Perto do aeroporto! O hotel tem boa localização para quem quer ficar perto do aeroporto, o café da manhã é muito caro, durante a semana é la carte e nos finais de semana é buffet. O buffet é muito bom e vale a pena, mas não recomendo comprar o café da manhã junto com a reserva. O estacionamento não está incluso na diária.

Very friendly staff. I had a sanitary issue with my original room and the staff was very quick to switch me to another room when I let them know. They were very understanding and apologetic and provided prompt, friendly and accommodating service.

The hotel is in a very good location and has a very good structure. I would like to leave some comments. During my stay I couldn't get my room cleaned. Room maid service was not good. When they cleaned, they did not replace items such as coffee, soaps and shampoo. Another thing is with regard to parking. I asked at check in if I was charged and I was told no and at my check out I was charged a fee of more than 20 dollars per day.

As a 4 star hotel loads things can be improved like limited restaurant service. No housekeeping service, reason given was covid but with precautions more service could be done. Heating in room was not working it was a-bit coldat night time. I would rate this hotel as 2/3 star hotel.

Darrell made my 1st time staying at the Pullman amazing. He greeted me and was extremely helpful and kind during my stay. He is extremely kind and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend checking in with him and because of how nicely he treated me, I would definitely stay at the Pullman hotel again!

This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. Stay anywhere else. There was a dirty sock in one bed and loose hair all over the other bed. The customer service is awful and the staff is beyond rude. Food is overpriced and low quality. Especially during the pandemic...STAY AWAY. They are not clean.

The location was great. Very close to airport and just 20 minutes from south beach. Free airport shuttle included. The breakfast was decent. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and professional. I would stay again

I like this place. 4 stars from me because the air conditioner in our room was not blowing hot, we were a little cold. And it could be better in terms of cleanliness. I don't think it was very clean. Perfect location.

Se nota la antigüedad del hotel en las alfombras, los enchufes los baños.espejos. Les falta una mantencion ya que si no van a invertir por lo menos mantengan. El aseo ( en tiempos de Covid) no es de lo mejor. Deben ponerse las pilas con eso es fundamental.

When I arrived to Miami, I went to Pullman Airport hotel to Check-in and upon swiping my card, the system went down. The front desk said they had to contact IT to get the system back up and made us wait at bar with 2 complimentary drinks. We waited for about 20 minutes and the Hotel ended up having me swipe my card again and charged an additional unknown $244 charge to my account without authorization at check-in in addition to the $150 holding security fee which does not include the $950 amount we paid to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. Called the front desk to discuss the extra charge, kept being put on hold and eventually was told the fees will be put back on my account after 3 days without explanation as to what the additional charges were for. I went down to the front desk to speak to a manger in- person, the manager was on the phone with IT trying to resolve another system breakdown and I was told by front desk help the manager would not be able to speak to me and would have to email or call me back. I called my bank to dispute the charges, all they needed was an access code from the transaction to get it removed the same day, the manager was still not able to assist because the system was down. I am still waiting to get this issue resolved. The pool is 24 hours, last night my boyfriend and I went to swim at 11:00 on after all the havoc to relax a bit from a stressful check-in and discovered 6 or 7 stray cats hanging out by the pool. I am allergic to cats and could not swim with them around sitting on chairs and walking around the borders of the pool. I went to front desk for help, the front desk said someone will come to assist, waited 15 minutes and no one came. We ended up going back to our room without swimming because of the cat hotel happening by the pool last night. I will never recommend anyone to stay here 😡.

The hotel is beautiful, great city views and the location is great, right off the highway. I really enjoyed my stay but it wasn’t perfect. The cons: -The water pressure in the shower was terrible, I felt like I had to stand there forever just to get all of the shampoo off my hair. -No electrical outlets near the bed.

The floor I was on the ice machine didn't work so you have to travel downstairs to the next floor to the ice machine and to the microwave. Ice machine was filthy hadn't been clean since April so ice was only good for sticking stuff into keep cold you could not use it to drink or eat with.Other than that for the most part the hotel was fine the staff was great and it's weird they don't have a gift shop.

Good value for an airport hotel and overnight stay. Staff were pleasant. Food and bev was good. Rooms needed a little face-lift but comfortable. Shuttle service is 👍🏾

We found this hotel to be beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, they had a bar and a restaurant. The pool was fantastic and had a nice waterfall in it. Only thing I could say is that the bar was definitely priced to match a higher end hotel. The cocktails were good though, and the entire staff was friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Money needs to be into the rooms. $21.99 a day for parking like really parking should be free. Stayed 5 days no one came to clean the room, ik is covid but come on.

The amount of money I paid was not worth it. The view was decent.There is no house keeping or room service due to covid., so we had trash that built up and had to take it to a near by trash can when we leave the room. The ice machine on our floor did not work . We needed to get our own towels. Why do I need to pay for parking $15 dollars a day?, and I was charged 50a day temporary for ANY damages.What high price hotel doesnt have a mini fridge in the room ?There is no known place for a microwave. If we had food it was cold and the drink is warm. Smfh.On the other hand , the drinks at the bar were strong!!.The esthetic of the hotel is really classy when entering so it makes you feel like luxury,until you get to the room. The stay was okay but definitely not worth the hype . Another plus is the Keurig, if you have a lot of people with you; the rooms have connecting doors . Doubt I'd come back.

Bello hotel. No me gustó que solo un transporte tiene y se llena y el tiempo de espera para ser recogido en el aeropuerto se alarga. Si tuvieran dos transportes eso sería más fluido.

Ruidos molestos a cualquier hora. Ninguna ayuda en recepcion por la situacion. Imposible descansar. Javier persona que atiende en recepción es inoperante, te deja esperando y no da reales soluciones. No recomiendo el hotel, mala disposicion para todo.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable enough accommodations. Overall very happy with our stay. We were 5 girls in 1 room but were able to all function well enough around each other in the room for the 3 nights we stayed. The hotel was located right off the 95 making it easy to get around everywhere we needed to. The hotel itself was clean, offering beautiful views of the city. The pool was the main reason we booked this hotel apart from its location, it was as beautiful as the pictures online. We were able to enjoy a few hours 1 day, but it being open 24hrs gave us access to using it at night as well, which was a really nice way to end our days.

No hot water- Luke warm at best. No shower wand. I am a pretty simple person - it doesn't take much to please me. I was on business and I checked into the hotel late between 1130 and midnight. The only thing I had to look forward to was a hot shower a good night's sleep. Without hot water I simply don't feel clean and that makes it difficult for me to sleep. I wake up the following morning and from Miami I have to go to Atlanta Georgia with a couple of stops along the way so I will be checking into a hotel as well late. Without getting sound sleep I'm in for another rough day. I guess it's just me when I think of a 3 star hotel or better, I believe there are certain amenities that should just come with the room- Hot water and a shower wand are basic. When you get into 3.5 star hotels all amenities and creature comforts should be included. Without nickel and diming for every tiny little thing - it should definitely have more than what I have at home not less. When you go above a 3.5 hotel it should definitely have everything it's just classier and more elegant and you're paying for that high class lifestyle. Although the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly it did not meet the basics and so I give it a low rating.

Room smelled a bit funky, Idk why…Some furniture doors were hard to open and close. Recommend updating the room. Not enough towels in the room. Should at least offer free parking since there’s no where to really park. or at least free breakfast for the price. But overall good experience. Friendly staff. Would comeback and give Pullman another chance. Hope they make changes by then.

Pésima atención de personal. Son rabiosos y te miram con odio cuando pides o necesitas algo. Tienen mala voluntad y el hotel es un asco de sucio. El aseo es por encima de donde se ve y con suerte eso. Siempre hay pelos en todas partes y las duchas tienen problemas. Está lejos de todo.

Currently here..and things are lovely. Friendly night staff. Pullman has a pulchritudinous, clean and serene atmosphere. I recommend for all. Don't let one or two bad review deter you. Be peacefully vocal and attendants are dedicated to assist accordingly. I just might want to extend my stay. To be continued.... Shout out to the Manager W****. Bless you!!

Hotel sujo. Fiquei no quarto final 1... que fica em frente à pista de pouso do aeroporto. Muito barulho! Fora o cheiro horrível de mofo. Cabelos pelo chão. Pia sanitária imunda. Água amarela das torneiras. O que salva é a piscina. Mto boa.

Um dos melhores da região. Ótima comida quarto grande e com vista maravilhosa para o lago e o aeroporto. Localização perfeita, com farmácias, supermercados, lojas de departamentos e restaurantes. A 10 minutos do aeroporto e com transporte até o mesmo.
