“After my 800k Views of my reviews, I decide to go for one night to Las Vegas to review more places & Hit the 1 million .. I decided to book the stay at “ Paris Las Vegas “ On 01/16/2022 - 01/17/2022 , I arrived on 2:30 am in the morning on the 17, I was so happy, I decided to park by myself, so it was easy to reach the 2nd floor, the elevator between the parking and the 1st floor was too dirty, we arrived to the lobby, Mrs. Dana did our check in & I was surprised with her attitude, she was so rude & aggressive. I was polite and i told her that i have a reservation with booking.com because i will also review for booking, she’s said i don’t care, i just need your ID.. She was so unprofessional & I was upset from the first impression. Anyway my room was on the 29 floor, room 2009, I did an upgrade room of extra 25$ fee to have the Eiffel view, having in mind that i wanna take shots for my review, i went inside the room, and i have in mind that i wanna take a good photo from the window for the Eiffel, I opened the window and it was so dirty, you cannot see anything or you can’t film, i called the receptionist if there is any other clean room, they said no, go to the lobby to change the room. I went to the lobby, i met Joseph, another customer service, he changed the room to floor 17 and the window was worst , I decided to stay in my room in the 20 floor. I went again to the receptionist, i met the manager, he said there is no solution to clean they have a budget issue with the cleaning company from few months ago. Because i wasted so much time, i request extra hour to check out at 1 p.m. instead of 12 p.m. and he knows already that i will do a review as i am a “ google local guide “. The other problem was that the door, once you scan your card to open it, you get small electrical shock while opening the door, each time you go inside your room. Inside the room, the two queen beds were clean, the bathroom also were clean. I checked out at 12:15 a.m. , the Customer service “ Fatima “ were so polite and helpful, i told here about the electrical shock of the door for my and my friend, she apologize and she tried to ask the manager of the day shift if he can do something for us. I told her no thank you so much. I will not stay soon again, because i had a hectic night instead of having an easy night. And i will not recommend anyone to visit soon, till they fix the management, from the lobby to the rooms. And will get you another review once i will visit again.”
