I did not stay in the hotel, I went to get some breakfast at the restaurant. However the food wasn't the best and the service was mediocre, the fruit was very sour and they ran pretty fast of everything. The service was just not meeting any expectations, it is located on the 10th floor and the views are horrible. Not worth it. Look else where to enjoy a nice breakfast.

La amabilidad del personal que labora ahí es cordial y amable....Siempre es bueno que te nombren por tu nombre ya que se siente mas familiar el ambiente... Si alguna ves tienen oportunidad de ir y relajarse, sentirse mimado es un buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana en pareja o disfrutar con la familia esos lugares que aun viviendo en México no los visitamos.... El autobús turístico también es una buena y relajante experiencia..Si alguna ves has sentido el niño que todos llevamos dentro el descapotable es excelente..... Vean y chequenlo se los recomiendo... En general bien. Buena ubicación. Hay un problema ajeno al hotel, de olores cloacales queinvaden por lo menos la recepción y el primer piso. Mejoraría las duchas con cortinas más largas para que no quede el piso del baño todo mojado. El personal es muy cordial y amable. Las habilitaciones limpias, deje cosas de valor a la vista y no me pasó nada. Si lo prefieren, también hay caja fuerte en la habitación. Aprovechen la azotea para tomar fotografías. Los fines de semana a la noche es un bonito lugar para beber unos tragos

Gran hotel para quedarse durante una visita a la Ciudad de México. Excelente ubicación, puedes llegar caminando a distintos puntos de interés, el hotel cuenta con taxis también, listos para destinos más lejanos disponibles para los huéspedes. Personal muy amable.

El hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación en el centro de reforma. La atención de las personas es amable y pronta. En cuanto a las habitaciones, se encuentran limpias y con los servicios necesarios. Lo que más me agrado es su terraza con una gran vista de la ciudad. En las noches es un espectáculo.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, muy amables y atentos en todo momento. En hubiera sido genial tener un frigobar en la habitación. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo de acceso rápido. Tranquilo y seguro.

Very nice and chic hotel. Situated on Reforma you will have easy access to Metro Hidalgo station and the Palace of Bellas Artes. The Revolution Monument is a 5 minute walk. The Chapultepec Castle and the Museum of Anthropology is a 20 minute walk down Reforma. I would recommend this hotel. Staff is friendly and the food is good.

Budget friendly stay. 5-10min Walking distance from food, museums, parks, shopping and entertainment. Lobby is cute. Rooms need major updating also walls are thin. You can hear everything around you in the room, it's super noisy so pack your ear plugs.

Excelente ubicación. Me quedé durante una semana. El hotel se encuentra en pleno paseo de la reforma, tiene bastante seguridad y el personal es amable. A pesar de que no estaba lista nuestra habitación fueron muy amables. Tienen resguardo para maletas y también bicicletas. Hay área para descansar, para fumar y también la azotea que tiene una vista bellísima. El buffet de desayuno tiene mucha variedad y muy comida. Por la tarde-Noche está abierto el restaurante de la terraza, los precios son un poco elevados pero vale la pena porque la comida está deliciosa. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Absolutely loved my stay here, it offered a very good view of the city at the restaurant and in the room I stayed in. The cleaning lady was the nicest sweetest person in all of Mexico City and we will be going back to fontan reforma just for olga, we've never had a room cleaned so well with such attention to detail to give each room a personal touch. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras, modernas y bonitas. La limpieza excelente, la ama de llaves que nos tocó, Olga, muy agradable, y considerada; quedamos encantados con su servicio y amabilidad. Los recepcionistas muy amables también, y dispuestos a ayudar si no conoces la ciudad. La decoración del hotel, el servicio y la experiencia es simplemente magnífica, serena e inolvidable.Sin duda de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado y no dudaría en volver

La primer habitación que nos dieron olía horrible a drenaje por lo que pedimos de inmediato el cambio y la persona que subió a cambiarnos de habitación, muy déspota, haciendo caras y dijo que el olor venía de la calle, lo cual era mentira por completo, ni la calle ni el resto del hotel olian así. La otra habitación no tenía ese olor pero le urge mantenimiento a los baños, se ven sucios y viejos. Al hotel en general le falta mantenimiento. La terraza agradable pero el menú muy escueto y caro, no tan buen sabor además.El desayuno rico y variado.

El hotel está en una ubicación muy céntrica, con un mural impresionante en su fachada y un lobby ameno y agradable. Las habitaciones si dejan un poco que desear y ni se diga del baño ya que los espacios son reducidos, el servicio y atención de su equipo es agradable

O hotel é muito bem localizado, metrô e metrobus super perto. Fica próximoao Zócalo e a muitos restaurantes. O café da manhã é muito bom. A internet funciona bem em todo hotel.

Fui a encontrarme con una persona que se hospedaba en este hotel y estuvimos en el restaurante. La atención fue bastante mala, el mesero grosero, y cuando le hice de conocimiento al "gerente" tomo una actitud fuera de lo que esperas de alguien que tenga capacidad de resolución, se escudó en que estaban siendo solo "atentos" y prácticamente para no crear un mal momento tuve que aguantarme su mala atención y actitud hasta el último momento.Sinceramente tienen una vista privilegiada pero con la poca y pobre atención, no vale la pena pues te hacen pasar por un gran disgusto.Precios regulares, carta muy limitada tanto en bebidas como alimentos.También el huésped tuvo situaciones con ellos mientras su estancia.

La atención de la recepción sin decir turno mala y algo groseras. La regadera MUY ANGOSTA con un ancho deplorable( o te pegas a pared o a la cortina). O bañarte de perfil. En el restaurante lentitud extrema hasta para cobrarte. Mis respetos para personal de limpieza y mantenimiento.

Excelente atención de todo el personal desde recepción hasta el Personal del restaurante, el cuál tmb es muy bueno, buena variedad, buen sabor y una vista bonita para desayunar. En lo personal el cuarto me pareció de buen tamaño son embargo se escuchaba un poco la TV del cuarto siguiente entonces eso nos pareció un punto en contra. Quizá en habitaciones más arriba no pase pero al menos fue nuestra impresión del 1 piso. Aunque sin duda regresariamos por la ubicación y la buena atención brindada.

Los cuartos y los baños son muy viejos y feos. Además no hacen un buen aseo de los mismos. No hay ningún tipo de aislamiento de ruido. El sector del hotel tampoco me gustó. Es cierto que queda en paseo de la reforma, pero en una zona descuidada y deprimida.

Buena ubicación, está a 1 km del Palacio de Bellas Artes, pero el costo es muy elevado $1,700.00 por noche, para lo que es la habitación; la habitación es muy chiquita, al igual que el baño. Una de las habitaciones que reservamos tenía una fuga el baño.Cuidado en la terraza bar, nos querían cobrar de más, y nos querían dar Bacardi, al precio de Zacapa, pero nos dimos cuenta que era fraude.

Fui evento de la empresa, mala organización, muy bonita vista de la terraza.

Tiene una gran ubicación casi junto a la alameda, en algunas habitaciones te tocará una vista nocturna espectacular. Los precios son muy buenos y las habitaciones cumplen con todo lo que ocupas para tu descanso cuando viajas a CdMx, lo único que recomiendo es tratar de reservar con tiempo porque sí hay mucha demanda de hospedaje

Staff was great. Not a reflection of there amazing caring. But the rooms were lacking severely. I have stayed in lesser rated hotels with way better accommodations. First the rooms were okay sized. We had 3 presidential suites. All three rooms were on the same floor. All rooms had different shower curtains. Some were too long and some were to short. The bedding had hair. The showers had hair on the curtains and walls. The ac units worked in some and not others. The shower curtains were dirty and the showers themselves were half out together with caulking and cracks in the walls. Some shower heads had intense pressures and others had little to no pressure. The noise from the hallways echoed in the rooms and some had latch chains missing. It’s in a good location but it should be more out together. The pics on there site were very misleading.

We have stayed at this location twice. Absolutely great place and the staff is very attentive. Always taking precautions for the pandemic. Central location for tourists. You can walk out the door and be on your way for a great day. Uber friendly and you can also rent a bike. Never disappointed.

Great location for the hotel. You won’t believe how it’s inside by the exterior looks. It has been recently renovated and it has great insides. Especially, reception area, cafe, restaurant and terrace. It also boasts a gym on the terrace. We got a room with the reforma view which is amazing. Rooms are well designed and has two queen beds. Bathrooms are low lit, need more light atleast by the mirror. Helpful bell boy staff. Always ready to help with luggage. Breakfast buffet was just awesome. Don’t miss the custom omelette specially prepared. However, we had a bad check in experience. Our reservation was not found by the reception staff. We did our reservation through Booking.com for 15 days. We had to wait for 1.5 hours hoping things to be sorted out between the Booking.com and hotel but in vain. After waiting for so long, I had to book the room manually at a higher price than I booked online. Till now, things are not sorted out. We checked out after a day as it didn’t work out for us. If you have a great booking/reservations experience, it’s a nice hotel to stay in with close proximity of everything. Tip: You can opt for the option without breakfast and have breakfast buffet wherever you like at $M150 per person which is equal to the additional cost you pay upfront for breakfast included option.

Un hotel muy bueno, está ubicado muy cerca de todo.La atención es muy buena y el desayuno buffet tiene comida nacional e internacional.Super recomendado.

Bem localizado e seguro. Metrô e ônibus na porta. Inúmeras barracas com comidas de rua nas proximidades. Restaurantes bons na proximidade. Da para visitar o centro histórico a pé. Pessoal bem atencioso e solícito. Cama nota 7, porém gigante, não tem frigobar, cofre cabe notebook de 15 polegadas. Café da manhã farto com opções apenas do cardápio local.... haja pimenta e feijão... já tbm possibilidade de omeletes e tacos feitos na hora. Única observação é o cheiro nos corredores do hotel e as vezes no banheiro do quarto. Parece esgoto público, não sei se é a região ou se o hotel tem as instalações primárias antigas, mas li o mesmo relato de outros hóspedes. Por fim achei o preço honesto, 250.00 reais por diária com café da manhã para duas pessoas. Acho que valeu

The view from my room was the slums and boy did it boil at night with smell. Also rooms are not sound proof, you can hear every person walking by ,or opening their door and the beeping elevator-i could not sleep all night. Then there is the rude old guy at the restaurant who wouldn't let you have 1 sachet of splendid sugar sub-saying its only for the restaurant even after the receptionist directed me to go get it there. Only good thing is the amazing receptionist who spoke good English and had great customer service. I'm glad I didn't book over a night😶

La estancia es muy agradable, la vista de la terraza, es muy bonita, buena ubicación, me toco la Remodelación de la recepción pero parece que quedara muy bonita, el menú del restaurante le falta información de como están hechos los platillos o mas variedad de alimentos, la atención del Personal excelente y limpieza buena. Muy amable el servicio. Precios lo valen.

Buena ubicación, cerca de estaciones del metro y permite recorrer el Centro Histórico desde el Parque Alameda Central hasta el Zócalo de la ciudad.Muchos sitios donde comer cercanos.El hotel ha sido mejorado y es idea para visitar la ciudad de México en un buen lugar y a buen precio.El desayuno bastante bien. Estuve en noviembre de 2019 con resultado satisfactorio para mi y mi familia.

First, the staff is amazing! They are caring kind and eager to help, especially the bell boys/bell hop. I can see the vision, however considering it's under construction it takes away from the appeal. I can only speak on the standard room. Uniquely different but not clean cut.

Rooms smell like sewers. No towel replacements so I have to dry myself with a wet towel. Bathroom lights are very dim. Water pressure is subpar. Would’ve stayed at the Hilton if I had a choice. 3 stars only because of the rooftop patio.

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, espaciosas y cómodas, hay tina, la cama muy rica, la visita increíble. Lo único es que la comida está muy equis, no tiene gran sabor, si la mejorarán en calidad y cantidad sería el plus que necesitan. El personal muy amable, la terraza es muy linda y el precio en relaciona lo que ofrece es justo.

Good localization, nice view from roof and that's all. Dirty room, only 2 elevators worked for 11 floors. There was renovation and the reception was on the 8th floor (it is logical, isn't it?) and I didn't see any information about this. The laundry service it's a joke - we paid 30USD for 1kg of clothes. Bad food - vegetarian meals: they served chicken soup and removed pieces of chicken and rice so I received only the broth of chicken which is not vegetarian. Main course: lettuce, quarter of mushroom, quarter tomato and some onion that's all. This is 3* hotel in capitol, we live in 21st century and they don't have offer for vegetarian, really? If you don't have a choice one night is ok.

Location location location. This place isn’t the best hotel but it is a great hotel to stay in on a budget. It’s centrally located in the city of Mexico at the right price. “At the right price” however, comes at a cost. CHECK-IN: On the first day of our arrival they did not have our reservation which I was afraid of after reading all the reviews. We had reserve two rooms at $29usd each per night. However, my very responsible friend who reserve the rooms did not have the confirmation number either so I can’t hold that against them. They offered us a room at a higher rate of 42.50usd. They offered us 1 room with two Queen sized beds for the first night then on the next day two bedrooms with a king size bed each and they through in breakfast. So this helped remedy the issue. Although, I can’t help but to wonder if it was a scam for the hotel to “not have the reservation” considering that the World Cup was in town and all other local hotels spiked in price. Still, I’ll take the L cuz we didn’t do our do diligence. Solution: get a confirmation email and take it with you. BREAKFAST: was very simple (the one included in the cost of the room. However they do have an additional menu at a separate cost) and an all you can eat style. The first day it was really good. The second day breakfast got a little sloppy. The beans where runny, so was the egg, the juice tasted like a mix of punch and juice, and the chilaquiles where bland. It got worse as the days past. Solution: Pay only for the room and not for the room with breakfast and eat elsewhere. Your on vacation for crying out loud, act like it. ROOMS: In the bedroom with the two queen size beds the mattresses where soooooooo hard. I wouldn’t do the jump test if I where you. In the rooms with the king size beds the mattresses were a bit more forgiving. CLEANLINESS: The room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The headboard and lamps had not been dusted in a long time, let alone cleaned. The floor hadn’t been mopped because it was stinky and I could hear and feel the stickiness on the bottom of my shoe. There was even an area where I thought it might be blood. Solution: ask the room to be thoroughly cleaned. It’s not unreasonable if you kindly walk them through the things you noticed. I decided not to get my room serviced because even though I do nitpick at this stuff I really didn’t care. The rooms come equipped with a little slot where you place your key card to activate the electrical components and once you leave the room you take your card and it shuts off the room. This is kind of nice if you areenergy conscious or if you are a hotel trying to save money on electricity. But it’s also a hassle if you want to leave your cell phone charging to say go to the upstairs patio for a drink or if you have some gear you want to charge while you’re outside of your hotel room. It turns out it won’t charge, as it was the case in my situation. Solution: ask for a second key, take a battery back, or charge it while you sleep. THE PATIO: was awesome. The views from there where just so cool. Specially at night. THE STAFF: was super friendly. There front door staff was very nice and attentive so was the check in staff. LOCATION: Any hotel in this area is centrally located to all the tourist areas. With in an hours drive to The pyramids of Teotihuacán, Xochimilco, Coyoacán and Chapultepec. Short Uber/ taxi ride to zona rosa, condesa, Roma. Literaly walk to centro histórico, Torre Latinoamericana, Bellas artes, and Plaza Garibaldi, and monumento a la Revolución. OVERALL: I would defiantly go again. As a matter of fact I’m already planning my next trip and I will be staying here. I see this hotel as the family in the block that is poor but making it work. But the price on this hotel was just right for my budget for the amount of days I was there (4). I pointed out things that where very obvious and can easily be resolved and they will next time I go. I think this hotel is and awesome option for those traveling in a budget or in a large group. RECOMMENDATION: YES (give it a chance)

Excelente estadia, vista maravilhosa, quartos limpinhos, camas confortáveis, funcionários super simpáticos e a localização excelente, sendo possívelfazer muitos passeios a pé (centro histórico, restaurantes, shoppings, churreria El Moro, etc...).Solicitei o endereço de uma farmácia e além de me indicarem a mais próxima,se ofereceram para ir comprar o que eu precisava. Recomendo.

This hotel offered us great high rise location, safe, confiable and in the center of major bustling intersections with quick and easy access to major tourist points in and around the city. When we arrived we anxiously greeted by the concierge and the polite and attentive staff which provided covid-19 sanitizing procedures and promptly checked in. Although strict Covid safety guidelines are in effect, the hotel still offered room service, limited breakfast(we had pancakes milk and coffee approx $10) lunch and dinner a la carte no buffet on the 10th floor with a nice view overlooking Reforma. Rooms have a modern contemporary decor and nice flooring that is NOT carpet, which is a must for me descent air conditioning that kept the room at a nice cool temperature all night. Bedding was good, firm matresses, comfy plump pillows clean crisp linen. Looks like it was recently renovated as well. Bathroom a bit small but very clean as well as the rest of the room that was well upkept and thoroughly sanitized daily by the cleaning personnel for the 3 days we spent there. A plus that I thought was very cool was a the bike rental shop in the lobby but to my disappointment, it was closed throughout the time we were there. My guess it was because of the limited activities due to the virus. The good trade off was that we were just steps away from taxis and bus stops and whats known to be Mexico City's first public park that was adjacent to Bellas Artes. Walking distance to Zocalo shops turibuses and the history and mordern grandeur of CDMX. Over all, my stay at this hotel was very satisfying would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

O hotel foi reformado mas precisam rever a altura do chuveiro pois achei a altura baixa demais ( quem for alto vai sofrer). A iluminação do banheiro é fraca também e precisam melhorar esteponto. O café da manhã precisa ser revisto pois para consumir café, os garçons é que te servem na xícara e o hóspede não fica a vontade para se servir por conta própria ( achei um absurdo, nunca vi isso). Falta mesa de frios e não tem chocolate em pó. Quando perguntei do chocolate solúvel, me disseram que cobram uma taxa. Onde já se viu isso?Café parece uma água rala de chá ( imita café só pode) Quanto a localização, nadareclamar pois fica próximo a estação de metrô Hidalgo. A rua de trás do hotel,fede a esgoto e cheiro e maconha. Quanto ao quarto, mobília nova,camas boas, roipa de cama limpa e cafeteira com sachê de café e tudo ( me surpreendeu neste ponto). Tem ferro de passar e tábua para uso ( raridade hoje em dia, achei isso bem legal). Poderiam colocar um frigobar pra melhorar. O ar condicionado faz muito barulho e poderiam modernizar. Serviço de limpeza ok e deixam tudo limpo e organizado. Hotel recomendado pelo custo x benefício.

Camas boas e espaçosas, boa localização e excelente atendimento. Os senões ficam por conta da proximidade com uma rua muito mal cuidada na parte de trás do hotel. Cheiro de esgoto mas proximidades também é de doer. Restaurante tem uma vista panorâmica sensacional, mas não tem ventilação e o cheiro de fritura impregna na sua roupa e vc já sai pro compromisso daquele jeito.

Hotel Simples e já necessita de reformas e mobília novas. Banheiro mal dimensionado e mal iluminado. Box para o chuveiro é muito estreito e a cortina gruda no usuário. Chuveiro baixo, quem tiver mais de 1.80 sofrerá. Ar condicionado fraco e barulhento. Porém o café da manhã é bom e o local é um terraço com uma linda vista da cidade!!

O quarto e o banheiro tem cheiro de mofo. A cama é de concreto e está suja. Cheguei hoje e NÃO estou gostando.
