“Absolutely do not stay here. Our room had baby roaches crawling on the baseboards on every wall, and on a desk near the refrigerator. Told the manager about it and they moved us to another room. New room was worse then previous room. Asked if they could put us up at another hotel (they said they were out of rooms at this point), they refused. Gave us a refund (in 3-7 business days) and released us at 9pm with no ride and nowhere to stay. We asked if the shuttle could take us to a new hotel and the manager refused, leaving us to walk 20 minutes with our child. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Rooms were unclean, dated, and the entire hotel had a horrible odor. Avoid at all costs!”

“My room was clean except for the coffee maker. The top compartment for water had a brown film that looked as tho someone attempted to clean at some point. The room was spacious with a nice table to sit and work from or eat. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all expected amenities. They have well stocked store/gift shop. We had a pleasant check in and experience until morning. At 7:55am house keeping came and knocked on our door and attempted to come in our room and woke us up. Unfortunately I was now awake and frustrated. When I contacted the front desk to let them know thinking that they made a mistake I learned this is normal. I was taken by surprise that this could possibly be their policy. So I asked Jessica, the front desk manager which by the way was very rude, is this your policy? She said yes this is common because people check out early often. What? Housekeeping walks around before or at 8 am waking everyone on checkout day without any knowledge of who has checked out and who has not. The answer given was YES. I’m not so much frustrated with housekeeping as the front desk manager and the way she handled the circumstances. When I requested to speak to a manager she said she is the manager on duty. Unfortunately she has no customer service skills. A simple I’m sorry ma’am I’ll look into that would have been sufficient. Instead I was met with rude defensiveness and an answer that this is how we do it here. One out of five star experience”
