“Just checked out today so I wanted to make sure I posted a review before I forgot.
Pros: the hotels is very clean including the pool area. The staff is extremely friendly. This is defiant in my top three favorite hotels when it entails customer service. The food servers were extremely kind especially Erica. We had three young children with us and they were so helpful with them. The rooms were cleaned and stocked with towels in a promptly time when we needed more.
Now on to the cons:
There is no microwave in the room and the only one in the whole hotel was on the first floor. This was an issue when it came to having young kids. The toilet seat is awful I have never come across a square toilet seat before and I see why. Also the motion sensory bathroom like it crazy bright and annoying. There was no option to turn it off which became a huge problem with our kids staying asleep if anyone needed the bathroom. Also there was a lot of confusion with the voucher for breakfast.
I would stay here again for the price and customer service. However not sure if I would anytime soon with a baby due to the bathroom light and lack of microwave.”

“Hotel is clean. But one experience with staff at breakfast ruined the experience. As a lifetime platinum elite member, I received a $20 per day voucher for breakfast or market items. I don’t eat breakfast but my husband does which was $10 some days and $12 some days. They took the entire $20 voucher for his breakfast every day. Then one day he got an expresso which was $4 which I mentioned should be covered in the $20 voucher. James the breakfast staff at property began lecturing me that breakfast was $10 per person (but I wasn’t eating) and that they couldn’t do that (but they could keep the entire $20 voucher all week for one person’s breakfast). Couple of days breakfast was $12. No explanation as to why the varying prices. None of this was explained when we checked in. Seems to me a way to rip off guests. Discussed with front desk who did nothing about it. Nothing done by hotel management. We paid the extra for breakfast and coffee which in my opinion should have been covered by the voucher funds I did not use. Or at least the portion not used returned so we could use in their market.
Didn’t feel like guest services was a priority. I travel a lot (hence my lifetime platinum elite status) and the property’s handling of the situation was the worst I’ve seen.”
