“pousada de sensação retrô moderna, não esperava que fosse agradável e confortável por dentro. Eu tenho um quarto para não-fumantes, mas o interior cheirava a cigarros e ficava reclamando. a equipe estava alerta e imediatamente substituído por um novo quarto. no geral é bom, a comida é deliciosa e o preço ainda é razoável. Meu conselho é ser ainda mais rigoroso com a segurança, não deixe que os quartos para não fumantes sejam usados por pessoas para fumar.”

“I appreciate the cleanliness and the space of the room, but I am 110% disappointed in the services. I stayed here for my Quarantine, and I realised the poor communication between staffs + missed schedules for meals. I also had to wait for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour if I asked for anything like water and tissues. I am most dissatisfied on how the “person-in-charge” responded to this uncomfortable situation— instead of reviewing and fixing it, he just keeps on calling the TASK FORCE MILITARY to help him responds to us. And it was rude. It was not a satisfying conversation.This is a 4-star-hotel, with good-comfortable-space, but due to the services, this is definitely not a 4-star. And I am sorry to say that I might not come back again.This shall be fix. I hope this would not happen to anyone else.”
