Fabulous location for those wanting to stay at a comfortable and convenient location close to the International Airport. It’s a new property so everything looks slick and works well. The food is good though nothing memorable. Service is prompt and courteous. Hospitality is alright, not in the same class as some of the other 5 star chains but not much to complain. Cleanliness and hygiene could certainly be improved. I found clumps of hair on the room carpet. There was a rotting orange lying on the centre table with fungus growing on it but the housekeeping didn’t even notice it for 2 days. Complimentary pick up and drop is provided from the airport.

A true stress free 5 star experience in this hotel.everything is taken care by the staff.in room dining was good.big breakfast spread and delicious. Very clean and beautifully maintained property. They have complimentary airport service and at the airport separate luggage carrier.

Um hotel muito conveniente para ficar, ao lado do aeroporto internacional de bengaluru Kempegauda. A hospitalidade era ótima, os quartos eram incríveis, a comida era ótima. O buffet não estava aberto porque o número de convidados era menor, disseram. As cortinas da janela deixavam um pouco de luz entrar pelas laterais, e por isso era um pouco difícil dormir durante o dia. Bom geral.

Un hotel muy conveniente para alojarse, justo al lado del aeropuerto internacional de Bengaluru Kempegauda. La hospitalidad fue excelente, las habitaciones increíbles, la comida excelente. El buffet no estaba abierto ya que el número de invitados era menor, dijeron. Las persianas de las ventanas dejaban entrar algo de luz por los lados, por lo que era un poco difícil dormir durante el día. Bueno en general.

A very, convenient hotel to stay, right next to the bengaluru Kempegauda International airport. The hospitality was great, rooms were amazing, the food was great. The buffet was not open as the number of guests were less they said. The window blinds let some light in through the sides, and so it was a bit hard to sleep during day time. Overall good.

Caso contrário, o serviço é bom. É uma propriedade premium e o preço é ligeiramente superior, o que compensa com quantidade, porção, medida e preparação.

Marca de mais: - Perto do aeroporto, conveniente para viajantes de negócios e tripulações de vôo. A vista do aeroporto é bastante agradável, principalmente à noite. - Ampla área do saguão. Ponto negativo: -Qualidade de serviço não é igual a outros hotéis no sistema TAJ em Nova Delhi. Responder às solicitações dos clientes é lento. - Hotel internacional, na zona do aeroporto, mas a comida do buffet é principalmente pratos indianos locais, sem pratos europeus e asiáticos, muito difíceis de comer. Os convidados do jantar não são convidados para um copo de água, querem usar a água deve pagar. Pior qualidade de buffet em hotéis 5 estrelas na Índia que eu estive nos últimos 4 anos. Atualizar: No dia seguinte, o hotel mudou, ajustou o buffet. Mais fácil de comer do que ontem. Bom trabalho!!!

The restaurant was fairly occupied on a Saturrday afternoon on the Christmas day. We had called ahead to book a table, unfortunately to our dismay, we found out that it was not registered. They however accommodated us and gave us a table of our choice for the three of us.The food spread was lavish with a variety of multi cuisine dishes, all delectable and delicately balanced for flavour and taste. Nothing was over the top, not too oily or spicy. The accompanying chefs were helpful with recommendations. Live Christmas music added to the ambiance.The service upon arrival was slow. No one attended to us, nor gave us any recommendations on the choice of food available or whether to opt for Ala carte or the brunch buffet.After some wait and some enquiries, we decided to go for the buffet and it was a good call for the variety of food and their preparation.The service at the table fell short..no one to clear the table, provide fresh cutlery, or get the drinks menu, despite asking a few times.A special thanks to Maneesh Yadav from their f&b team and mushahid Ahmed Asst Rest Manager for their intervention and assistance.The rest of the afternoon was a breeze. The property is located within the Airport complex and provides an excellent choice for all transit passengers to book a stay, and for us city dwellers to plan an occasional out-of-city outing for a celebratory afternoon.Food is excellent. Service otherwise is good. It is a premium property and the pricing is slightly on the higher side for which they make up for with quantity, portion, measure and preparation.

Would have rated higher but for delayed service of items from the menu...Pizzas took 40 minutes, 7 reminders; simple black coffee- 50 minutes!!The ambience, brunch menu, its taste and variety is excellent.There are too many staff - mostly trainees and hence confusion prevails😱

Rooms were awesome with full amenities in neat, clean and whitish. Gives u sparkle when u enters d room🤩🤩🤩 Staff were polite and understanding. Food items are delicious especially the butter chicken 😋. Forgot to d delightful view of BLR Airport 🛫

O Taj tem todas as comodidades que eu esperaria de um hotel 5 estrelas - extenso buffet de café da manhã, piscina, lounge, spa, etc.A piscina é bastante grande em comparação com as piscinas na maioria dos hotéis 5 estrelas! A equipe é amigável e prestativa!

A very convenient hotel, right next to the airport. The Taj has all amenities that I'd expect in a 5 star hotel - expansive breakfast buffet, pool, lounge, spa, etc.The pool is quite large compared to pools in most 5 star hotels! The staff is friendly and helpful!

We booked just for a day to relax and our overall experience was good, however our expectation with the brand 'Taj' was more and felt some what let down.Positives: Amazing location. Right outside Bangalore airport, so convenient for business travelers as they also many meeting rooms for business. There are rooms with view of runway which gives a unique experience of seeing flights take off. Relatively new hotel (launched somewhere in 2015) with modern amenities. Rooms are well furnished, beds and linen is good. Our request for a room facing the runway was kept.Negatives: Service right from post booking, entry, reception and overall does not seem personalized and somehow felt they were not interested. Signs of aging is visible in some areas and not at the highest level, for example, sofa's in lobby is chaffed and edges are damaged, carpets in corridor are worn out to name a few. Rooms somehow felt un ergonomic, and also reception is at one end at a corner.

Fui no Cafe 77, um restaurante do Taj Bangalore para o brunch de domingo. As opções vegetarianas eram um pouco limitadas, considerando o preço do buffet de 2.499 mais impostos. No entanto, a comida era de alta qualidade, sem compromissos. Depois da comida, a próxima melhor coisa era a disposição dos assentos. Pode-se facilmente fazer alarde com 3-4 pratos ao mesmo tempo e ainda não sentir falta de espaço na mesa de jantar.

Went in Cafe 77, a restaurant of Taj Bangalore for Sunday Brunch. Vegetarian Options were a bit limited considering the buffet price of 2499 plus taxes. However, the food was of top quality, no compromises there. After food, next best thing was the seating arrangement. One can easily splurge with 3-4 dishes at the same time and still not feel space crunch on the dining table.
