“I did my mandatory 5 night quarantine here after traveling back to Chile. Rooms are big, windows are the same size as the room and bathroom is super comfortable. I’ve stayed in other quarantine hotels and this was a much better experience, especially if you need to get work done. The only minor thing to improve was food. Presentation was beautiful, but quantity and variety was scarce, particularly true for the vegetarian options. Staff here is amazing as well. Everyone was super helpful.”

“Awful service!!! The worst service in a 5 star hotel. I'm doing my quarantine here, I can't leave the room. I asked for coffee refills this morning at 11:30 am, it's 3:00 pm and I still don't get the refills. I already called 4 times to the front desk. It was the same with the lunch the first day when I arrived... It's a mess, the don't answer the front desk phone, the room service has been late always... Worst service EVER!!!”
