Melhor hotel pelo preço da região. Vou ficar aqui todas as viagens à cidade de Jersey. A equipe foi amigável, quartos excepcionalmente limpos, modernos, com estacionamento para manter o veículo fora da rua. Obrigado a todos os funcionários deste local por cuidarem de proporcionar uma ótima experiência no hotel.

Best hotel for the price in the area. I will stay here every trip to Jersey city. Staff was friendly, rooms exceptionally clean, modern looking with parking to keep the vehicle off the street. Thank you to all the staff at this location for taking care to provide a great hotel experience.

I was in the process of booking a room for New Years. I called the hotel on 12/12/2021 at approximately 1:30 am and spoke to a woman who told me that her name was “Louisiana”. I asked her a question about the amenities that were listed on the website and she told me that she didn’t understand my question and hung up on me. This told me a lot about what to expect if I continued my New Years reservation. I’m glad that I called prior to finalizing my booking. I reserved with another hotel with much better customer service.

El sector es muy agradable con un supermercado target al lado, el desayuno muy pobre y todos los días es el mismo menú para perdonas que vas 2 días esta bien pero no para los que se quedan una semana por que aburre comer siempre huevo y hamburguesas con tocino

I stayed here with my husband, MIL, SIL, and our nephew for our trip to NYC to save some money, and I'm so happy we came here! The hotel is only about a 10-15 minute walk away from the PATH, so it's super easy to get to the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly whenever we needed something. Would stay here again so save some serious cash!

I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. No where on the site or in the description was anything mentioned that there was only valet parking and that there was a cost to park. Also, there is a very limited parking so if the garage is full there are no accommodations that the hotel will make for you and there are no public garages near by. The gentleman that was in charge of parking told us there was no parking spaces left in the garage even though we saw plenty of open spaces. Being in the service industry, the person that you first see when you enter a business represents the first impression that an individual has of the company. That first impression was not good. The gentleman was very rude and not helpful when we were speaking with him. Next, the room was uncomfortable. The a/c in the room was not working correctly. We put the temperature down to make the room cooler and the temperature in the room did change. Also, we woke up in the morning with our fridge leaking which caused a puddle in the middle of the room. Called front desk to explain the situation and nothing was done. Stayed in the same warm room again a second night with again the fridge leaking. Working at a hotel, I would expect for the front desk staff to be friendly but I'm not sure what was going on as the conversation and responses from the front desk was very short and they seemed like they did not want to be bothered. I will never recommend someone stay at this hotel. There are better options.

Yo nunca me volvería a quedar en este hotel el tiempo para check in es muy tardado los cuartos no los entregan a tiempo y cuando me dieron la avitasion aun tenia la basura del baño adentro , las camas son muy incomodas ,el estacionamiento es muy pequeño, lo único que me gusto fue el desayuno y la ubicación.
