Gostei do hotel. Quartos limpos e bem estruturados. O atendimento foi excelente e cordial. Recomendo.

Visited Miami for one night with the family and needed a fairly central hotel for all 5 of us. The hotel is very modern and there is on site parking. It's not too far from Downtown, but we took Ubers everywhere or the car as there is plenty of parking at a charge. It offers a good check out time of 12 and free breakfast. The room we had was a great size, 2 queen size beds and a pull out double bed. It had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. It's a good hotel and I would defo stay here again, highly recommended.

This hotel gave us great service. 1 guy was running the busy front desk by himself. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are large with plenty of space. They were very clean and had a microwave (and mini fridge). The location isn't fantastic but close to the Port of Miami. Overall a good experience and I was well rested.

My husband was rushed to the emergency room at Baskin for an eye injury and I wasn’t allowed to stay and since I live 3 1/2 hours north I had to quickly find a close hotel in a big new town. I googled upon this place and was very pleased. The staff was very friendly, I ordered dinner from the bar it was quickly ready and very tasty. My room was very nice, my bed was like a marshmallow! the water pressure was fantastic and after a long emotional exhausting day I felt safe secure and slept like a baby. Highly recommended

Hello! I arrived Friday night, my fried arrived Tuesday night, they charged in her credit card 2 nights plus security deposit, I understand that they have to block a deposit, but they charged 2 nights and deposit at the same time, which is a real issue cause she lives in Colombia, customer service was horrible, they don’t care about the customer at all, they had actitud, bad answer, bad mood all the time. They food and bar close at 9:00pm on Saturday? Why? Then I took the breakfast and I saw a hair on the scramble eggs I spoke with the person in charge a man, and he only took the hair.. he never changed the all thing, I was impressed, totally disgusting… he doesn’t care, he was like “I don’t care”, the room was ok, the only person in this hotel was nice, profesional and kind is LENA, in the bar, always nice and attentive… the rest terrible!!!This place is 0…expensive and bad service… 👇🏼🤦‍♀️

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are nice, just need to have some hair dryers.

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in the manager advised me that I couldn’t get the room I wanted for the rate I booked it for and when I mentioned canceling the booking, I was advised that I would be charged the one night plus tax regardless if I stayed or not. The manager of hotel was very condescending in the way she explained the hotel policy. The Manager was also extremely passive aggressive. I was traveling with my husband and two small children. This woman has absolutely no hospitality. We ended up getting put into a room with a mold infested A/C. The pull out bed had dried up food in it. The rooms are over priced. It felt like we were at a Motel 8. They tack on these extra charges for a relaxation class and other amenities that you’re most likely not going to use. The area surrounding the hotel is nasty and dirty. There are homeless people in the streets around it as well. The only thing saving this review from a 1 star is the supervisor Johnny. He was accommodating and caring. He was able to get us into a new room without argument. It’s the little things that count; like the tone and body language you use with your guest. Even if you have a low budget hotel, the least you can be is accommodating and friendly. When I have guests at my house I greet them with a smile. I didn’t get that from manager at this hotel. I wish I could’ve stayed here another night but based on experience I won’t be. I’ll be giving my money to another brand and as much as love Marriott…. It just might be a Hilton. General Manager…. Put the manager with the blonde hair back in training and promote Johnny to manager. It will be good for business. Side note: the new room Johnny put me in had mold in the ac as well but not nearly as much as the first room.

Nice hotel from Marriot franchise. Good room facilities and well served breakfast with good variety of foods and drinks. Placed in medical area of Miami, near acess to international airport MIA.

Not in a tourist location... Houses around seem to be unsafe... I would not recommend to walk around... You'd better get an Uber or lyft. Most places you'd like or need to visit are about 1 mile away. Rooms are great... Hotel has a small pool.

Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff. Iron with Iron board, big bed, big sofa, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, nice working area. Really good organised room. And spacious bathroom and toilet separately.

Although mostly residential surroundings, the establishment is in a quiet neighborhood. You have local transportation nearby accessible for getting around town. You will definitely need a car if you would like to around on you own schedule. The property itself has very spacious rooms with toilet separate from shower and tub. The room we had was furnished with 2 queen beds and a sofa sectioan with a pull out bed. It was ver comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The property has a small but tasteful pool that is overlooked by the exercise room. The breakfast was tasty and will definitely fill you up for an active day ahead. This was a very successful business visit and vacation for my family. I'd like to thank everyone on the property that made out stay enjoyable.

My flight got canceled last minute so I had to book an emergency room. I called ahead to make sure that there was room available and to see if I could book Through the phone, but the receptionist said I had to book online since she was not allowed to book through the phone. She also confirmed with me that there were three rooms available for the night and I would have no problem. After I booked the overpriced room I got an Uber to the hotel to be greeted by the receptionist and told there were no rooms available! After arguing with her and telling her I just spoke with her she suddenly had a room available, unbelievable. I never knew receptionists had the power to be a gatekeeper of a hotel that just took my money.Getting to the room, both beds had BLOOD stains on them,the showers were filthy, the room smelled awful like rotting wet…something, and the AC was malfunctioning.I had to stay here for an emergency since it was close to airport but I would never even step foot in their parking lot ever again. Horrific and way too overpriced for this mediocre dump.

Stayed one night. They have a secure multilevel parking garage ($20). Hot Breakfast is included with your stay. Rooms are spacious. We had a king bed. Shower and vanity was separated from the toilet and small wash sink in another. The living room had a nice couch that was a pull out. Bed was very comfortable. The room had a TV with Netflix and Prime and regular channels. It also had a mini fridge and a microwave. Would go back.

Decent rooms with unique and pleasing architecture; Stuffed minibar/ snack station; in room kicking coffee; TV with a lot of viewing options and free showcase streaming without any login or registration; clean bathrooms, 24x7 hot water, ample amenities in the bathroom, toilet and wardrobe; climate controlled air conditioning; comfortable beds; spotless linen; a self-sufficient business centre; variable complementary breakfast; courteous staff and located not far from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here 👍🏽

Las habitaciones limpias y en buen estado, lo malo fue el servicio de la recepción, nada amables.

The staff are professional. The room I stayed in had one bed, and a pull out sofa. The bed inside of the pull-out sofa was ripped, and made me uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom was tiny, so it was easy to splash water everywhere during hand washing (I have small hands at that). The food was okay. I ate chicken wings, and had a few bites of a chicken quesadilla. The chicken wings were fresh and made to order as well as the quesadillas. I feel that the food was overpriced. The chicken wings were $12 for 6 pieces, and no side(s). The quesadillas were $14 for about 3-4 pieces with sour cream and salsa. The food was good, but not for the price. The driveway to the lobby is narrow, and it's very easy to miss the parking garage. The parking garage is quite cramped as well, and it is a bit dangerous to drive out of due to how it is positioned into incoming traffic. Be careful pulling your vehicle forward when trying to check for cars while trying to get onto the road from the parking garage. If you're from New York, a local, or used to small cramped spaces, the driveway to the lobby and the parking garage may not be a deal breaker for you.

Bom café da manhã, para padrão americano que geralmente não é bom. Sua localização é meio escondido, não tem nada próxima para passear a pé, porém como fui pra ficar 1 dia e só dormir, atendeu perfeitamente. Recomendo

Hotel was unclean, messy and the morning crew, very unfriendly. Evening crew were much nicer. There were trash all over the hallway for the duration of our stay. We had to use this hotel because of its proximity to the Medical facility and we have to come again but we’ll drive a bit and go to a clean hotel.

Absolutely horrible. The location is in the middle of crack head center. Completely unsafe. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Our room had ants and wasn’t clean thoroughly with stain on the bed. The Tv in lobby was hanging off. The halls were dirty with crumbs on the floor. no luggage carts available. So from the parking garage we had to carry up tons of suits cases and bags. I’m currently in the hotel and feel disgusted if I could leave and get my money back to go to a different hotel I would do it in a heart beat. The hotel stage literally put me in tears with their rudeness. 0/10. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I’ve stayed in 100s hotels and this by far my worst experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff is very good especially the front desk, which is very presentable and accommodating. Good price for a big room. The place is clean and absolutely very accessible. This is a very wonderful and exemplary stay. I just love their smiles. Thank you!

Excelente atención del personal. Habitaciones amplias, aparentan estar limpias y cuidadas, sin embargo mis hijos amanecieron mordidos de bed bugs. El desayuno no tiene variedad, solo una opción para elegir. La piscina abierta y limpia.

This is a very good hotel that sits on the southern edge of the University Medical Center. We are staying here while our son is having surgeries and the hotel gives us a medical stay reduction rate. Many thanks to the staff at the front desk, maid service, bar and breakfast staff. Y'all have been wonderful to us. Pool and exercise are clean and well serviced. We are only 2 miles from the Waterfront District.

Every staff member is amazing! From the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and the bar who has an amazing bartender Julie. They all go out of their way to help in anyway they can! Very clean facility! Update to review...As far as that staff in the hotel AMAZING however the reservation line DON'T BOTHER I had such a bad experience trying to book again that I made the decision all together I will NEVER stay at a Marriott property again!

I am forever grateful to the staff of the Miami Medical Center Springhill.For a few months at the end of 2020 leading up to my brain surgery on 12/21/20, they knew my name and I knew all of them and they all embraced me and made me feel like family.I received the same room on the first floor (reserved for patients and their families only) every single time.They welcomed me with a warm smile, extra towels and water, without fail.They made food delivery recommendations and then accepted for me.They could not have gone out of their way more to help make the surgery process perfect. I believe I stayed 5 times in one of the most beautiful rooms I'd ever stayed (which also had a pull out couch for family members that wanted to come with me).They allowed me to pull into the garage before check in just by hearing my voice.I truly feel that I've never had a warmer reception anywhere around the world that I have stayed.They are 10 stars to me and that includes every staff member. They are consistently beautiful people who truly care.If you have to go to any nearby doctor or hospital, stay here. They are only two blocks away from Jackson Memorial.Love you guys. Thank you
