The hotel is directly linked to the Les Thermes Marins de Cannes Spa and beauty treatments programmes and daily rates are available. “On arrival the concierge was extremely rude and patronising, the hotel it’s self is dated tired and unclean. Facilities is very basic. The spa area looks like it’s closed down and derelict, and the smell that comes into the hotel of raw sewage is disgusting. The whole hotel is damp and paint peeling from the walls and ceilings which also has a smell . The whole experience has been awful , the men at the front of the hotel need to learn customer service and stop using bully techniques and threatening behaviour . Completely unprofessional and disgusting.”
