Este Hotel deixa muito a desejar, quando cheguei, cansada com malas, fui informada que o elevador havia quebrado, numa sexta feira e somente seria consertado na quarta feira....lamentável. Limpeza péssima, os quartos nunca viram um aspirador de pó, as arrumadeiras somente estendiam as camas e retiravam os lixos das lixeiras, passavam um paninho no banheiro.Nota zero para limpeza. Café da manhã razoável, somente duas horas para café, não havia lugar para o numero de hospedes. Não indico este hotel.

Hotel simples perto do aeroporto. - como fica proximo do aeroporto alguns quartos vão escutar o barulhodos aviões,não chega ser muito alto, o barulho fica entre as 7-22h.Porém no nosso quarto o ar condicionado parecia não funcionar direito,ai simas vezes parecia que tinha um avião dentro so quarto. O café da manhã era simples mais o suficiente para começaro dia.Um diferencial que em alguns dias parava um foodtruck no estacionamento, que tinha boas opções de hamburguers. Na recepção posui uma pequena lojinha , com algumas comidas, bebidas, remédios e outros itens de emergência.A estrutura parece ser antiga, poderia ser reformada e pintada. No nosso quarto aparentava rachaduras,e alguna pisos possuiam muitas manchas.Em geral pelo preço o hotel cumpri o que vende.Hotel fica há 25min de carro da praia(miami beach)E aos redores possuem bons restaurantes e um walmart gigante, vale a visita.

Estou vivenciando um grande problema com este hotel.Ainda não resolvido. Simplesmente eles não estornaram o valor da caução (aquela do cartão de crédito que fazemos no check in) e fui surpreendida na minha fatura de cartão de crédito com uma cobrança de mais de R$ 700,00. No dia do check out (10/06/18), meu cartão enviou a mensagem SMS de uma compra feita no hotel. Surpresa, mesmo porque não tinha digitado qualquer senha na ocasião, fui até a recepção e questionei do que se tratava. A pessoa informou que era "a garantia", mas que em 24 horas seria estornada. Solicitei comprovante e a pessoa disse não ser possível. Já passei email para o hotel e para a empresa intermediária. No mais, o hotel só pra dormir atende bem. A limpeza não é boa. Tem várias opções de restaurantes na redondeza.

Equipe de funcionários 100% que procura atender o melhor possível. O traslado gratuito do aeroporto nos atendeu muito bem.... inclusive em dias que não íamos pegar voo, pudemos utilizá-lo. O tamanho do quarto é bom, mas o ar condicionado era barulhento e exalava um odor. O cartão do nosso quarto por vezes parava de abrir a porta e precisava recodificar novamente. Nosso quarto estava um pouco longe da recepção e creio que por isso a internet não funcionou bem. O café é sob medida para os padrões americanos Tem estacionamento, lavanderia, academia e piscina. Pelo valor pago, vale a pena.

Apesar das inúmeras avaliações negativas que li do lugar, gostaria de ressaltar que minha experiência foi satisfatória. Estou acostumado à hotéis superiores, mas não cabe aqui a comparação. Para o que esse hotel se propõe, ele atende bem. Meu quarto não tinha carpete, o que para mim é uma vantagem. Quanto a limpeza, nos 6 dias que estive, não tenho o que reclamar. A cama é boa e o chuveiro também. No quarto tinha frigobar e microondas, estacionamento gratuito e staff do hotel muito simpático. Menção também para o café, que para os padrões americano está bom. Não usei nada além do quarto. Então não posso falar das outras instalações, mas para dormir e passar a noite me atendeu muito bem, ficaria novamente sem problemas.

As camas são confortáveis, colchões, travesseiros e edredons macios, brancos e limpos. Peçam nos banheiros, sem manutenção os chuveiros não funcionam.... café da manhã é bom...dois tipos de fruta, café de máquina, leite embalado em copinhos, como a manteiga, geleia, ....

Hotel mal administrado. Pessoal sem qualquer motivação para atender bem os hóspedes. Até mesmo para orientar o turista há má vontade. Quartos sem qualquer ventilação. Não há janelas. Ar condicionado bate direto nas camas, impossibilitando que se durma com ele ligado. Limpeza precária. Não há elevador.Café da manhã insuficiente e nada saboroso.

Worst experience service-wise I've had so far this year. I was traveling for a family emergency and was already stressed and tired, and this place just made it worse. The front desk was VERY hateful and actively tried to cause me difficulty. I'm a platinum member of choice hotels but will be staying with other chains as much as possible after this experience. The room was of VERY poor quality. There was no breakfast. The TV didn't work at all. They attempted to steal a $100 cash deposit that they insisted on upon checkout even though that wasn't stated on the hotel policies online. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK EVEN TRIED ASKING FOR $200 IN CASH AS AN ATTEMPT TO ROB ME.. Waited an hour in line to get checked in and was cursed at by hotel staff as a result of simply waiting. If choice hotels respects their loyal customers they should return my payment for the night I paid for. They made a tough trip even worse and I can not say enough how much you SHOULD NOT STAY HERE.

El peor hotel del area. Mal olor, humedad, suciedad en la habitación. Los colchones horribles, no dormí e 4 días! Pedi que no quería servicio y aun así entraron y me dejaron sin sabanas, almohadas y toallas. Cuando llame para reportarlo y pedir ayuda, tuve que salir sin condiciones porque no contestaban el teléfono y me dijeron que había una sola persona atendiendo todo el hotel. INCREIBLE! No malgasten su dinero tratando de ahorrar. Lo barato siempre sale muy caro.

En sentido general las condiciones sobre lo medio tirando a bajo, los pisos con manchas denotando falta de limpieza, las toallas duras que raspan la piel no se habia usado suavizador en ellas a la hora de lavarlas, lo unico a destacar el desayuno con variadas ofertas y de calidad....

Es económico. Pero en algunas ocasiones se tiende a alojar gente con malos comportamientos. (Alcoholica o con desorden público ); el desayuno es básico pero por el precio está bien

I guess it's my fault for disliking this location. I assumed this was the same asquality suites but turned out to be a motel like room. Should of known by the name Quality Inn not Quality Suites lol.I will say the staff were nice and the room was clean ill give them that.

No hot water for showers. Tested with my thermometer at 34 degrees Celsius, not even good enough for a hot shower. Staff very friendly and tries to sort it out. Was told leave ot running for 8minutes it gets hot. 15 min later nothing. Told its because your so far from the boiler. Also told its an old hotel so what to expect.... still at this price point I would expect hot water at least. Other than that, really wanted to like the place. Staff nice, pool great, washer dryer on the 3rd floor along with a very small fitness room, just enough for a workout if you get creative. Lobby I liked and the included breakfast was not bad. Wouldn't stay there again due to hot water issues and no chance of refund after the first night. Good for a nights stay if you need close to airport.

Buen servicio, si pides aseo en la habitación te lo hacen.Y el desayuno es lo mejor, mantienen muchas opciones para cualquier gusto. Muy buena atención del personal de servicio.

Tiene un desayuno regular, mejor que otros que he visitado homologos a este. Esta en una muy buena zona. Es limpio y se ve muy delicado, me ha encantado que tengan una mini Tienda de conveniencia, pues puedes comida a cualquier hora y una u otra cosa q se ye haya pasado traer como el bloqueador solar. La habitación que me toca, una habitación económica era mas fría de lo normal para mi gusto, sin importar que el aire tenga el día apagado. Me pareció un poco caro para ser dos estrellas, quiero pensar que por la época. Por lo demás, lo recomiendo.

The girl at the front counter that checked us in on Sunday 04/10/22 around 1am was so nice and friendly. She was very helpful with any questions or concerns about the wheelchair accessibility. The room was nice however very over priced for the room that was given but I’m sure it’s due to location within distance to airport. Shuttle couldn’t be of use to us because there were too many passengers and the wheelchair we had. Had to Uber and taxi to and from. The morning we left Sunday 04/10/22 around 7AM the two buffet workers were VERY RUDE. I got up to get my mother a cup of juice only and as I reached for the cup I was yelled at as if I was a child by both workers grabbing the sign telling me because of covid I could not and the buffet was not open yet. However it was the approach and being told LISTEN TO ME by them yelling was so unnecessary and very rude. They practically made a scene with other guests in the room. It was very rude of them and they should not work with the public if they do not know how to communicate effectively. They made my stay end bad as I left hotel. I hope they are talked to about their poor customer service before they lose you additional future customers. However kudos again to the girl at the front counter.

I enjoyed my rest. The inhouse shop had old product in the freezer section that seems to have thawed and refrozen. The front desk didn't communicate information between shifts either. And my biggest complaint is that the room I was in had very large ants in it. Other wise the staff was friendly and helpful. But ill staff should not have been manning the counter.

Not too bad of a hotel, but we got stuck by a canceled flight, had to hole up for a couple of nights in the midst of spring break. Prices were through the roof, over double the usual and we ended up in a double bed for over $250/night. Breakfast was reasonably good and the servers were great. Worst part was we were under the flight path of the airport. Would not recommend the hotel because of that.

Pagamos 200$ por una noche y honestamente me sentí estafada. No buscamos otro hotel porque era tarde y estaba con mi bebé y mi hija. Las fotos de la presentación se ven mucho mejor! Pero en realidad no es nada de lo que aparentan las fotos además el piso de la habitación estaba sucio, la almohadas parecían bloques “nada cómodas” y el desayuno que viene incluido fue de muy baja calidad. Por 200 $ se puede conseguir habitaciones mejores que está.

Maria the checkin girl was great I had a situation and she was on it. She handle it very well .The manger William was also on top of the situation. The hotel its self was comfy and I enjoyed my stay.

I’m leaving this place now hoping i will never have to come back. Rooms look clean but very old, the paint from the ceiling, walls and doors is crumbling. Air from the AC has a strong scent of mold (with turned off AC the smell is not too bad). The toilet was broken. The elevator doesn’t work as well so i had to stay in that horrible room on the first floor. The people at reception could be more friendly and helpful, at least they are not rude.. The shuttle takes forever. I’ve stayed in the same hotel last August and it was okay.

I'm sorry I did not get names..... There was a gentleman and young woman (she has short shoulder length hair) they were Soo pleasant always smiling and we're so helpful. There was another woman that has long hair she was so disrespectful, any question she answered was with an attitude, rolling her eyes sarcastic hand motions. They cherry on the cake though was 1 hour after she assured us we would have a room the room is ready. SHE SNAPPED HER FINGERS AT ME TO GET MY ATTENTION.... not excuse me miss your rooms are ready she snapped her fingers.

Hardly anyone speaks fluent English, the airport is literally next door so there's jets zooming by all day, but everything else is pretty nice. Nice little pool area, tiny little gym, and a washer and dryer however i tried to get some soap for it but they ran out which cheesed me off. Oh, and their breakfast was pretty good, not the best but still pretty good.

The hotel is located close to the airport and is therefore a good spot for just a few days. The airport shuttle took forever to arrive at the airport even though it's only a 7 minute drive. We had to call multiple times to the hotel before the shuttle finally appeared. Check-in was quick and the rooms are large and mostly clean. This hotel does serve breakfast but beware there is a large number of people attending the breakfast. The shuttle also brought us back to the airport and took a small detour to drop us off with the car rental center.
