Our family really loved this resort.The rooms are spacious and comfortable for two adults and two kids.Outside jacuzzi tub, indoor soaking tub, and a rain shower were all great. There was also a sliding door between the bedroom/bathroom and the living area, which made it easy if someone wanted to watch TV or hang out while someone else was sleeping.The food was EXCELLENT all around.We made reservations for both the hibachi place and the bistro (adults only), and had two great meals.We also enjoyed the seafood place (lobster was included) and the steakhouse.Drinks were very good too - the central bar downstairs from the lobby had everything you could want, with some really nice specialty cocktails.Our 4 y.o. daughter really enjoyed the kids club, and didn't want to leave when we picked her up!I had fun doing water aerobics with Andrea, and the pools were generally awesome.We also got a kick out of the entertainment, which included a very impressive magic show, the "Afro Circus" with gymnastics and stunts, a Michael Jackson show, etc.There were also smaller live bands that would play beforehand - super fun!Only two nitpicky things - bring reusable straws if you want to have straws... they didn't have them at some bars/restaurants.Also, we had to call for housekeeping instead of them visiting every day.Overall had a great stay and would love to go back.

Experiência com muito transtorno NÃO RECOMENDADO Abriram o cofre do quarto e retiraram 100 dólares, reclamamos e o hotel abriu investigação, porém sem dar um retorno até a nossa saída. Muito ruim a falta de atenção com o tema segurança. Nossos amigos tiveram o mesmo problema em outros quartos e a postura do hotel foi a mesma. O hotel permite ladroes e acha comum pedir para o hóspede aguardar a investigação.Restaurante japonês com péssimo atendimento nas mesas que ficam do lado de fora.

Estamos hospedados no Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres e fomos ROUBADOS!!! Contamos todos os dias nosso dinheiro e está faltando 100 dólares que estava na nossa mala trancada! Me and my friends got robbed, in 3 different rooms! First I opened my suitcase (which was padlocked) and felt a fakta of U$150, when I went down to the restaurant, talking to my friends, they said the same thing, that about U$100 had disappeared from their apartment. We took a long time to sign papers and open an investigation, but absolutely nothing was done, our money was not returned, they just made us waste time and get nervous!Eu e meus amigos fomos roubados, em 3 diferentes quartos! Primeiro eu abri minha mala (que estava trabxada com cadeado) e senti fakta de U$ 150, quando desci ai restaurante, conversando com meus amigos, eles disseram a mesma coisa, que tinha sumido cerca de U$100 do apartamento deles. Nós perdemos um tempão, para assinar papeis e abrir uma investigação, porém absolutamente nada foi feito, nossa dinheiro nao foi devolvido, só nos fizeram perder tempo e passar nervoso!

Muy bonito el hotel y la variedad de actividades y la calidad de las habitaciones.Super rica la comida. El equipo de entretenimiento es muy divertido, agradable y atento y los shows como el de Michael Jackson o el del circo africano nos fascinaron. Un lugar bellísimo, con un personal súper atento, carismático , amable (Gerardo, Alfredo, leo, Erik, carlos y Yana) La comida de lo mejor, completisimo con opciones frías, calientes, dulces , varias opciones de Restaurantes La playa hermosa, súper tranquila , espaciosa. The entire resort is very beautiful & lots of pretty pools and beaches. The staff was all incredibly nice & helpful throughout the trip and were constantly checking to see if we needed any drinks or anything. The food at the hibachi place was very good. Angel was our server and I don’t remember the name of our cook but he was AMAZING and made all the food perfectly. The stir fry rice at the Mar House restaurant was also great! The rest of the food around the hotel wasn’t good at all. Everything was undercooked and had no seasoning/flavor. All of the meat was served pretty much raw. My boyfriend actually got food poisoning & was incredibly sick for the last two days and couldn’t even leave the room. Was a beautiful and clean resort, but would not return solely because of the food & our experience with food poisoning from it.

Majestic Elegance provided the perfect getaway for two pandemic weary parents!My wife and I stayed in a top floor unit with plunge pool. The accommodations were very comfortable with a well-stocked bar containing soda, beer and water. The restaurants on-site provided excellent variety, delicious offerings and consistently friendly and quick service.We will return to ME in the near future! To enhance your experience, book your trip after New Years and before spring break. The end of February was ideal! ☀️

The staff at the Majestic were amazing! They could not do enough to make our vacation memorable. Our butler Cristal did not miss a beat on any of our needs. She went above and beyond including a touch point with us on her day off. The food was terrific in all of the restaurants and service complimented the experience. We have been to many resorts in Mexico and the Majestic is one of the top! We look forward to returning in the fall with another couple. Thank you for making our first “post covid” trip a memorable one.

Muy rica la comida de todos los restaurantes, lástima cuando nos enteramos que al final del día la comida que sobraba se tiraba a la basura, sería mejor guardarla o donarla a gente que necesite. En cuanto al grupo de animación, es genial, fue lo mejor de nuestra estadía, disfrutamos mucho del bingo y nos encariñamos mucho con Charly (del grupo de animación) muy divertido y gracioso, hizo de nuestra estadía una mucho mejor. En general, el hotel es muy bueno. El cuarto limpio y amplio. Lo mejor fue la atención de Sayid y Betina en la playa. Muy atentos y excelente actitud. ¡EL MAR FUE LO MEJOR! ¿Que puede mejorar? La comida en room service tardó en llegar y no era buena (pedimos alitas y hamburguesa). El tequila que incluye en all inclusive no es de lo mejor, no había ni Maestro Dobel ni Don Julio 70 (es con cargo extra). Es un hotel dónde se hospedan estadounidenses, eramos las únicas mexicanas. ¡Si volvería a venir!

Just wanted to share about our incredible family vacation at your resort. Everything was fantastic, food, entertainment and all the fun you could ask for on New Year’s. It was a great experience and we appreciated all the precautions taken during a pandemic. Although all the staff were amazing, a special shout out to Jesus (Chewy). This man should be leading your service team. His ability to connect with people is a rare talent. Our butler Oscar R was also great and very attentive and responsive to everything we needed. Thank you for a very memorable family vacation. I would highly recommend this resort for families with children 18+.

We got married here. Our experience was amazing! Our family and friends also loved it including the kids. They have the best hospitality and are very attentive. OurButler Emmanueland wedding coordinator Gabriela where amazing.The food was delightful so many different options. It’s away from all the other ones which we enjoy the privacy and the beach area. We spent our honeymoon at a different resort in Cancun and actually prefer this one better.We are definitely planning of all going back.

My family and I had an excellent time here. We stayed for 6 nights over the New Year. The resort itself is new and beautiful, and the grounds are wonderful. It is not too large, so you can easily walk around to get where you need to. I had a very relaxing vacation. The food was very delicious and the drinks were perfect. One bit of criticism - The nighttime entertainment could use a bit more work. One thing that stood out was the outstanding service we received at the Kids Club, especially from Abigail (Abby). My daughter, age 6,was always greeted very warmly and taken very good care of. She was engaged, fed, and happy. She would ask me to go the Kids Club every day. Thank you very much to Abigail for the excellent care and attention. Overall, I would recommendthis hotel if you are looking for a luxury, relaxing getaway.

I just got back and here are my pros and cons:Pros: 1) beach was amazing. Not busy at all and pretty quiet. The water was beautiful and perfect. 2) location was good,not in the hotel zone, hence pretty quiet and not far from the ports. Cab rides to anywhere was about $20. 3) the shows/entertainment in the evenings were pretty nice.Cons: 1) food: if you are a food lover, this is not the place for you. I’m glad I was able to go off resort and experience some authentic Mexican establishments. 2) staff could have been friendlier. The few times we called and asked for assistance, we were greeted with attitude. We could not schedule a covid test to get back into the US. They had a long line that was about a 2-hour wait, I let the concierge know that people don’t vacation to wait in line for and this should have been handled better. 3) even though the resort is relatively new (I believe 2 years old), there are items that are clearly not kept up with. At times, I did feel like the place was dirty. However, I was pleased with the layout of the room.

The resort was fantastic.The accommodations were amazing. We brought our family for Thanksgiving and our expectations were far exceeded. The beach was absolutely gorgeous.The staff and entertainment team are top notch.It was the best we’ve ever had.Do me a favor and find Coca Cola. This place was amazingly clean with great service. I was impressed with the courtesy and attention to details. I was disappointed with the steakhouse as my steak was not cooked properly. The rooms are horrible. Lots of water damage and plaster falling from the ceiling. The room service didn’t pick up the dirty dishes for days. When we spoke with the manager, they offered us a credit for the massage we had, which I don’t believe is acceptable for a 5 start hotel. Even after speaking with the manager the food was not picked up. We could not sit on the sofa in the room due to water damage from the leaking ceiling.I will say, our butler Lois was awesome, anything that we requested, he took care of immediately.The room is horrible!

The booze was good. The service was good. Ambiance was amazing. The only thing bad about the place is the food. The whole week we were there the only meals we enjoyed were the flavors breakfast buffet and the kabuki restaurant. Even the French bistro was not very good. But the people there to take care of you really go the extra mile they do a great job. Leon was our butler he was awesome. All the bartenders and waiters are amazing. We had a swim up room and a hot tub. If you’re going to go make sure you get the hot tub it’s awesome especially when it’s 70-80 out. We had a lot of fun we just wish the food was better. Also the toilets are too high off the ground.

Here you get all the options but not necessarily the quality. My wife and I went here for our honeymoon for 7 days. And while we had a great time and enjoyed our stayed, we feel that there are some obvious things that could be improved here. One thing they did really well was assign a chef to my wife that was aware of her gluten sensitivity and were very accommodating and kind. For the most part, the staff was very nice and professional. There were only 2 instances where that wasn’t the case. The biggest thing for us was that when we first arrived, we were surprised by the room that we received compared to our booking. I have found this in the other reviews, but the info they provide online is misleading so you expect to get a nicer room than what you get. Even my confirmation didn’t include the correct details so I called right after the booking to confirm some things but not all. Otherwise we enjoyed the food but it wasn’t great. The Butler wasn’t very helpful, we never saw him after we first met him and when we texted him, he seemed reluctant to help. Overall, not sure that we would come back for the price but not sure if there are better options in Cancun based on other reviews.

A pesar de que la experiencia en el hotel es adecuada (tiene puntos buenos y malos, como en todos lados), no puedo dejar un comentario positivo dado que me contagié de rotavirus durante mi estadía, y eso terminó arruinando más de la mitad de mis vacaciones. No entiendo qué tipo de medidas higiénicas pueden tener en la cocina del hotel para que algo así pueda pasar. Es algo de lo que te contagias a través de la comida, y te obliga a estar atado a un baño por al menos 4-5 días. Más allá de eso, la limpieza en el hotel deja harto que desear… comida en el piso en nuestro día de llegada, hongos en el baño, mascarillas usadas en distintas piscinas al comenzar el día, la persona que asea la habitación tocando la puerta a primera hora el día de checkout para preguntar si nos íbamos ese día (primera vez que me pasa algo así de descortés). Las comidas no son buenas. Le dan mucha relevancia al restaurant Bistro que en realidad no tiene nada de especial. Otro punto negativo es que para los mejores restaurantes según el personal (francés y japonés), no es posible reservar incluso en el día de tu llegada al hotel, a causa de la alta demanda, lo cual es absurdo porque te priva de acceder a una de las cosas que el complejo ofrece. Cosas a rescatar es la amabilidad del personal del kids club y el desayuno, que es el mejor que he visto hasta ahora en cuanto a variedad/calidad.

Beautiful resort, well maintained and new. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beach was lovely with several activities and continuous service. The spa hydrotherapy is unique and awesome - spa staff very professional. Food is excellent, very fresh. Lots of Covid precautions, easy to stay distanced. Four stars because people in our group didn't get all the service expected or confirmed. Would visit again.

This place was awesome, the staff was very attentive, high emphasis on cleanliness! Masks were in place and hand sanitizer readily available. Food was delicious, we could not get enough of the snapper and lobster. The bar tenders were A+, even crafted specialty drinks based off of our favorite ingredients. My only suggestion is for the plunge pool rooms, please add a heater! Can't wait to return❤❤

Beautiful resort! My wife and I got married here, and I would recommend it to any couples considering it.The staff is absolutely delightful and professional in every since of the word. The wedding planner Estefania was amazing and made sure our day was perfect. Housekeeping and room service are prompt and friendly. The nightly shows are exciting. The drinks are STRONG and never stop flowing.My only negative is that the food is only alright.

Un hotel muy bonito, limpio, agradable. No solo es un hotel para adultos, sino también para los pequeños. Los restaurantes muy ricos, su langosta y la italiana Deliciosa. Hay actividades durante todo el día, los pool bar bien atendidos, sus instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones y su playa muy extensa, limpia y con camastros suficientes para escoger donde tomar el sol, no hay necesidad de reservar ya que siempre vas a encontrar uno disponible.

El hotel es bonito y tiene buenas instalaciones. No se ve masificado y tiene mucha variedad de restaurantes con comida de todos los tipos: mexicana, italiana, japonesa, francesa, rápida, etc. Está todo limpio y hay mucho personal a tu disposición. Sin embargo, me ha tocado venir en temporada de sargazo y a diferencia de los hoteles de alrededor, que limpian la playa a diario, este hotel no se preocupa por limpiar y la playa da asco. Deberían tener más cuidado con eso porque yo, por ejemplo, si vuelvo a Cancún, no volveré a este hotel. Es mejor buscar otras alternativas.

My hubby & I visited the Majestic Elegance Resort from July 30 - Aug 6 for our honeymoon - and the resort was an absolute dream! From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty - the staff was incredibly polite, courteous and so accommodating. Our booking included butler service and Bernardo was incredible. Super helpful to plan excursions, book our dinners & spa visits, and to coordinate the covid testing for our return.The bar service on the beach was also amazing, Bettina & Carlos Hugo were wonderful! Definitely need to come back to see them.We loved the food, ambiance & cleanliness of the entire place. And the room was just perfect. Our rooftop pool was probably the best part :)Thank you to the amazing staff once again. We will be back soon!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we were marveled from the day we arrived to the day we left. The staff was very polite and attentive, and the room was very spacious and beautiful. Overall the hotel facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the entertainment team made our stay more enjoyable with all the day activities. We’d like to thank specially William for being always friendly and nice to us. The hotel restaurants were also really good, I strongly recommend making a reservation at the Japanese and French restaurant. The French restaurant exceeded our expectations in food taste, and the experience was wonderful, we had a very nice treatment from Minerva, Herrera, and the chef in charge. We were very pleased with our experience and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

Excursions, all-inclusive, cleanliness, the amount of activities to do.. just blew my mind!Some people to mention:- Karla at the front desk was a great guide and explained everything at the beginning. Really nice. - Brandon at entertainment at THE CLUB was awesome! Energetic, friendly and fun! - Freddy the Waiter at Flavors was superb. Excellent communication and service. -At The Bistro Restaurant: Sophia the pianist, Victor the manager, Mateo the waiter, and Giovanni the Manager Chef. The Bistro is A MUST to go while you’re here. From the moment we walked in to the end of the night, the staff and the food was 5/5 Stars.I recommend coming here for a stress free vacation. The staff really makes the environment. El hotel es muy amplio, limpio y bonito. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y hay limpieza constante. Los empleados son todos muy amables, desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza. El equipo de animación es sumamente dinámico y divertido. Definitivamente hacen de la estadía en el hotel un rato mucho más agradable. Agradezco especialmente a William de animación, su trato y actitud siempre fue de 5 estrellas! La comida es muy rica en general, solo me parece que podrían variar una que otra cosa en el desayuno. Una de las mejores cosas a mi parecer es que hay múltiples áreas de piscina para poder estar sin multitudes (especialmente en tiempos de Covid) hay suficiente espacio para todos y se siente seguro.

Hemos estado 10 días en agosto en familia en la zona club. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, la playa es muy bonita, salvo por el sargazo, aunque por las mañana pasan máquinas limpiando no pueden evitar que a veces haya demasiado. El equipo de animación es fabuloso en general y especialmente Brandon//Brandy Kardashian jeje La atención de los camareros en general es excelente, salvo algún caso puntual en las piscinas. Los restaurantes temáticos nos han encantado y el buffet está bastante bien ,aunque hemos echado de menos algo más de variedad. Haría especial mención a Diego que es muy atento en zona de helado del buffet, siempre atento, amable y cariñoso. La limpieza es muy buena,estuvimos en una Junior suite y era cómoda y grande. En general el hotel es espectacular. Una pena que las noches no sé alargasen más, no hubiese un horario más amplio, aunque se entienda que sea por la circunstancia de la pandemia.

El hotel es moderno y bonito Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, comida en la cenas es muy rica, las bebidas son de calidad y el personal es super amable. Solo considero que las piscinas quedan un poco pequeñas para la cantidad de gente. En cuestión del buffet del desayuno y almuerzo la comida está bien, por cuestión de la pandemia es asistido y eso hace que hayan filas, pero, es para el cuidado de higiene (también ocasiona que no siempre se respete la distancia) La playa es muy bonita, la arena blanca y poco sargazo, en esta área hay muchísimos camastros para descansar. En general nos gustó mucho y por ser aniversario nos consintieron con una hermosa habitación y un pastel decorado en la cena.

My husband and I visited this beautiful resortin July 2021. We had a great time and met some amazing guests and staff during our visit. A few staff members that made our stay a lot of fun are Alfonso, Alex, Brandon, and Cristina! Cristina is one of the hardest workers I met by the adult pool. She was always so kind and busy at the pool but still made it a priority to make sure that everyone was having a good time. She is amazing! On my departure date, I went by the pool to tip her once again but I was told it was her day off. I wish I could of given her the extra tip that day before we left because she deserved it. The rooms were amazing and honestly one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The food is not the greatest so do not go with high expectations but the staff is so kind and willing to assist in anyway possible. The events throughout the week were so much fun and kept us entertained during our stay. Be sure to book you’re reservations the first day you arrive as they do fill up fast.Thank you Majestic Elegance for making our stay a great one.

We had a great experience. Our children really enjoyed the kids club. They were able to do arts and crafts, face painting, fly kites at the beach, take a dip into the pool and enjoy private dinners with the other children in the kids club. What an experience for the kids and also a nice way to be able to be worry free for us adults. Kris and Adel were the caretakers for our children and they were absolutely amazing! They made sure the kids were having fun and never had a dull moment. Very nice place with all inclusive everything and the workers seem to love their jobs. I am hopeful to visit again SOON!

This resort is beautiful and very well kept. We were there for 10 days and had a ball! The African Circus, Michael Jackson show and Fire show on the beach were our favorites. Our Butler JOEL was AWESOME to say the least. He was on top of everything our entire stay. I cannot say enough about his hospitality and promptness! He was also VERY informative! NOTE to visitors: when you go to an all-inclusive resort, you should be leaving tips for the staff (butlers, restaurant staff, housekeeping, etc…) for all the hard work they put in! Staff at this resort definitely deserve every penny they receive, plus some!

Os restaurantes com buffet (Mar House e Flavours) estão muito acima da média do resort e os restaurantes de especialidades que visitei eram MUITO saborosos (italiano, Steakhouse e francês). - Nosso concierge conversou conosco através do whatsapp durante a nossa estadia que é uma grande vantagem e torna tudo muito mais fácil. Também recebemos uma garrafa de Bailey's e Champagne no check-in, o que foi muito atencioso. - Grande academia com equipamentos novos.Contras: - Eu e minha esposa ainda não estávamos vacinados e o resort definitivamente não está obrigando o uso de máscara em qualquer lugar das instalações. Isso nos deixou um pouco nervosos, principalmente na hora de usar a academia, que não é nada ventilada. Se você for vacinado e quiser ir a algum lugar onde não seja solicitado a usar máscara, isso pode ser uma coisa boa. Para nós, era algo que sempre nos deixava bem cientes de onde estávamos, por isso tínhamos que nos certificar de manter distância dos outros e evitar ficar perto de nós.No geral, tivemos um tempo maravilhoso e definitivamente voltaria!

Amazing experience, the best beach resort I’ve ever been to. Amazing food, amazing service, people really treat you like royalty here.Pros: - Asked and was handed a room upgrade to club elegance (adults only) part of the resort. They also gave us a suite (larger room) which was fantastic. - The facilities are brand new and very well kept. You see people working on maintenance all the time and everything worked just fine. - Restaurants always have excellent food. Buffet restaurants (Mar House and Flavors) are way above resort average and the specialty restaurants I’ve been to were very VERY tasty (Italian, Steakhouse and French). - Our concierge talked to us through whatsapp during our stay which is a HUGE plus and makes everything so easy. We also got a bottle of Bailey’s and Champagne at the check-in which was so thoughtful. - Huge gym with brand new equipment.Cons: - Me and my wife were still not covid vaccinated and the resort definitely is not mandating mask use anywhere in the facilities. That made us a bit nervous, specially when using the gym, which is not ventilated at all. If you are vaccinated and want to go somewhere where you will not be asked to wear a mask, this might be a good thing. For us, it was something that always made quite aware of where we were, so we had to make sure to keep a distance to others and avoid being in close quarters.Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Brandon down at the infinity pool was absolutely incredible. His energy is unmatched and he made every day so much fun! Special shout out to Julian at the infinity pool and Edgar and Alfredo at the lobby bar. Best bartenders I’ve ever had. Can’t forget about Andres who was the best butler we could ask for. He was always there to answer any questions we had and made us feel right at home. We will be back!

Overall the property is beautiful and modern. Absolutely loved our oceanfront swim up pool room along with the infinity pool near the swim up bar. The beach is clean with white sands and plenty of seating options. There were many dining options with various cuisine including Italian, Mexican, Steakhouse, Seafood, French, Hibachi, and the buffet. The resort is about a 40 minute drive from the Cancun airport. We went as a group of 3 couples and we loved that the resort was big enough but also walkable as our rooms were in different buildings. The main misses for me was the lack of flavor in the food, everything was very bland and that there is only one option for breakfast which was the buffet. I did not love the buffet food therefore that wasn't great not having other options. I think the biggest letdown of this beautiful resort was the service we received. In the restaurants, bars and buffets we were greeted with very unenthusiastic workers that seemed extremely bothered that we were there. From eye rolls when ordering drinks to long waits for drinks when sitting down. We had one happy worker the entire time we were there. It made us uncomfortable and put a damper on our vacation. We always made sure to tip and be respectful but still that did not change their attitudes. The buffets also seemed under staffed when it came to those serving your food, due to Covid you could not serve yourself. Some stations did not have workers and others had very long waits. Between the attitude of the staff and the taste of the food Majestic Elegance lost a star for us. I would say quality over quantity when it comes to the food, while there are endless options if none of them are tasty then what is the point. While I would recommend this resort because it is new and beautiful, I am not sure we would return due to the service and not so great food.

Hemos elegido este Resort para disfrutar de nuestra Luna de Miel y ha sido la mejor decisión que podríamos haber tomado. Con el tema del Covid, hemos tenido muchas dudas de si era el momento adecuado para un viaje así y, la verdad es que no pudimos haber estado más acertados. Nos animamos con el pensamiento de "Ahora o nunca" y con el de "Es un viaje que hay que hacer al menos una vez en la vida" pero, a los dos días de estar allí teníamos claro que íbamos a volver y que queríamos volver a Majestic: El trato es de 10 en todos los aspectos: cercanía, higiene, control, comodidades, cortesía, calidad y variedad de las comidas, los Shows... Las instalaciones son un auténtico lujo, todo cuidado al detalle pero sobre todo el personal es increíble. ¡Ojalá podamos volver el año que viene y reencontrarnos con muchas de las personas que han dejado la huella de "Tenéis que volver" marcada: - Frank - Brandom - Cristina - Carlos y Chema - Josué - Diego, de los pastelitos del Mar House y por supuesto... Experiencia decepcionante.Viniendo de un hotel de Playa del Carmen (Platinum Yucatán Princess), vinimos a Majestic con expectativas muy altas.Teníamos una habitación con jacuzzi en la terraza. No pudimos usarlo ya que estaba roto (no arrancaban las burbujas). Después de arreglárnoslo, al cabo de un minuto se volvió a romper...El servicio fue deprimente. Esperas de incluso hasta media hora para que nos sirvieran agua; platos en restaurantes no preparados como lo habíamos indicado; una tarde entera esperando en la habitación para que vinieran a arreglar el jacuzzi; camareros poco educados; pedimos imprimir los resultados de las pruebas de COVID-19 y la impresora no funcionaba... En fin, la duración allí no nos fue satisfactoria.Por otro lado, una cosa no quita la otra. Las instalaciones son increibles. Impresiona más que en las fotos. El servicio de animación es atento (con especial mención a Josué) y hay espectaculos todas las noches. Por todo esto las tres estrellas, ya que al fin y al cabo es un hotel con servicio todo incluido (aunque no todos los restaurantes, ni todas las bebidas, ni a todas horas).Dada mi experiencia, solo lo recomiendo si se va con la máxima reserva "premium" ya que tienes acceso a otra parte del hotel y el servicio, supongo, que será más exclusivo.

Uno de los mejores resort que he visitado. Si el de punta cana tenía un nivel alto este lo supera.1. Instalaciones impecables todo está muy nuevo. Las habitaciones estan muy bien. Limpieza sin problema todos los días. 10/10 las habitaciones.2. Comida 10/10, los restaurantes buffet tienen una gran variedad de alimentos todos en perfecta calidad, 8 días y hasta el momento nada nos a hecho daño. Los restaurantes especializados a destacar el de carnes y el japonés. El mexicano debe mejorar un poco el nivel pero se resto impecables.3. Zonas de piscinas 9/10. Está muy bien el área de las piscinas. Buenas actividades. Y lo más importante siempre impecables. La única recomendacion es colocar más sombrillas hay muy pocas para la cantidad de personas.4. Zona de playa. 10/10 playa privada con bastantes sombrillas y de diferentes diseños. Servicio de bebidas todo el tiempo y buenas atención.5. Staff 10/10. Hasta el momento todo el personal se a portado muy bien, prestan una excelente atención siempre están pendientes para cualquier requerimiento. Servicio a la habitación ilimitado sin costó. Recomiendo ayudar con propinas a los empleados.6. Actividades. 9/10. Todas las noches realizan eventos en el teatro principal. los shows son bastante entretenidos y se esmeran porque los clientes se sientan satisfechos.En conclusión puedo dar fe que este resort está a la altura para pasar una de las mejores vacaciones. Agradezco al staff de majestic por tan excelente servicio. Espero volver y recomendar a todo mi círculo de amigos como lo he hecho con el majestic punta cana.

El hotel es Grande, cuenta con 1 alberca principal de dos plantas, con bar dentro de la alberca. Hay bar en casi todo el hotel y tienen presentación de diferentes shows en las noches. las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con jacuzzi. Los restaurantes están muy bien surtidos, la comida es rápida y muy rica. El restaurante Bistro tiene muy buena presentación hay que reservar para entrar.

This was our best trip to Mexico ever. The hotel is clean and luxurious. Mario is fantastic and was our butler. He went out of his way to make our stay amazing. He catered to all of our needs and went out of his way to surprise us with Birthday balloons, and birthday wishes for my daughter's birthday. Brandon was wonderful also. He was so funny and welcoming. He made sure all of our entertainment needs were met and kept us laughing the whole time. The staff at this resort go out of their way to make sure you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation.

Magnifico!! Regresamos mi chico y yo hace un día, después de haber pasado una semana ysin duda repetiremos. Nos sentimos súper seguros, las medidas covid están excelentes. Además, todo el personal desde el del bar hasta los de limpieza son muy educados ymuy hospitalario y la atención es de primera, cuidando todos los detalles. Such a great all-inclusive resort in Costa Mujeres. Booked the Elegance Club Jr Suite Swim Up and it was the best decision ever, feels great to roll outta bed into a nice pool. The service was top notch, everyone was so friend and welcoming. The food from the buffet and the restaurants were great! Had the most amazing steak there and pasta. The entertainers are so fun to hang out with and definitely make the whole experience better. Drinks are also good and the servers always check up to see if you need more. We know it takes a big team of people to run this resort from the bell boys to the cleaning ladies and everything in between. Everything and everyone was amazing.

The staff were all amazing. Check in was a breeze. The food was amazing, although it would have been nice if more restaurants were opened for lunch. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the steak house is a must try. Pools and restaurants were clean; only con for the pool is the restrooms were constantly out of hand towels. One of the pool concierge found out we were celebrating our anniversary early and he took the time to decorate a pool cabana with balloons and hearts even folded towels as hearts, they took our pictures and made special shots for us, his name was Rafael. Drinks were great. We had a couples massage and hydrotherapy sessions; highly recommend you do this when visiting. Souvenirs shops is very limited. My butler sadly did not answer calls but responded to texts. My room had a sewer smell; the first day they tried to clean it even sprayed some freshener that covered the odor and offered to move us to another room but like I said the smell came from the water in the shower and bathtub. Rooms are beautiful; only cons bathrobes in the room and the spa are ridiculously small and not accurately sized to the sizes it is labeled and my housekeeper did not like to leave any washcloths in the room after the first day. I enjoyed my trip but will definitely try another hotel on my next visit.

We had the time of our lives during our wedding trip to Majestic Elegance. The food, rooms, amenities, entertainment, and above all, service were top notch. We loved working with our wedding coordinator, Daniella Carrillo, throughout wedding planning and on the big day. She made sure all 82 of our guests had a great time. Our butler, Alvaro, was super helpful and hospitable. He checked in often, took care of everything we needed, and even kept an eye on our family members. Finally, our photographer, Martin with Love & Vows, was amazing to work with. We loved our engagement photos he did in December during our preview trip, but the wedding photos came out even better. Our entire experience was nothing short of wonderful!

FOOD LOVERS - STAY AWAY!After some research, decided to go here for our honeymoon. Big big mistake, ruined my entire honeymoon. On our second day, we ate at Kabuki seafood restaurant and my wife woke up at 1am with a high fever and stomach pains. She was sick for the next 5 days. We had to call a doctor to come and prescribe us antibiotics on the 3rd day, and only then she felt a little better. All expenses paid by us, and because the resort is far from the city or anything really it costs triple the price to pick anything up. Taxi trip will cost you $60 to Cancun and back. After that we tried to stay away from the resort food as much as we could. The food is not fresh, the head chef admitted to keeping the lobster for 5-7 days in their kitchen, and then who knows how long it sits at the Wearhouse where they get it from.The seafood was all horrible, the shrimp was so mushy and smelt so old. Didn’t know you can mess up shrimp so much. The meats taste like complete rubber. Still can’t get the taste out of my mouth. We ordered fondue once. It was a plate of salsa, with melted mozzarella cheese on top. And by the time they brought it the cheese just turned into once cold piece of mozzarella. We had no words. They try to do things with the food that doesn’t make sense.Even though it is a fairly new resort, there is construction going on every day. Always folks painting or fixing the balconies, or installing something else. Not a huge issue, just keep in mind you might hear some banging out of your balcony in the morning.I will say though that their customer service is fantastic. Our butler Lois did an amazing job with any questions we had, and in general all staff is very helpful and tries to help you out as much as they can. Very sad that the food at the resort does not compliment their customer service. The food looks good on pictures, but tastes like rubbish.Anyways, I will not be coming back here ever, and do not recommend this resort to anyone. Stay away, you will eat gross food, and pay super high prices if you’re trying to visit the city or go on some tours.

Our week long stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was nothing short of amazing. The room, pools, and private beach are absolutely stunning and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. However, what truly made our stay perfect was the phenomenal staff. From the moment we exited our taxi to the moment we departed we had the attention and care of a member of the team at all times. There are so many folks to thank: Gabriel, Luis, and Jesus from the Flavors restaurant, Maria and Susana who take great pride in hosting at all the restaurants, our amazing butler turned friend Leon, Paola the lovely general manager, Tony at the beach club, Carmen who will guide you through the best workout of your life, and Cruz who without a doubt makes the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The list definitely goes on and on and I genuinely thank all the amazing friends we made here during our stay. This resort truly is majestic, but the team makes it magical.

Ótimo hotel! Nós gostamos de ficar lá (semana de Ação de Graças de 2020). Quarto amplo, jacuzzi na varanda com linda vista para o mar, frigobar, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, comida deliciosa, equipe bem treinada, competente e atenciosa, praia ampla com espaço de sobra para todos. As algas são limpas por trator com equipamento especial todas as manhãs. O mar é um pouco ondulado neste local, por isso pode não ser adequado para crianças pequenas. Eles têm piscinas para adultos e crianças. Atividades diferentes. Gostava de jogar vôlei às 11h e às 15h. Bares com bebidas / coquetéis decentes. Eles têm vários restaurantes. Nosso favorito era italiano. Eu recomendaria este hotel. Obrigado por um bom tempo!

Experiência incrível em geral! Os quartos, instalações e funcionários são fantásticos.O clube Elegance vale muito a pena apenas pelos cafés da manhã e almoços no restaurante italiano. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestativos. Nós adoramos especialmente nossas conversas com Alejandro no bar aquático. Ele também faz ótimos coquetéis, junto com o Ronaldo. Há muitas atividades e entretenimento disponíveis, embora estivéssemos felizes em relaxar em nossa suíte aquática e piscina em sua maior parte.Talvez nossas expectativas fossem um pouco altas, mas havia alguns problemas que a gerência poderia melhorar para tornar a experiência melhor, incluindo o serviço de mordomo e equipe durante os horários de pico. Ficamos fim de semana de Natal e foi absolutamente arruinado. Uma noite, uma véspera de Natal, depois de ligar e até ir até o concierge para pedir a retirada da cama para nossos filhos. (Estava pregado). Caminhamos de volta para encontrar a porta do quarto aberta. A cama nunca descia, as crianças adormeciam no carrinho e acabavam dormindo na mesma cama. No dia seguinte, fomos informados de que a cama não poderia ser usada e eles nunca se ofereceram para trocar de quarto. Voltamos depois do café da manhã para encontrar as duas TVs nas quais nunca tocamos e uma está quebrada! Ligamos imediatamente para relatar. Eles ficaram chocados e enviaram segurança. Então, um supervisor veio alegando que, de repente, eles receberam um relatório da limpeza sobre isso. Mentiu totalmente e nos responsabilizou dizendo que os funcionários não mentem, então devemos estar mentindo. Na noite seguinte, mais uma vez, a porta do nosso quarto foi encontrada aberta. Foi apenas uma viagem de 3 dias, então tentamos aproveitar o máximo que podíamos, mas honestamente não me senti seguro à noite e eles continuaram errando nossa comida com uma alergia a marisco. Nesse ponto, nós apenas nos sentimos direcionados e mal podíamos esperar para sair. Eles não dão nenhuma informação sobre o dia a dia. Eles realmente não oferecem atividades para as crianças, o primeiro a chegar é o primeiro a servir para as primeiras 15 crianças, quando há muito mais. Nunca mais vou voltar. Não vá aqui, eles são tão desrespeitosos e vão enganá-lo.

We stayed Christmas weekend and it was absolutely ruined. Night one Christmas Eve after calling and even walking down to concierge to ask for the bed to be taken down for our kids. (It was nailed shut) . We walk back to find our room door left open. The bed was never let down, kids fell asleep in a stroller and ended up sleeping in the same bed. Next day we were told the bed could not be used and they never offered to switch rooms. We come back after breakfast to find both TVs on that we never touch and one is smashed! We called right away to report it. They were shocked and sent security. Then a supervisor came claiming they all of a sudden had a report from housekeeping about it. Totally lied and held us responsible saying there employees don’t lie so we must be lying . The next night once again our room door was found open. It was only a 3 day trip so tried to enjoy as much as we could but honestly didn’t feel safe at night and they kept getting our food wrong with a shellfish allergy. By that point we just felt targeted and couldn’t wait to leave. They don’t give you any information about the day to day. They don’t really provide activities for kids it first come first serve for the first 15 kids when there are much much more. Will never go back. Do not go here they are so disrespectful and will scam you.

Amazing experience overall! The rooms, facilities and staff are all great.Elegance club is totally worth it just for the breakfasts and lunches at the Italian restaurant. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We especially loved our chats with Alejandro at the swim up bar. He also makes great cocktails, along with Ronaldo. There are plenty of activities and entertainment available, though we were happy chilling at our swim up suite and pool for the most part.Maybe our expectations were a little too high but there were a few kinks that management could improve to make the experience better, including the butler service and staffing during peak times. During covid and the holidays, this is kind of to be expected though.We would still recommend this place to friends and would definitely look at coming back with some friends!

Great hotel! We enjoyed staying there (Thanksgiving week 2020). Spacious room, jacuzzi on the balcony with nice ocean view, minibar, comfortable bed and pillows, delicious food, staff well trained, competent and accommodating, large beach with plenty of room for everybody. Seaweed is cleaned by tractor with special equipment every morning. The sea is a little bit wavy at this spot so might be not suitable for little kids. They have swimming pools for adults and children. Different activities. I liked playing volleyball at 11am and 3pm. Bars with decent liquor/cocktails. They have multiple restaurants. Our favorite was Italian. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a good time!

Passamos os últimos 5 dias no Majestic Elegance para nossa lua de mel e é simplesmente o paraíso na Terra. Passamos meses procurando um lugar como este, finalmente reservamos e NÃO ficamos desapontados. A comida era de MORRER, as bebidas eram incríveis Mas foram o Carlos e o Victor que tornaram a nossa viagem tão especial. Eles foram e vão além de nós, não estamos saindo como amigos, mas sim FAMÍLIA. Por causa de Carlos e Victor, voltaremos muito em breve !!!

Um bom resort para famílias, mas com alguns contras: 1. Se você não der gorjeta ao serviço (buffet e área da praia), o serviço irá ignorá-lo. Só não profissional. 2. Ficamos em dois quartos de um quarto. Durante os 7 dias de nossa estadia, aconteceu o seguinte. AC foi quebrado por 1-2 dias. A banheira tinha um problema, então eles fecharam e não podíamos usá-la. 3. O tempo de espera para verificação e check-out foi de 60-90 minutos no total. 4. A comida era ok no buffet. Os dois restaurantes tinham comida incrível, o italiano e o Kabuki.Todo o resto foi ótimo.O spa foi incrível e as massagens foram muito profissionais. É altamente recomendável.

A good resort for families but with a few cons: 1. If you do not tip the service (buffet and the beach area) the service will ignore you. Just not professional. 2. We stayed in two one bedroom rooms. For the 7 days of our stay, the following happened. AC was broken for 1-2 days. Bathtub had an issue so they closed and we could not use it. 3. Checking and checkout time wait was in total 60-90 minutes. 4. The food was Ok in buffet. The two restaurants had amazing food the Italian one and Kabuki.Everything else was great.The spa was amazing and the massages was very professional. We highly recommend it.

We have spent the past 5 days at Majestic Elegance for our Honeymoon and it's simply heaven on Earth. We spent months looking for a place like this, we finally book and we were NOT disappointed. The food was to DIE for, the drinks were amazing But it was the Carlos and Victor who made our trip so special. They went over and beyond go take are of us, we aren't leaving as friends, but instead FAMILY. Because of Carlos and Victor, we will be returning very soon!!!

Sorprendentemente buenoooo! Nos encantó la habitación Swimup es un plus, el acceso a tu piscina desde la habitación inmejorable! La calidez en el servicio, la calidad de los alimentos Raul hizo de nuestra experiencia en el restaurante mexicano El Mariachi Loco toda una aventura! Octavio y Omar por su parte en el restaurant de carnes excepcional! Honestamente regresaría con gusto en cuanto se presente otra promoción de precio como la que utilizamos ésta vez! Lo recomiendo 100% (las batas en la habitación son muy pequeñas es de lo único que se me ocurre podrían mejorar)

No geral, este foi um lindo resort. Dos quartos luxuosos e confortáveis, à variedade de restaurantes diferentes, bem como à oferta infinita de copas de praia para acomodar todos os frequentadores da praia, que precisam de um pouco de sombra. A única experiência negativa foi o encontro de um servidor não tão amigável em um dos restaurantes que participamos para o café da manhã. Mesmo assim, chamamos a atenção de Joel, nosso mordomo pessoal. Desnecessário dizer que ele acertou ao nos dar uma garrafa de champanhe e dois bonés de beisebol do resort. Por último, devido ao COVID. Fiquei um pouco frustrado quando se tratou de buffets à vontade. Você tem que esperar para ser servido e, quando chegar a hora de segundos, terá que esperar na fila por um cozinheiro / garçom disponível. A essa altura, finalmente estou pronto para receber minha segunda porção. A comida no meu estômago se acalmou e me senti extremamente satisfeito. No entanto, por favor, não me entenda mal. Eu não culpo os Resorts. Eles estão apenas seguindo o protocolo. Esperançosamente, se e quando a vida voltar a algum nível de normalidade ou qualquer que seja a nova norma, decidamos fazer outra visita ao Resort Tudo Incluído. Eu poderei ganhar 10 libras 🤪

Awesome hotel, made for upscale relaxation.Peaceful and fun every during a pandemic. Our butler was on point with every request. The food and drinks were amazing especially with David at the Lobby Bar. Great anniversary trip.

Overall this was such a beautiful resort. From the plush and comfortable rooms, to the array of different restaurants as well as the endless supply of beach canopies to accommodate all beach goers, needing a little shade. The only negative experience was the encounter from a not so friendly server at one of the restaurants we attended for breakfast. Nevertheless, we brought it to the attention of Joel, our personal butler. Needless to say he made it right by given us a bottle of Champagne and two resort baseball caps. Lastly, due to COVID. I was a little frustrated when it came to the all you can eat buffets. You have to wait to be served, and when it's time to get seconds, you have to wait in line for an available cook/server. By that time I finally ready to receive my second helping. The food in my stomach has settled and I felt extremely full. However, please don't get me wrong. I don't blame the Resorts. They're just following protocol. Hopefully, if and when life gets back to some level of normalcy or whatever the new norm will be,and we decide to make another All Inclusive Resort visit.I will be able to gain 10lbs 🤪

We have been here for two days on a seven night stay. This place is big and beautiful. It is also new. The management is doing an incredible job with everything. The staff is polite and all aim to please. The food and alcohol are also top notch. My wife and I travel a lot. This is the new hot spot for sure!

I’ve been to Cancun a few times, but this resort has definitely been my best experience yet. The hotel itself is beautiful and well thought out. The decor, layout, and overall look is exceptional. We went to the beautiful spa, which allows 4 complimentary visits in their pools. The staff are extremely friendly, with a personal Butler attending to your needs and going above and beyond. The beach is gorgeous. The food and restaurants are great as well. So, I’d definitely recommend this place! 10/10
