“Masaje de 5 estrellas, pero los vestuarios y la zona de recepción son un poco pequeños y no están a la altura del nombre del hotel. Llegué con otras dos personas y nos turnamos para cambiarnos porque en realidad éramos uno encima del otro. Lo mismo ocurre cuando llegué a la recepción. No hay crema hidratante en el vestuario y solo había un teléfono. Acostumbrado a spas de este nivel en Milán, hubiera esperado más. Personal muy amable y servicial.”
