$200 hold for incidentals - UNHEARD OF!!! No wood or cabinetry in my room under sink and around dishwasher. This is a disgrace to housekeeping and maintenance for a room to be like this. Absolute dangerous situation and made my stay with my family and toddler a nightmare. Check the lotion and shampoo bottles - mine were not replaced and used by last guest. Check your dishes before you use them. My plate fork and cup were obviously not cleaned. Poor management (which is obvious) Poor Housekeeping Poor Maintenance Hilton needs a complete review of this place.

The room was accommodating with comfortable bed, plenty of room for luggage, and the contents of the luggage. While we didn't need them we discovered 2 days into the trip that the microwave didn't heat and the TV in the bedroom didn't show video, AND the windows had been jimmied so they let in traffic noise. We weren't worried about security because we were on the top floor, but clearly the windows had been forced open at some point but we're not repaired closed all the way, and we used the TV once in the den which worked fine. The dishwahser, coffee make, and stove all worked well. We reported the items at the end of our stay since we didn't need them, and they fell over themselves about the inconvenience.

The staff was great and courteous. The breakfast and complimentary dinner was delicious. The room could use some repairs and updating.Somethi g should be done about the homeless people out front of the hotel.When I opened the curtains to see what view I had it was homeless people! One morning at breakfast a woman walked in grabbed a plate of food then ran out the front door.Staff chased her but not sure if they caught her or not.Never felt safe walking my dog.Not sure if I would stay here again!!

The stove did not work at all. This was the only reason why we selected this hotel. The furniture was broken. The tv could not connect with our streaming device. The room didn’t have dish soap. There were dirty blankets and sheets shoved into the entryway closet. They were clearly used and tossed on the floor of the closet. There were long, curly, black hairs embedded into the washcloth in the bathroom. Dirty dishes were put back into the cabinet by previous guests. The gap around the door lit up the room at night (kinda a positive with kids afraid of the dark, a total negative because then they were terrified of the monsters outside) The most drug addict homeless I’ve ever seen in my life living just outside of the property. The positives: The breakfast was hot. Incredible service staff that came to bring towels and in the kitchen. Didn’t interact much with front desk but they were friendly at check in and out. There were plenty of plugs to charge devices. The freezer was really cold.

Good place to spend the night but would not recommended for extended stays. Pros - friendly staff, very attentive and responsive. At one point the dishwasher and pipes were leaking in the kitchen and staff addressed the issue asap. Cons- The quality of the rooms is not what I expect from the Homewood Suites brand. Can’t tell if this building was recently purchased by Hilton, but the units need a lot of retouching/remodeling. The burners are old and indicator labels worn off, sink faucet leaked, random stains on walls and bathtub had visible stains and cracks. The location is a bit far from downtown Phoenix and in an area that’s not particularly walkable and frequented by homeless/transient people in the evenings. Bed was comfy and staff was great, but would not recommend for extended stay travelers.

Lo que solía ser un buen hotel se ha vuelto deteriorado y muy sucio. El baño de mi habitación no había sido limpiado desde que la persona anterior se había quedado allí. Los platos en el gabinete estaban sucios y la comida todavía estaba en un tenedor que supuestamente estaba limpio. Las alfombras del pasillo están sucias y gastadas, y las paredes también están en mal estado. El vecindario es un poco peligroso, hay muchas personas sin hogar en el área y deambulan por el estacionamiento.

O que costumava ser um bom hotel tornou-se degradado e muito sujo. O banheiro do meu quarto não tinha sido limpo desde que a pessoa anterior tinha ficado lá. Os pratos no armário estavam sujos e a comida ainda estava em um garfo que estava supostamente limpo. Os tapetes do corredor estão sujos e desgastados, e as paredes também estão em mau estado. O bairro é meio tosco, muitos sem-teto na área, e vagando pelo estacionamento.

STAY AWAY! I can’t believe this place is still using the Hilton name, it seems that Hilton has no quality control. We are extremely disappointed at our 7-day stay at this location. It is not worth the price, nor the ratings it has right now. I wouldn’t stay for there even if it was free. The hallways are filthy! Not dirty, but filthy. You can see the photos of the hallway carpet I took, it’s stained, worn out, and has a strong smell. In the rooms, you can see the dust accumulated on the walls and furniture. Their AC air smells like dust as well, and the toilet and bathtub are stained from age. The first floor elevators and hallways have a strong marijuana smell at all times of day. During COVID, housekeeping services are very limited and must be requested in advance. No housekeeping services are available over the weekend. Even simple items, like additional towels, must be requested one day in advance. If this is important to you, you should know that at no time did we see any employees or other guests wearing masks, though there is a sign on the front door and at the main desk informing guests of a requirement to do so.

What used to be a nice hotel has become run down, and very dirty. The bathroom in my room had not been cleaned since the previous person had stayed there. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and food was still on one fork that was supposedly clean.The carpets in the hallway are dirty and worn out, and the walls are in rough shape as well.The neighborhood is kind of rough,lots of homeless in the area, and wandering through the parking lot.

O quarto deveria ser limpo todas as terças-feiras, ficamos por 9 semanas e apenas 2 dias o quarto foi limpo. O tapete do chão fora dos quartos são extremamente sujos. A equipe foi maravilhosa. Os quartos são adequados e muito funcionais.

Where do I start. When I arrived, there were signs on every exterior door that masks are required, but the clerk at the check-in desk didn't even have one on. Further, at no time did I see the person working at the front desk wearing a mask. Phone in room didn't work. light over stove didn't work. Called the front desk and they told me maintenance would come and fix both. No one ever showed up to fix either. I also asked for 2 more towels and was told they would be delivered. Never got those either. Carpets in the hallways looked like some kid of dirt/stain test to see how long they could go without being cleaned. Breakfast was a dissapointment. Please close and renovate this location.

Room was supposed to be cleaned every Tuesday, we stayed for 9 weeks and only 2 days the room was cleaned. The floor carpet outside the rooms are extremely dirty. The staff was wonderful. Rooms are adequate and very functional.

Nice confortável para um hotel antigo, mas precisa haver algumas alterações. Eu recomendaria trazer seus próprios travesseiros com você, pois os hotéis ficam planos assim que você se deita. Além disso, a pressão da água nos andares superiores precisa de atenção. Basicamente, não há pressão e a lavagem pode ser um pouco complicada com alguém com cabelos longos ou grossos. Agradable y cómodo para un hotel antiguo, pero es necesario realizar algunos cambios. Recomendaría traer sus propias almohadas, ya que los hoteles se desinflan tan pronto como se acuesta. Además, la presión del agua en los pisos superiores necesita atención. Básicamente, no hay presión y el lavado puede ser un poco complicado con alguien con cabello largo o grueso. Y como no hay presión, termina chocando con la barra de tracción de ADA porque tiene que estar muy cerca

Nice comfortable for a older hotel but there needs to be some changes made. I would recommend bringing your own pillows with you as the hotels go flat as soon as you lay down. Also, the water pressure on the upper floors needs attention. Basically there is no pressure and washing can be kind of tricky with someone with either long or thick hair. And since there is no pressure you end up running into the ADA pull bar because you have to be so close

1. Os agentes da recepção precisam melhorar a forma como se comunicam. Fiquei 13 dias aqui. Disseram-me que o serviço de limpeza era feito uma vez por semana. Eu perguntei 3 vezes em que dia o serviço de limpeza viria para limpar meu quarto e cada vez havia uma desculpa diferente do motivo pelo qual eles não apareceram. Quando eles finalmente apareceram, disseram-me que eles não tinham permissão para entrar no quarto até que eu fizesse o check-out. Eles só estavam lá para me dar toalhas e lençóis para que eu mesma pudesse cuidar da limpeza. As duas senhoras foram muito educadas e profissionais e estavam apenas seguindo as orientações. Quando liguei lá embaixo, a mesma moça que me contou sobre arrumação mudou sua história e disse que só arrumavam porque não queriam colocar os funcionários em risco por cobiça. Eu disse a ela que as duas senhoras não estavam usando máscaras ou luvas e iriam limpar os quartos após o check-out, então como a empresa estava protegendo-as? Tudo o que ela fez foi discutir. Pedi que o gerente retornasse minha ligação após a reunião e nunca mais tive notícias dela. Não deve se preocupar o suficiente com os clientes que ficam por 2 semanas. Isso soa mais como se eles quisessem cortar custos às custas dos clientes. 2. O freezer nunca funcionou, a mesma garota me disse quando eu informei que o freezer da recepção não funcionava que a manutenção iria consertá-lo no dia seguinte ... ainda estou esperando e vou fazer o check-out amanhã. A mesma garota discutiu comigo sobre isso também. Muito mau serviço de recepção. Não vou ficar aqui novamente por causa disso. 3. Muito barulhento. O quarto dá para a rodovia e você ouve carros, motocicletas e caminhões a noite toda. 4. A equipe de arrumação e esperar foram muito simpáticos e educados. É uma pena que eles não estavam na recepção.

Não o que eu esperava de qualidade Hilton, a única coisa boa que posso dizer é que suas camas eram de qualidade Hilton. O lobby era bom, a equipe de café-da-manhã nos dias úteis foram excelentes.Além disso, os quartos estavam gastos e velhos me lembravam de como são os motéis no cinema. O papel higiênico acabou de alguma forma ... a limpeza só é feita uma vez depois de você ficar 7 dias, e apenas 1 limpeza a cada 7 dias. A recepção parecia insuficiente e a equipe não era das mais amigáveis, embora eles não fizessem nada para fornecer um serviço ruim. Definitivamente não é o que eu esperava de um hotel Hilton, outros hotéis de qualidade inferior proporcionaram estadias de melhor qualidade.

Not what I expected from Hilton quality, the only good thing I can say is their beds were Hilton quality. The lobby was nice, weekday breakfast staff were great.Besides that, rooms were worn out and old reminded me of what motels in movies look like. They ran out of toilet paper somehow... cleaning is only done once after you have stayed 7 days, and only 1 cleaning every 7 days. The front desk seemed understaffed and the staff was not the friendliest, although they didn't do anything to provide bad service. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton hotel, other lower-quality hotels have provided better quality stays.

1.Front desk agents need to improve how they communicate.I was here for 13 days.I was told that housekeeping came in once a week.I asked 3 times what day housekeeping would be coming to clean my room and each time there was a different excuse as to why they did not show up.When they finally showed up, I was told they were not allowed to enter room until after I checked out.All they were there for was to give me towels and sheets so I could take care of the housekeeping myself.The two ladies were very polite and professional and were only following direction.When I called downstairs, the same girl that told me about housekeeping changed her story and said they only did tidying because they did not want to put the employees at risk due to covid.I told her the two ladies were not wearing masks or gloves and were entering rooms to clean after check out so how was the company protecting them? All she did was argue. I asked that the manager return my call after her meeting and never heard from her.Must not care enough about customers that stay for 2 weeks.This sounds more like they want to cut costs at the customers expense. 2.Freezer never worked, same girl told me when I informed front desk freezer didn't work that maintenance would fix it the next day....still waiting and I'm checking out tomorrow.The same girl argued with me about that as well.Very poor front desk service.I will not stay here again because of this. 3. Very noisy.Room looks out to freeway and you hear cars, motorcycles and trucks all night long. 4.The housekeeping and wait staff were very friendly and polite.It's a shame they were not at the front desk.

Este Homewood Suites estava limpo e bem higienizado. O café da manhã de cortesia era bom. Existem alguns problemas que podem ser facilmente corrigidos. 1. Nem a banheira nem o ralo da pia do banheiro permitiam que a água escoasse. No final do meu banho, eu estava com água na altura do tornozelo. 2. Eu queria desligar o sistema de aquecimento / resfriamento, mas os controles não queriam "desligar". 3. Os controladores de TV não funcionaram corretamente.

This Homewood Suites was clean and well sanitized. The complimentary breakfast was good. There were a few issues which can be easily fixed. 1. Neither the bath nor the bathroom sink drain allowed the water to drain. At the end of my shower, I was standing in ankle deep water. 2. I wanted to turn off the heating/cooling system, but the controls would not go to "off". 3. The TV controllers did not function properly.

Staff is awesome!! Friendly and helpful! Breakfast is great.. good variety. Even social hour was a pleasant surprise M-Th 5-7p.. a couple drinks and munchies bordering on a dinner on a couple nights!! That's for the hospitality!!

Muy tranquilo y buena atención

La opción de suite con cocineta es muy conveniente, la habitación está sanitizada y sellada al ingresar, además, tienen la política de hacer limpieza solo si lo solicitas, así se mantiene el espacio sin intervención de otras personas. El desayuno es muy limitado debido a la pandemia, pero sirve. El hotel es bastante práctico para un viaje con familia. El único detalle fue que no respetaron la tarifa que Booking indicaba, y cobraron 70 dlls. extras que no pudieron en el front desk explicar el motivo. De cualquier forma le doy 4 estrellas.
