensificado - pequenos detalhes como 2 toalhas para 3 ocupantes, e não substituir os rolos de papel higiênico eram falhas. Um dos elevadores não estava funcionando e, como resultado, havia uma fila constante para chegar ao quarto, o que era bastante chato.

Tuvimos una buena estancia, salvo algunas quejas. En resumen, nos encantó la habitación y la comida tanto en el Bay como en Tasca era excelente. La limpieza se podría intensificar: pequeños detalles como 2 toallas para 3 ocupantes, no reemplazar los rollos de papel higiénico eran fallas. Uno de los ascensores no funcionaba y, como resultado, había una cola constante para llegar a la habitación, lo cual era bastante molesto.

We had a good stay, bar a few niggles. In summary - we loved the room and the food at both the Bay and Tasca was excellent. Housekeeping could be stepped up a notch - small details like 2 towels for 3 occupants, not replacing toilet rolls were glitches. One of the elevators wasn't working, and as a result, there was a constant queue to get to the room, which was fairly annoying.

Awesome lobby, very festive. Visited The Bay- calamari, Burrata salad and Wagyu burger were excellent. The baby chicken and pizza were ok. The service was on point and our servers paid attention to every detail.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, in Dubai and around the world, and the Mandarin in Dubai was one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed (and I have high expectations)! The hotel is beautiful and the service is impeccable - every team member is highly trained, from the beach staff to the front desk. The view from the sea view room is to die for! The room is spacious and bright. The spa is amazing as well! Great value! I’ll be back!

Este é definitivamente um dos melhores hotéis de Dubai. Pontos fortes: piscina (está muito bem situada, o pessoal do bar da piscina é incrível e a comida é muito boa), pessoal (simpático e discreto), quartos amplos com bastante luz natural e bons restaurantes. Apreciamos também o serviço de quarto para o café da manhã. Pessoalmente achei o local cheio de pequenos toques de bom gosto que podem te surpreender. Este hotel é imperdível e realmente um bom exemplo de uma fórmula de negócios que pode levar ao sucesso. Muito obrigado pela experiência.

Este hotel é incrível! Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia Tudo começa com a equipe simpática e prestativa e o salão lindo. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e limpos. A área da piscina é muito agradável e os funcionários fornecem toalhas e água fria. E de vez em quando um pouco de gelo. Eles oferecem um serviço de concierge via WhatsApp que é realmente ótimo. Com certeza retornarei!

Adoro o design do hotel e do quarto! Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos! Tive meu aniversário inesquecível hospedando-me com meu noivo! O quarto foi decorado com o banner “feliz aniversário” e frutas frescas com bolo delicioso me fizeram sentir muito bem-vindos! E o banheiro tem mesa de maquiagem que eu sempre sinto que faltou na maioria dos hotéis, acredito que todas as mulheres vão adorar! Cada móvel é tão bem desenhado com funções práticas e de muito bom gosto que podem contar a você a história oriental!

Este es definitivamente uno de los mejores hoteles de Dubai. Puntos fuertes: piscina (está muy bien situada, el personal del bar de la piscina es increíble y la comida muy buena), personal (amable y discreto), habitaciones espaciosas con mucha luz natural y buenos restaurantes. También apreciamos el servicio de habitaciones para el desayuno. Personalmente, encontré el lugar lleno de pequeños detalles de buen gusto que pueden sorprenderte. Este hotel es imprescindible y realmente es un buen ejemplo de una fórmula empresarial que puede conducir al éxito. Muchas gracias por la experiencia.

Love the design of the hotel and room! All the staff are so friendly! I had my unforgettable birthday staying with my fiancé! The room was been decorated with the “happy birthday” banner and fresh fruits with delicious cake are made me feel so welcome! And the bathroom has makeup table which I always feel it was missing in most of hotels, I believe all the ladies will love it! Each furniture is so well designed with practical functions and great taste which can tell you the Oriental story!

This Hotel is awesome! We had a great stay. It starts with the nice and helpful staff and the gorgeous hall. The rooms are very speacous and clean. The pool area is really nice and the staff provides towels and cold water. And every once in a while some ice. They provide a concierge service via WhatsApp which is really great. I will come back for sure!

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Dubai. Strong points: pool (it's very well situated,the pool bar personnel is amazing and the food is very good), staff ( friendly and discreet), spacious rooms with plenty of day light and nice restaurants. We appreciated also the room service for the breakfast. Personally I found the place full of tasteful little touches that can surprise you. This hotel is a must try and really a good example for a business formula that can lead to success. Thank you very much for the experience.

What a wonderful experience as a family. The service was excellent and attentive. Value for money and friendly. Pleasant environment and clean. Will definitely go back again. This place is more than 5 stars hotel. All facilities are upper class, restaurant, pool, beach, as well as World Award Winning SPA.

Extended our stay because of how beautiful the room was! The room was spacious with a great view and breathtaking interior, the best part was the roomy closet/toilet (junior sea view suite). Pool area was nice too with pool-cushions to chill on. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Good quality of in-room dining.
